Beware. Owner Pamela is an absolute conartist. She was previously employed at Southwest Laser ,as well as another in Florida, Naples Laser and Medspa and apparently no longer at either location. She was quick to let me know all of this, and get into great detail how they did her wrong. I found it strange that a professional would put down other medspas (both of whom I had never heard of before) previous to conducting business with a new client. In hindsight I wish I would have looked at her BBB reviews prior, both would have given me a glimpse of what I was in for. (Naples Medspa has ONE star on BBB) I received PRP from Pam and was told if I was unhappy I would be refunded 100%. Long story short, that was NOT the case. After the 1st session, I saw no difference. I was then told "you need 1 more!" .... after 2 sessions, she said "just wait til the third, then you'll see results!" Followed by "You need to wait longer / you're too young / you need another session, 3 isn't enough." The only results I ever had were major swelling, bruising, and horrible bags under my eyes that I didn't have before. This registers as major bait and switch in my book. Not only was I not refunded, I am now being sued in small claims court by a modern day gypsy. STAY AWAY FROM ANY BUSINESS PAMELA NEITZEL IS INVOLVED IN.

I should have turned around and walked out once the staff was questioning the validity of my Groupon..... BIG MISTAKE. The appointment itself was fine-no complaints. I didn't get out of the parking lot before I was contacted by Laura being a bit snarky questioning the validity of my Groupon and insinuating that Groupon the company expressed to her that I might have scammed the spa by using a voucher that had yet been cleared. Called today just out of courtisey prior to leaving my review. Laura literally said to go ahead and was rudely talking over me. Needless to say, the experience was distasteful. Soooooo not a quality salon experience.

I have been here a few times already since this new location in Tinley Park opened. I went here the first time for facial services and some cosmetic make up treatments. Once you are here you realize that they have so many more services under one roof. I came back to use the blow dry bar because I haven't seen one since being in downtown Chicago. They had an entire room dedicated to just the blow dry bar! So excited to finally have a complete med spa in the south suburbs so I don't have to drive to the city for 5 star services! The staff is great and they really care about making sure you pick services that are right for you by teaching you about the product or service before you decide to go with it! Thank you for your great service!

She is knowledgeable in her approach and she makes sure that I understand what steps she wants to take to address my concerns. I love my results and I'm happy to spread the word about her services. I have been to many different spas and have felt that the results were just okay until I found Pam. The staff here is friendly, accommodating and the spa is reasonably priced.

I purchased a Groupon for Botox and immediately called for an appointment. They were able to fit me in right then. The receptionist was very welcoming and made you feel right at ease. I had Julie inject my Botox and I was nervous but honestly it felt like a little sting for a second. Since I just had the injections I have not seen the results yet but I will post back in a couple of weeks and let you know if I’m happy with the results or not.
