No one spoke even after sitting in the waiting area 30 minutes. There are two patrons waiting for service and 5 employees in the back doing each other nails and chatting. I am leaving now without being helped. Ridiculous.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. Tried 3 times to get my nails done both times waited an hour plus then finally just walked out one time I was told the guy who did acrylics wasn’t there. Went there to get my eye brows done waited a half hour and was burned by the wax BADLY in between my brows under my right and left when the lady applied some kind of gel it was so painful and I thought my skin was just maybe really sensitive it wasn’t till the redness went away that I realized I was burned. When I paid w my credit card I was told I had to pay an extra dollar because the price was so low. But I didn’t see any signs indicating a card minimum but whatever truly not a big deal just added on to my horrible experience. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for 10 years and never had this happen to me. I will never be coming back.

Called ahead to see if I needed to make an appointment for an eyebrow wax & was told I could walk in with little to no wait. I was there within 20mins. There was no one available to greet me when I walked in so I made eye contact with a few staff members & sat down. One of the employees doing a pedicure asked if he could help me, but when I told him, he did not give me any indication of how long I would wait. In fact he didn't say anything, just nodded. So I grabbed a magazine...sipped my latte...watched him finish & wash everything thoroughly...grabbed another magazine...finished my latte. Then he sat down on his cell phone. I'm still waiting. I glanced around impatiently after 20mins & noticed there was another employee next to him just sitting at her table with no customer. Even if they weren't the waxers, they certainly should be aware enough to know I'm waiting & to make sure I'm fully accommodated before they just chill. I was so irritated I stood up & left. Go to Island Nails just a few blocks south! I'm here now & 2 people have already assured me it will only be 5min wait for an eyebrow wax.

Pretty standard nail place, and apparently very popular based on the number of people who came in. However, this resulted in a rather long (1.5 hrs) wait for me, which was pretty frustrating - good thing the rest of my day was pretty open. I was annoyed that the manager didn't offer me a discount based on how long I waited (to be fair, they were short-staffed b/c someone called out), but my [regular] manicure lasted over two weeks so I can't complain about that. Also, the girl who does eyebrows is AMAZING.

First time I came a week ago they made me wait for 1 hour and I ended up leaving. I came back the next day hoping for a short wait. I waited about 30 minutes and they finally called me. This place is far the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. The first time I went to get my eyelashes done they did it completely wrong with the worst products. I paid $40 and as I was walking home my eyelashes started falling off with just the wind blowing . MIND YOU they claimed they would last 2 weeks!!!! After 3 days they were a total disaster . I called the place 3 times to confirm that they will not charge me when I come in. So I came in today and the same people that told me it’s free of charge ONCE AGAIN confirmed my question . So the lady started doing my lashes and she was burning my eyes a lot , felt like no professional. At the end I tipped the lady for the effort and I attempted to walk out . When the guy with the fat face and long hair tried to tell me that I had to pay 25 he did not let me out and he started yelling at me and seemed like he was about to attack me . He started cussing at me and calling me all kinds of disrespectful names . While screaming the whole time he also claimed I didn’t even tip the lady when he wasn’t even sure of that. I was just about to call police!!!! I don’t believe they should stay open and they definitely act like they have no morals and no license whatsoever!!!!!!!!!

I consider this a very standard nail salon. I have gone here several times for pedicures and I am always pleased with the results. Even though they do take walk-ins I would highly recommend making an appointment. It gets busy in this salon and you could wait 45 mins to a hour as a walk in. Also if you walk in and they say it will be 20 mins expect it to take longer which could be frustrating at times.

Is the fifth time that I came I normally come 6:45 or 7 pm and the said can't provide service , they may need more crew to help or lock the door when they consider that couldn't handle , other places take the costumer even if they arrived 5 min before they close , I got there at 6:55 and he said "I close at 7:30 so I can take you" they not suppose to close at 8 pm

4/5 stars because of the noticeable dust build ups. They carry new OPI colors which is a must for me. Also, Tina got my nails just right. Definitely will be my new tech.

I come here every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done. They use an autoclave to clean their tools, and I usually walk in without much of a wait if any. I always have a hard time deciding which color I want so I generally ask for the opinion of the person doing my nails. They haven't steered me wrong yet. My nails always look good after leaving here. It also helps that this place is SUPER easy to get to. Right down from the Wilson stop on the red line after Target and Subway.

This place is disgusting. I was getting my eyelashes done and they GLUED MY EYES SHUT! I had to walk out of there and go to the emergency room. Before walking in there I noticed there were mice in the back room as I was walking to the restroom. I do not recommend this place. One star.

Had an appointment at 3pm for two mani/pedis and they kept taking people in front of the second person in our party after the pedicures. After expressing that she has been next in line for some time , there was no resolve or remorse & the employees carried on with current clients. I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option.

They told me only one person in the entire shop did full sets, and he wasn't there. Im looking at nail drills,gel,and acrylic at almost all station. The guy that sits at the front to the left lied, and told me her didn't dp nail. I saw him last time I was here doing someones nail. They are rude as all hell, I will never be back.

Walked in to see an employee on her phone. Told the very unwelcoming man giving a manicure that I was here for a pedicure so I picked my color and waited for my pedicure. I thought the employee on her phone would be helping me but maybe she was on her break. While I'm waiting a girl calls for an appointment and walks in 5 minutes later. The employee on the phone proceeded to get up and help the girl that literally called 7 minutes after I walked in. Do not go here.

One time I just scheduled appointment and went there before my appointment time and there were a lot of people waiting , and they told me they are not accepting any appointments...and other day I just went with our appointment and just waited for two hours and one lady came and frank who is one of the stuffs come to me and said that she just made appointment so that he had to serve her before me ... and what a discrimination.
