Great experience, considerate and open-minded staff who are trained, helpful and take the initiative to take care of you and your body. Been going here almost a year now, as I'd previously had no idea just how much work on my skin and face could be done. They treat you like royalty here and for a very affordable and fair price. Every time I go back I'm reminded why I love it, and an hour doesn't seem long enough from how relaxing it is. Props to Amanda for helping me out as long as she has, even with my more infrequent visits.

Cara is a very talented stylist, she provides the full experience with picking your essential oil to the best scalp and shoulder massage that totally relaxes me. She listens to my needs and gives me the best hair cut and dry blow dry every time. I also like that Cara informs me about all the different Aveda products and encourages me to try something different. Some times I need a change in shampoo and conditioner. I highly recommend Cara to be your next Stylist.

After getting a hair cut and toe nails cut I can tell you this place is great. Prices are high - justified! Professional service. They have three tiers of service. Each increases in cost and yes, quality. Here you get what you pay for. Don't scimp out... The flyer is attached. They do haircuts, hair coloring, nails, massages.

Just saw Christy at the West Dundee Salon and she once again knocked it out of the park. I have naturally white hair #old age # stressful life. At my last appointment we experimented with giving it a tonal grey look with some dimension. Yesterdays appointment I decided to take it a step further and go with a cooler darker gunmetal grey. Christy can take hair from dark to grey in a day. It can be done. It has been so liberating embracing my grey and having fun with it. With very little maintenance. Grey does not equal old. She can take dull drab grey and turn it into a silky grey with dimension and it does not need to be that flat dry looking grey any longer:)

This is a totally wonderful experience with well trained and pleasant staff Where else can you go to get your hair done and get a neck massage and hand massage. I love my eyelash extensions Jay is the best technician hI have ever had. Last but nor least I have had massaged all over the world and by far the staff at Spa Bleu is the best . I would tell you my technician name but I do not want to get her over booked so I cannot get a appointment but a little hint starts with a L. Love this place !!!!!

Wow wow wow!!!! I’m a very nervous person when it comes to my hair and omg I’m speechless. When I arrived I was met with smiling faces and was asked if I wanted tea coffee or water and a hot towel! This is a very clean put together place. Before we even got started they gave me a scalp neck and shoulder massage. I got my hair dyed and my stylist did an amazing job! Best dye job ever! I highly highly recommend Meghan because she is amazing. Everyone was so nice and asked me if I needed anything while I was waiting for my hair to be done. While at the rinse station they gave me a hand massage!!! It was extremely relaxing. Meghan did a beautiful job and I will definitely be going back for all my hair needs!

I have only ever had spa services at Spa Bleu but I do enjoy their spa experience. I see Amanda for my facials every few months and she's wonderful; she's easy to work with and does a great job taking care of my skin and helping me relax. The staff is general is professional and helpful. I do prefer to go during off-peak hours if I can so it's quieter in the spa than on busy days.
