Anthony, the esthetician who does my lashes, is amazing! They look perfect every time. He also makes me feel so comfortable and at home during my sessions - either by letting me rest or engaging in interesting conversation. Anthony is also very keen on self-improvement and wants to ensure that he's doing his very best job every time I visit. Aside from Anthony himself, the Spavia facility is very relaxing and tranquil. They have done a great job of setting just the right ambience. And the entire staff, from the owner to the therapists/estheticians to the front desk team is very friendly and welcoming.

Had such a wonderful experience today that i got the monthly membership! I was running a few minutes late but the front end associates were really seeet and accommodating. My massage therapist made me feel so relaxed and i literally could not move after my service. It was so wonderful. The facility is new, clean, and they has extra touches like warm neck wraps and a heated waiting room that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Spavia!

I arrived a bit early for a work trip and was in desperate need of a facial. My face was so dry! It was so easy to schedule an appointment online, and I was able to get the time slot I needed. The atmosphere was so relaxing and smelled so good! I got the balancing facial. I cannot remember her name (so sorry!) however she took time to analyze my skin, and I have never felt so refreshed and seen such amazing immediate results. I wish you had a location in Boston area! Will return next time i am in Chicago!

I received a gift card to Spavia for my birthday and scheduled a 60 minute massage with Jonathan. He was incredibly friendly and was very in-tune with my massage needs. I have back pain and hip pain so he worked on some of my tender spots. I asked him lots of questions about the anatomy of the back and how certain muscles connect and he was incredibly knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions. He provided me with some tips for stretching and relieving pain after the massage. Thank you!

Lovely little quiet spa, and with free parking (!). Both the deep tissue massage (Gaby) and facial (Anthony) were top notch - both really know what they are doing, plus they’re pleasant and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate that the spa hires such talent. The dressing room was tiny but well stocked, and the front desk staff was very nice. Lovely selection of tea in the wait room, but I did think the tootsie roll candy was a little odd (maybe something fresh instead?), but that’s such a minor detail. I liked that the place was low key and not teeming with rambunctious girl parties. Very much looking forward to my next visit. I thought the prices were also reasonable, and they offer a “first time” discount - great deal to get folks to try it out - it worked on me. Highly recommended!

Shalawn is the best! From head to toe, she is able to get me to a state of relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the scalp and neck massage. The spa itself is lovely, with warm and welcoming staff. It is nothing fancy, but it has all the amenities you need. Take advantage of the warming neck pillow while waiting for your appointment.

I’ve been looking into memberships at a day spa for better deals on consistent facials and massages. I am all for being a better me so I can be refreshed for work and my family. Spavia delivered in this aspect with good prices, clean facilities, good membership options and services, and kind staff. The front desk person was helpful in questions and multi-tasking (there were quite a few other people checking in checking out and on the phone). My massage therapist Shirelle was very excellent at her trade- I asked for more of a Swedish massage (lighter pressure for relaxation) versus a deep tissue. She absolutely delivered but I could feel the fluidity she power behind her touch. I would request for her again if I ever wanted deep tissue massage. I am excited for my future visits and getting facials as that is more of my purpose of doing a spa membership.

Great 1st time experience! Met the owner while at the front area,he was very polite and welcoming. My masseuse was Aneta, and she was just wonderful! I appreciate her gifted hands that really just knew how to work on the most tense areas that have been bothering me. After the massage I was guided back to the nice quiet waiting area, I loved the ambiance and soothing music, also it smelled great too. I hung out in the cozy waiting area kicked back and relaxed with a glass of wine. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone.

I have had 2 amazing massages. The changing rooms have everything you need from a shower with shampoo/conditioner to towels and peppermint patties. Get there early so you have time to relax, and enjoy a cup of tea with a neck warmer and a good book. The therapists check to make sure you are comfortable throughout your experience.

We actually had an appointment set at another popular spa in town & boy were we happy that we decided to come to Spavia instead. Gabby, without a doubt, is at the top of her class, when it comes to a deep tissue massage.
