We had appointments for 3 manicures. Our dinner ran late and when we let them know ahead of time we were running late they suggested we reschedule and let them know we would. They charged my credit card for the 3 manicures we never received and gratuity!! We were guests of the resort!! I would never ever go to this spa after this kind of presumptive behavior. Not once were we ever notified that my card would be charged in full for zero services. Ruined our Trump experience for sure. Go to any of the other spas in this large row of hotels/resorts with spas. Trump Resort may be a 5 Star Resort but, their rude and underhanded spa behavior garners zero stars. Never again.

Tonya at the spa was fabulous. My mani and pedi is beautiful, and she was just the sweetest! The setting was beautiful, and I was treated to fresh fruit and sweet treat. Thank you for the relaxing experience.

Loved it, can’t say enough about the place. My wife and I had the couples massage and it was great. Classy establishment, clean, relaxing, inviting facility. The staff is great and the massage therapists were some of the best we had in a long time. They were professional, courteous and made us feel at ease. They were really good at their jobs. We will definitely be back. Piece of advice for anyone that is thinking about going and is reading these reviews, if you want something specific just ask for it, from hot table or hot eye mask or certain mussel to concentrate on, just ask, these guys will go

I came into the spa recently and I must say my experience here was amazing. The spa itself was very relaxing. I received a facial service and a waxing service from the spa's waxing specialist her name was Roxanne. The best facial I have ever had! And my waxing service was was the best eyebrows! She was quick and gave me the best arches. I highly recommend this spa. Defiantly coming back.

Amazing massage and facilities. I live in NYC and have never been to a Trump brand spa, but I have been to the Pennisula NYC, the Casa Del Mar in Cali, and many other 5 Star spas, the service and facilities of this spa in Chicago is definitely on par. From the complimentary health “shots” of wheat grass and citrus to the multiple infused waters and tea sandwiches I was in relaxation heaven. Big thank you to Katie R. the director & Monica who helped pack a complimentary emergency lady Spa kit for my friends bridal party who were all staying at a hotel on strike in the city and had access to nothing and no time to last minute shop. They really saved the day!

I loved staying at the Trump Tower in Chicago where everyone knows your name and make you feel at home, but the spa is under a different management and it’s not the greatest. Facility is beautiful but the costumer service lacks in my opinion.

I really enjoyed my service here. Come at least 30 minutes to use the Eucalyptus steam and then relax in the waiting area. My technician was really nice, service oriented, and quiet - I've been to many Spa's where the technician talks a lot. I like the Kate Somerville product line too.

I love the Trump hotel in chicago they do try as for the SPA I tried to go and now I know why people don't like it..facial was good but to expansive doesn't worth it the massage was bad so I paid 500 USD but not going again

We were there this past weekend, enjoyed the hotel and treated ourselves to a couples massage. The massage was decent, rubbed out some nice knots, but as we were heading home I was talking about the massage and mentioned that I was cold and same for the lotion or oil that was used. I come to find out my husband has the opposite experience. Table was warm, warm oils, hot towels and eye mask. Me on the other hand my table was cold, the lotion or oil was cold, no eye mask just a cloth put over my eyes. I had a warm towel which was nice to start on my back but that was it until the end to wipe off my feet. For the amount paid and the quality of service that was expected they missed the mark on my end. My husband would say 5 starts but my experience I was say 3 since the massage was decent but I most certainly did not get the same service my husband did.

Fantastic massage with my wife . We received a 60 minute couples massage and it truly a treat. The facility is breath taking with killer views . I’ve gotten a massages around the world and hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever had. Thank you to trump staff truly a get experience.

I came in on a Friday morning to recieve a much deserved massage. To my disappointment my technicians breath reeked of alcohol and she also carried scent of gasoline. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

Beautiful spa in a great location. My experience here was beyond my expectations. From the time I walked in I was greeted by friendly front desk staff. My esthetician was Roxanne she was very knowledgeable about my skin and made my experience here at the spa very relaxing.
