Update: I've talked to the owner twice. The first time he called he asked me if I went to college for cosmetology, insinuating I wouldn't know a bad vs good job. The second time I spoke with him was to find out what he was going to do to resolve the issue and he finally said no he will not resolve this for me after I asked over 5 times. He then said he was going to post the photos Elizabeth Hudson took of my hair after she colored it. Then he claimed I edited my hair photos that I posted in the natural light after the curls fell. Elizabeth took the photos with a bright ring light on it, and curls. I specifically posted a photo on Google of when My curls fell out and what it truly looks like. If I could post a photo of what I asked for you will see I did not ask for this placement of color, nor two streaks on my roots. You can view my photos on my Google page. I also never signed a consent for the salon to post pictures of me online and do not want photos of me online that i did not consent to. Regardless at least customers will be able to see from my photos what it really looks like in true natural light without curls. Again this has everything to do with the PLACEMENT of the LIGHTENED parts and the fact I told her not to touch my roots with hair dye or bleach... which she did touch with bleach in the very front of my part. Plus the fact My hair color placement is awful, she did not leave enough dark out from TOP TO BOTTOM ends, it looks like CHEAP OMBRE not the balyage/highlights photo I asked for. And she only let me process for 20 to 25min seemingly in a rush at the end of the day. Howard the owner is insulting and rude. Who askes a costomer if they went to hair school? Who refuses to resolve an issue like this? Who tells a costomer they have doctored photos of themselves when as you will read lower down i had a different stylist right there to testify to him how it truly looks? I'm extremely insulted. I even asked for a gift card or even partial refund because I was so drained over this and he said no. I was actually with my stylist at a different salon getting it fixed when he called back and refused to even talk to her, and she actually saw it in person and said she would talk to him, but again he refused. I have spoken and I will not be belittled by this owner any further or called a liar. I am not replying back to any comments made by him under this review. *Shortened Review: 213$ for this mess! I want a refund! I knew something was up when she curled it because curls can hide mess ups like this one untill the curls fall out and you see it for what it really is. I told her at the salon I was undecided and I would sleep on it and she said "If you don't like it I can do a color for 90$ but dont tell your husband." NO THANK YOU. As a matter of fact when I was in the process of getting mine done a lady was very upset at a different Tec and demanded they fix her color there and now. The lady was being processed and was looking for her tec because she felt she was being over processed and Elizabeth told her the owner was getting his hair cut by her Tec at the time. It seems to be all about the owner and nothing about the customer. So it's not just me and it's not just the Tec I had. Which is why I will not go back here to let them try to fix it. Edit* He never even offered to let them fix it, he didn't even ask for me to come in.* And you really need to put mirrors up where they do the hair dying part. We as customers need to see what is going on and where color is being placed.

Got a trim, shaped up, an inch off the length in back. They're always on time & do what I want, no fuss or conditioners / products I don't want. I have reactions to most products so the stylist uses my shampoo & lets me blow dry & brush out my hair myself. In & out in an hour, lovely facility, reasonable prices, friendly, helpful staff.

Just a real quick review, I had Elizabeth Hudson as my stylist and wow is she amazing at what she does and the professionalism she has is terrific. Also the knowledge she has in that career is outstanding. She definitely is very very talented at what she does. I couldn't ask for any better services.

I've been seeing Adrienne for 4 years now, she has always given me the perfect haircut and showed me how to style it at home. The girls at WM have always treated me awesome. The massages are great after a long day. I even tried a facial one time with Annie and she put me to sleep, and made my skin look and feel awesome. The complimentary glass of wine, fireplace and text message reminders are always a nice touch. Keep it up ladies.

I love this place! Incredibly clean, professional, polite, and they do great work! I get my hair and nails done here, as well as facials. The facials are very relaxing and afterwards, my skin feels like a million dollars. My nails always look great here!

I'm so happy with the service at this salon/Spa. I went in for a hair cut and requested Adrienne. I did careful research and she had many good reviews, and here's another. I haven't had a hair cut in two years, been doing my own hair to save money, but I wanted to treat myself this month. Adrienne is not only a hair stylist but a true artist. My hair is "pin worthy!" (Pinterest). I'll be saving up to visit her from now on. Highly recommend her for hair cuts and styles.

Massage was great!!! But my nail tech didn't seem to like her job and it showed through her work. My no chip manicure chipped within a day of service and my eyebrow wax was very uneven. I was dissatisfied with her work and had to pay some one else to correct it as I was attending a special event.

I recently received an all day spa gift from my husband and sons for my birthday. My whole day at WM was just incredible. From the start of my massage with Mary she was so super nice and made me completely relaxed, helped with an issue I was having with lower back. Next I was with Kayla for my eyelashes and nails. Kayla was so sweet and my eyelashes and nails look amazing! Last was my pedicure with Luz and again super sweet girl and made sure I was really comfortable the whole time! I was disconnected from the world while was there and can not wait to do it again! I will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff for being super welcoming!!!

REVISION: Well my sister and I went and had our Spa Day at WM, and all I can say is Thank You Christina, it was SPECTACULAR! We were well taken care of, everyone was incredibly professional, and they made us feel like we were their only clients. I would recommend WM to anyone, and ask for Christina to take care of you. Hi as you can read below my first phone call was not the experience I had hoped for. However I have updated my review based on how they handled my original disappointment. Christina called me, they made sure I did get everything that was supposed to be in my package and she seemed genuinely concerned that they were meeting my expectations. They obviously value their customers, and if Christina is an example of how their staff treats the clients I am looking forward to a wonderful experience. I will post again after our day at Weiss Morris, and after today's interaction I anticipate a wonderful review. Thank you, Christina! I received a gift card for a spa day for myself and my sister for your establishment because it was supposed to be the best in the area. I called to make an appointment today and understood I needed to make an appointment four weeks in advance. Yet when doing so was told a part of the package the Vichy shower would not be available. I would think your weeks notice would be sufficient time to make the services that were paid for available to us. I hope the spa day goes smoother than the scheduling did. I almost need an appointment to overcome the stress of trying to schedule the services that were paid for!!!

I got 60 minute therapeutic massage from Brianna and I was very disappointed. Brianna talked during my entire massage. I didn't have the heart to say please by quiet I'm trying to have a quiet relaxing massage! I think the massage therapists should be trained to be quiet during massages there were little signs all over the room with the fireplace that said "whisper please" yet my massage therapist rambled on and on telling me her whole life story during my massage.

I had a giftcard so I came here when I was home. The massage was OK, but the music in my room was off until I was getting dressed at the end of the massage ........ very disappointed in that. Amenities such as showers etc. Were great.

Just got home from WM day spa and had to tell you all about Kayla. She listened to what I was looking for in relation to my hair. Going grey is what I told her. She did an incredible job coloring my hair to match my 75/25 grey hair. I am beyond thrilled with the cut as well. She took her time (almost three hours) and gave me more than I asked for. Beyond expectations. My husband loves it as much as I do. Thanks! Make an appointment with Kayla-she is a gem.

I booked a back to back facial and massage. Went online to check my appointment time and saw only one appointment. I thought it was strange, then saw I had a no show for the day before. Apparently I made a mistake. I quickly called the salon thinking they would help me fix it. Um, no. They would not fix it, in fact they charged me the full price of the facial for a no show and would not refund my money. So I cancelled the massage. What a horrible business practice. I didn't receive any email confirmation and made an honest mistake

I went to the spa for the first time for a facial. The greaters were not friendly. Then I got my facial for 1 hour which was supposed to be 75 minutes and charged me extra as well. When I tried to clarify about it the girls at desk was annoyed and very unfriendly, didn't make even a single attempt to make it a better experience for me. They just said a short sorry ( but not really) !!

This is my "go-to" spa. The staff and atmosphere are amazing! From the moment you arrive and the front desk greets you, to the yummy cucumber water, to the amazing people who take care of you while you are having your services; all around I love this place. I have had whirlpool pedicures, manicures, hair cuts/styles, and massages. I HIGHLY recommend the prenatal massages! During my pregnancy I was able to come and know that I was taken care of while enjoying a much needed massage. I left feeling relaxed and stressed free. If you are looking for a spa in Rockford where you know you will receive quality care this is the place.

I've been going to WM consistently for about a year and haven't had a bad experience. They are always friendly and welcoming when you walk in, and it's also easy to schedule after each appointment or reschedule over the phone. Caroline is really professional and warm, and does an amazing job making me feel comfortable. It's like I can basically ignore the waxing service because she keeps the room cozy and carries on great conversation, which is a welcome distraction.
