Do yourself a favor & please do not go to this place. As you can see in the picture they literally burnt my chin & neck during laser procedure which according to them is "safe" and is done by "certified nurses". As soon as I got home I started getting water blisters on my neck and my chin and my whole face was swollen. I called them immediately & they were like just apply ice and aloe vera & it'll calm down. NOPE it didn't help! So, I went to Ideal Image the very next day, the nurse who burnt me took some pictures of the blisters and handed me some ointment and said someone of higher authority with more knowledge will call me to follow up with me and assign me necessary medication. NOPE! no calls, no follow up!! You burn your customer's face and you don't even have the courtesy to follow up. WTH! how are these people even in business? its been almost 2 month since this happen and my face is left with a permanent scar. Please do more research and find some place better. && let me tell you after spending over $3K and burning my face there are still enough dark hair on my face. So money wasted, time wasted and i even scarred my face. This place is a joke!

I called for an appt. and stated that I had a lifetime contract. She told me a time. I arrived to find no one at the counter. I used the restroom and still no one at the counter to speak with. Another lady came in five minutes later and an employee came to greet her. I gave that employee my name and continued to wait for 15 minutes before a second employee came out and told me she didn't have my records and could not treat me because she had to send for the records to tell the strength of the laser. SERIOUSLY! She should have called me back at my home and told me that issue immediately after she told me what time to come for the treatment! I spent an hour in the car driving to the Pacific Street location and another hour in the car returning home with no treatment. I was furious. She apologized, but it didn't help. Please instruct this office to order my records for that location in Omaha, so that the next time I try and make an appt., it won't be another fiasco. RIDICULOUS! I went in for Botox and I’m extremely happy with the results. Jenna in particular is awesome. It was my first time and she just makes you feel so comfortable with everything. I have been going here for 5 months now, since they hired new staff. I noticed prior reviews were old. I have had my lips, cheeks, and forehead done and BBL; I am looking 20 years younger. Today I’m getting ultherapy on my chin and in two weeks cool sculpting. I have not felt this great about myself since my 20s. Angela the PA does a fantastic job, she is so maticulous about my looks I come out looking very natural every time. Great staff and excellent professional natural work.

Thought I was getting a great deal, turns out it was all a scam like the other posts suggest. I paid over 3K for bikini laser hair removal which doesn't even include your back side! While there is significant hair loss, I do still have dark brown hair growth that they say "won't go away because the hair is to thin." They also burnt my skin very badly last time. When I called to tell them they had me come in to get some pictures but then nothing else was done. Three months later and I still have burn scars where the pigmentation in my skin is much lighter than the rest of my skin. I would NOT recommend using Ideal Image. The staff is friendly but the amount it costs is not worth it! I have since gone to Village Point Med Spa for other laser hair removal treatment. They charge 1K for the same treatment INCLUDING the back side. I will never recommend Ideal to anyone.

As said previously, it doesn't work. It will go away for a bit but then grows back. Very disappointing after spending that amount of money. I also was burned on my bikini area and had such bad anxiety about it afterwards I could not continue to do the bikini area. I am back to shaving everyday for my underarms. I sent two very good friends there for a FREE Botox even tonight. What a sham. Not only were they an unorganized mess AND very rude, But one friend left In tears! Staff kept trying to upsell her more Botox than she needed ( double her normal usage) and then when she didn't want to spend all that extra money, they purposefully took so long ( over 90 minutes) that she had to leave with out ANY Botox. None of us will ever go there again! Don't waste your time or money. Go to ANY other place. Kohls. Optima. Mid city. Any!!!

Absolutely buyer beware. They over charge for their services, big time and, when negotiating how many visits you will need, they under estimate the total number you will need. Example, lets say that during your initial consultation, the person you're speaking with will estimate that you will need nine (9) visits to completely rid your underarm area of hair. So, you sign up and pay their exorbitant amount that they're going to charge you. Then after nine visits, ooops, looks like you're going to need several more visits, which are going to cost you extra. Either negotiate the hell out of the deal they're offering you, or go somewhere else. At least do a price comparison against other merchants in the area that are offering the same treatment.

I've been receiving hair laser treatments since 2018 and have seen very effective, positive result since the first visit. The personnel is always understanding if I need to reschedule or if I'm a few minutes late duhe to work and make you feel comfortable. I also enjoyed that in the first visit, I wasn't rushed or pressure and all options and expectations of the process were honest. I definitely recommend it. Best decision I'd made.

This place is great, competitively priced, and I saw results after my first treatment! They offer financing at 0% making my treatments incredibly affordable and will save money in the long run on waxes, etc. They also offer a lifetime warranty, so in the event that your hair grows back due to hormone changes, etc. they will help you take care of it! Jasmine is great and will help you select a package that is best for you, find you the best price (they always have different specials going on), and help with financing. I got my first treatment the same day! Charlene is an awesome technician, and I believe they only use licensed nurses to perform the services. She is kind and patient and makes you feel very comfortable! It is a nice, clean location and professional staff, and I am more than happy with my results- I can't wait to continue treatments on other areas!

Being told 8 minutes prior to a noon appointment that “due to u foreseen circumstances” they had to cancel my appointment I felt that they do not put customer service at a high priority level. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!! They set you up with the purchase package!!!! I purchased a package and had several great experiences with them. I was told last week that my account was flagged by corporate as being nearly paid and if I was willing to pay it off completely, I would get a discount. I figured, why not, they are good people. On my next visit, they didn't do an area that they normally did. I realized it when I got and called them and they told me to come back. They said that area was never worked on and they were going to bring out my chart. That area has been worked on several times by them and others. They were rude and disrespectful. I asked for the manager and she said, "I am the manager". Do NOT ever pay these people their full payment before receiving your services! I got up and walked out. They showed their true colors. When they told me to come back, it was a setup. They were waiting for me to try and get more money. There are a lot of other places, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a way overpriced. Don't waste your money. I made the mistake of buying the laser hair removal for my underarms. The cost was $2300. I didn't do my homework so I didn't know this is way overpriced. Dreams MedSpa at Village Pointe runs specials and you can get the same treatment there for $400. On my 4th visit they told me they were running a half price special so I asked about getting full legs done. They quoted me $7800 at half price! I ended up going to Dreams MedSpa and getting full legs for $1200. Don't let them tell you that their services or laser machine is better because Dreams MedSpa has the same machine and very professional staff.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This place is a scam and full of liars who will tell you whatever you want to hear. I had started treatments here about two years ago and I am much worse off now than I was two years ago. First off, at my consultation, I was told “You are a perfect candidate” and “hair grows in three phases so after three treatments you will have no more hair and the rest of the treatments are just for spot treating" so I was pressured at the consolation to sign the paperwork so they could hurry up and start working on me. (mistake number one) Well after about four treatments, I spoke to someone about my concerns because I still had almost all of my hair growing back. (and when they tell you hair doesn’t grow back darker and courser, they are lying to you some more because in fact it does) While talking to this employee about the situation, I was assured they would take care of me. They said if they needed to get me extra treatments at no charge they would to guarantee I would not be unsatisfied with the product. This was promised to me several times so at this point I went on with the treatments hoping they would stick to their word (get it in writing). Close to the end of my paid treatments (I was paying for my whole entire arm, front and back up to my shoulders) I was pointing out to the technicians that the past couple times, the technician had completely skipped the back of my arm. I voiced my concern again because they charge you based on the area you are doing. So I am now paying for the service they are not providing me. When I pointed this out, once again I was promised extra free treatments to make up for the missed sections. I had accepted that offer at this time (I should have gotten it in writing!!!!.) During my last paid treatment, once again I voiced how I didn’t think the treatments had been working the whole time. She once again said she would file an unsatisfactory report for me and get me extra treatments till the problem was fixed. She scheduled me for my next appointment and I came back as scheduled. This time however, I am asked for $150 before they will treat me. When I inquire about this charge, I find out no one had ever filed anything about free treatments. At this point when I point out how I am not happy with this product and was promised it would be taken care of, they pull me in back and look at my arms and are like “oh yea, it appears you still have a lot of hair. Let me take some pictures and file an unsatisfactory report which will take two weeks and we will call you back then and if that doesn’t work we can talk about getting your money back.” It has been over a month and I have heard nothing back from them. My hair on my arms is WAY worse off now than it ever was before I started. They had charged me almost $5,000 for this service. I feel like this place is a scam and they will continue to tell you whatever you want to hear until they have taken all your money. This place is successful because of misrepresentation. They will promise you things the whole entire time but will not act on any of it. If they ever end up making the situation right, I will take down this review but in the meantime, look out for this place. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I literally gave one star only because I had to just so I could comment. I started in 2013 just recently finished my appointments up. 5k literally down the drain. I'm still not done paying it off actually which sux so baaadddd I'm literally giving my money to there charity is how I feel! I lived in Orlando for awhile so I did several treatments there. Customer service was ok not bad but here in Omaha it is terrible. I had a terrible experience with a women that did my treatment that they brought in from another state it was terrifying she was intentionally hurting me with the laser and wouldn't stop when I told her to. Omg nightmares!! So hurts like hell first off! The hair does completely go away for one month but then grows back like crazy. My treatments are done and I'm a super hairy women so I'm in pain cause of my hair is so thick. I'm really upset about it and i don't know what to do! My treatments are done. I'm screwed and I still owe over 2 grand I think cause I was late making a couple payments they kept adding late fees. I'm so mad I want to take them to court because the reason I signed this deal is because the lady said this will work ull be hair free forever and if ur hair grows back in maybe a random place one day that can happen because of hormones like if u have a kid. But it wouldn't be much hair and u would just come in pay 45$ or wtv and get that area treated. Total freaking lie!!!!! I was looking into an at home hair laser and she said no it won't be permanent. Well neither was this I could have spent maybe 1000$ at the most for at home treatment but instead spending over $5000 for something that only lasted a month lmao how freaking rediculous!!!!! So mad

Be your own advocate to ensure staff follow infection control procedures. Granted most of these services aren't "sterile" procedures, but they are "clean" procedures. The nurse put on gloves, then left the room to get more supplies (touching door handles, etc), then she came back and left the room again to make a phone call. She came back to the room to talk w me and while talking stuck her gloved 5th finger in her ear to scratch. She then wanted to start the procedure. Not once did she change gloves. She used the gloves to protect herself, but NOT the client! The dirtiest items in an outpatient setting are door handles and phones! This is basic nursing fundamentals!

While the staff was very friendly, I was not happy with the results of my lips, I received 54 units of botox and I love it, but my lips, one full syringe of I believe it was juvaderm, after the swelling went down there is no difference. Never once did I receive a follow up call.

I arrived on time and Kim the manager immediately went over the details with me and introduced me to Angela the nurse practitioner who took me to get my session started. OMG! It's the most relaxing experience you will ever have! I have never felt so special! Both Kim and Angela are extremely nice and professional. I discussed what I wanted and Angela delivered! I was a bit nervous since this was my first visit but she didn't fail me. She knew exactly what to do in order to achieve the results I wanted.
