I have had multiple massages with Cynthia Hernandez. She does wonderful energy work and sure seems to have magic hands!! A 60 minute slot just isn't enough - 90 minutes is perfect! She is the only massage therapist I have had appointments with. I highly recommend the massages at Karma!

Great spa. I've had the facials and massages and all have been great. The people here are very nice, very professional and very good at what they need to do. I've been a little to busy lately to take advantage of some pampering and I need to change that soon! Prices are great, not the cheapest place (which I wouldn't expect) but definitely less than others of comparable quality. This is a NICE salon. And love, love, love the Aveda products!

I had purchased a facial for my birthday on Groupon. I made my appointment two weeks ago and had decided to add on a pedicure as well. When I went in today for my facial (which I was super excited for) the lady at the front informed me that I did not have an appointment for a facial. I was really upset because two days prior I had called and confirmed my time for the facial. The front desk lady did say they would do my pedicure for free but I was really looking forward to a facial. So I chose to leave and booked an appointment at Salon Bliss for a facial and it was the best decision I made! I had my facial with Kerry at Salon Bliss! She was absolutely wonderful! Do yourself a favor and skip this spa.

I used a groupon for a 60 minute massage. This was by far the best massage I've ever had!! My previous massages at other locations were 80 minute massages, for some reason this one felt just as long but was much better!! I would definitely recommend Karma Salon and Spa.

Would not honor Groupon with the expiration date a month out. All weekend appts were booked through mid May. I offered a date a week after the Groupon expired and the owner would not honor it.

I have been to Allison a few times for my facials and she does an excellent job of really cleaning up my face and pampering me!

Facials by Allison are the best. She is very attentive and pays attention to the skin needs. I was glowing after the facial. Once I was getting facial and the fire alarm kept going on. She attended me in a good way and made sure my experience was still pleasant. I would go there again and every time.

Very poor massage. I have been getting deep tissue for years. My regular salon was booked and I wanted to get some pain relief before having a minor procedure the following day. Sorry to say but Art was not very skilled. I asked him to go deeper but he did not. The entire time I was thinking anyone could do what he was doing. What a shame for the cost and I even tipped. I was highly disappointed.

I had my makeup done for my mother's wedding and I could have done a better job myself. I walked out of the salon super mad. I had to stop on my way to the wedding at a CVS because they didn't carry red lipstick. Needless to say, their selection of makeup was EXTREMELY limited. My face also looked oily and my eye makeup was sloppy. The makeup artists at Sephora could have done a better job. Don't even think about getting your makeup done here!

The young lady said, it may be the shampoo that I am using, or washing dishes, and I said really? Well i don't wash dishes I have a dishwasher and I use Aveda shampoo.....I have a appointment today they are going to redo my nails.....
