I told the worker to not shorten my eyebrows at the end and she did anyways. And she took off too much hair. At the time of payment she asked if i had cash. But only card. And she charge me extra without telling me. Save yourselves, and do not get serviced by them.

Cannot even explain the extent to which this lady was rude. It seemed like she was in a bad mood and was removing it all on my eyebrows and lips. Maybe she felt like she could do anything coz the prices are low. My eyebrows are not bad but I️ would never go to this place again. The experience was very very bad. Haven’t had such an experience in a long time in USA. People are humble and nice and care about customers. Simply my worst experience. I️ don’t know the lady’s name but there was only one person today. She rubbed the after gel all over my face and was constantly acting like a dominant maniac.

Ok ... i d k where to START... it was my best friends wedding I WANTED TO LOOK the best one but THAT LADY SONIYA hah how can i forget her name ... i kept on asking her NOT to put kajal around my eyes and she KEPT ON DOING THAT i kepy on askin MAKE A MESSY HAIR BUN please and she made those tight curls and just kept on putting alot of hair spray that i asked her NOT TO she asked me to Not look into the mirror because according to her she was doung her BEST but when i saw myself in the mirror i wanted to cry .. and i did She ruined my face she screwed up my eyebrows the other lady having glasses on trying to be a DON of karachi even said Agar ye mere pass reference se na ai hoti toa mai ise batati i mean SERIOUSLY u ruined my face my hair and everything .. it was one of the best day of my life and i looked terrible EVERYone said you could have looked better if u had done it on ur own PLEASE GUYS DO MOT GO THERE she will make u look like a CLOWN

Today was my very first time visiting Utopia after reading reviews on google. Upon walking into the door, Sonia welcomed me with such a warming greeting, and immediately I felt relaxed about trying someone new. She did my eyebrows threading and haircut. Both work was awesome. Overall, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and I will definitely be visiting again.

Utopia Salon & Spa Syeda Ali in the last week Love getting my eyebrows done from here and also for waxing I'm very much satisfied with the services plus I love the way they greet and take care very nicely. Facials are also very good and relaxing. Makes me feel relaxed and comfortable with the cleansing and facial plus the whole procedure is good step by step. I really like the facials and treatments. For haircut also I'm very much happy with them as they always cut those front layers for me as per my choice. They take as soon as they get done with other customers as they fully concentrate on each and everyone to fully satisfied their customers instead of hurry and rush and that's the most beautiful thing about them

I have to say this is the best place for makeup. I was visiting from NY and they were so wonderful in making sure my 16 yr old had age appropriate makeup and accommodated is last minute. It was refreshing to see a salon that treated us like family and took the time to tailor their services to help us. I highly recommend!!

I am constantly going to this salon to get all my services done. Their threding is always on point and waxing leaving my skin feeling like a babies. I have a lot of trouble with my hair because it is very frizzy and puffy but the way the beauticians cut my hair makes it feeling smooth and tamable. I also have a lot of acne but every time I get a facial done from here, I instantly feel my skin look so much better and I get a lot of wonderful comments on it. On top of all these amazing things the beauticians get me in fast and work very hard on all my services no matter what time or how busy it gets.
