Clean , large salon. Very hectic when checking in; only one person speaks enough English to greet customers and answer questions. I was asked if I would like something to drink then I was directed to the beverage zone, which is in the traffic pattern of all customers coming and going. I was instructed to get my own beverage. Full manicure and pedicure cost $67 and lasted just over 40 minutes. Not much pampering for the price. The heels of my feet still look and feel dry. However, the side of my toe was scrubbed so hard there was a raw spot which burned when she applied rubbing alcohol! The manicurist did apply three coats of polish and did a fairly good job, unfortunately she did not remove polish from the sides of my nail beds. I will not be back.

I love this nail salon! It's such a cozy and fun place to go to. I've always enjoyed my time there. They are very polite and professional. They offer so many different services. Their pricing is very affordable. There might be a small wait if you're a walk-in. They have a very comfortable lounge area, as well as beverages they offer you.

I work close to this salon so it's very convenient for me to get my nails done during my lunch breaks. I find that everyone is really friendly and it's kind of like a small family. Another thing that I enjoyed was that it was quiet in the salon. 5 stars for ALL!

It was about a week ago I went to get my nails done. & Right when I walked in I got excellent service! Then when I was getting my nails done they are gentle, they don't hurt you what so every! Everything was Perfect!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 45 minutes to get a full set, and they charged me extra to get a coffin shape when it isn’t even a coffin, was very rude with me. Cut my cuticles multiple times and would Finnish my polish. Do not go here if you want good nails

I had heard mixed reviews on this business so decided to try it out today. There was only one lady who even made conversation with me. Then when I asked about pricing, I was informed that there's a sign by the door and I could look at that next time or take a picture so I have it with me. Then was informed that it's an extra charge if you want your nails any shape beside round and square. Then an extra charge for removing nail polish to get a full set of acrylic. Then an extra charge for taking old nails off and extra charges for several other things. I was not offered wine while I got my nails done. Then when finished. I questioned the guy doing my nails because the acrylic had hardened on my fingers beyond my nails. When I asked him to file them a little more on a few nails, he said that it was like that because of my cuticle so I'd need a manicure on top of the acrylic full set. And when I was finished there was dried powder on my fingers. My polish looked good but everything else with my experience was disappointing. I decided to skip my pedicure and went to Hollywood which is where I usually go. Thank god for them! I will not be coming back to this business. And while I was getting my nails finished, one of the employees sat down in the chair in front of where my friend was sitting and started filing her toe nails! How disgusting.

I went with a bachelorette party. Was a very clean and nice place. I went to get a pedicure. Which was $32. The lady doing my nails put my color on and said she would be back to put the clear coat on when it dried. She never came back and the rest of my party was leaving and I asked a different lady if I could have my clear coat put on and she touched my nails and she said all good and I said no I didn't get a clear coat and she said she would come back and never did. The lady told me to get up and go with the rest of my party. I was a little upset. I woke up the next morning and two of my nails were chipped. I was annoyed since I had paid so much, including a tip.

I haven't been to a nail salon and enjoyed the entire experience and end result as much as I've enjoyed it here. They took their time instead of rushing to get me in and out like I feel many salons do. I got the no chip manicure and it stayed for a little over two weeks before peeling and that was only on one nail. The shape of my nails was perfect (something I really pay attention to and can be picky about). The owner was friendly along with the nail tech I was assigned to. They are also very clean. Prices seem a little more expensive if not the same as surrounding salons but totally worth it.

What a mess. I had an appointment with Lisa. They told me she was running late. The girl who started to help me told me repeatedly that I couldn’t have the nails I wanted. I could only have dip. I was visibly frustrated when she changed her mind. She then told me I canceled my appointment and someone else was booked at the same time. I was passed off to Jack. He used the dremel tool on my skin and I bled on three different nails. My nails are also so thick and chunky that I can barely pick things up from flat surfaces. There is a lot of excess product hanging over the skin as well. I didn’t have time to have them completely redo them so I just left. I won’t be back.

This place is terrible. Lisa - apparently the owner , doesn’t care about her clients or people in general. I’ve seen her be rude and condescending to people and just today i watched her yell at another customer for commenting about the exorbitant wait time- for which she had an appointment. She told her not come back. I willnot coming back either. What a terrible way to treat somebody

I had a negative experience here. Came in at my appointed time and still had to wait 40 minutes and found the environment to be rather cliquey. My nails were not done to my satisfactory either, one of the tips of my nails is noticeably crooked

After a 45 min wait we were charged for a shape on a full set of acrylics, they were lumpy, nail polish wasn't painted evenly and I had to ask 3 times to have my pedicure finished. Go to ivena nails in Ottawa this place is garbage all around!

Ive been here about three times. first time they messed up 4 of my nails and told me it would cost extra to fix, second time they were extremely rude and the girl who did my nails cut me and said it was “my fault” and didn’t apologize. Third time i got cut and she didnt say one word and then messed up all my nails and made them extremely sharp underneath. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the girl who did them waxed too much off of one eyebrow and then plucked the rest and was extremely rude. They also itch really bad and are extremely red after hours. The man who also did my grandma’s nails was extremely rough with her hands, and started yelling at her because she was holding them too high. When this happened she apologized because she has arthritis in her hands and said that she didnt mean to move her hands. He was extremely rude about it and constantly yelled at her afterwards. I would definitely not recommend this place. Everyone’s different, but i for sure will never go here again.

Not a very welcome feeling walking in. The woman who did my pedicure cut my toe twice, rounded my toe nails (which is not good for regrowth) and didn’t even give me the pedicure that I asked for. The pedi chairs are nice though and it is very clean.

I have been going here every two weeks for acrylics with gel or dipping powder over the last few months, with no complaints. I had an appointment set up this afternoon and the staff was in what seemed like a very big hurry to get me in and out - I was told that they were trying to close early - after starting my nails. Had someone told me when I called to set up my appointment, I could have waited for another day. They removed my previous dip and acrylics by ripping them off along with the new growth of my natural nails leaving them extremely jagged and shorter than necessary. I left today with very sore nails, now none of my nails are even close to matching in length, and I have numerous cuts around the skin of my nails. I am sad to say that I will need to find a new nail salon.

A few weeks a ago , i had a set of nails put on at Spa Annabelle they were done very poorly different sizes, she was going to take them off put a new set on she used a very painful tool to the nails the first one started to bleed the whole hand was just painfully done. Lisa , owns the store she very crazy. If you want nail done, i would strongly advise you to stop. Don't waste you money .

was in there yesterday to get my nails done with my daughter who is a minor and the employees where taking pictures of us and the people in there. They tried to do it where they thought we didn't notice. It's a shame because I left another nail salon to come there and thought the nails looked great.

I was a client in this establishment on April 28. I went in to have a full set of pink and whites put on after the full set I had put on 2 weeks prior had all popped off except for 3 nails. The girl I normally went to was not there and I was given to a young man I had never seen before. He proceeded to remove the remaining 3 nails not by soaking them or shaving them down. Instead he thought it better to remove with another acrylic nail and pry them off. I told him my nails were sensitive and he ignored me. It was a quite painful process and I repeatedly told him he was hurting me to the point it was bringing tears to my eyes. On the 3rd nail, it was excruciating pain and I told him to just STOP! He did not and in a haste ended up ripping my nail up into the nail bed and it immediately started bleeding! I cannot tell you how upset I was at this point. He was unphased and didn’t see any problem. The girl that was “in charge” who was sitting right there and witnessing my discomfort also did nothing for me. I told him to stop touching me. All the girl said was “do you want someone else”? I told her obviously because this guy and his torture practices was not touching me again!! Keep in mind my nail is bleeding...they did nothing... no offer to help or show any sympathy as if this happens all the time. They moved me to the other side to sit and wait while they took another client! I found my own paper towel to help stop the bleeding. After 20 minutes I decided to leave. I walked past them and they could have cared less... not even asking me if I was ok. This practice is unacceptable! It was completely ridiculous and I will NEVER go back into that establishment. Beware ladies of this establishment, they have no concern for their clients!! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!
