I have been going here for years, I had to switched the lady's who had cut my hair since she was not doing a good job. I could never get the haircut that was just right, after many years of trying here. Once a lady cut my hair with just clippers, it had no style or anything. It grow out like a mushroom, I mean I could have just done this at work and saved money. I have always felt the prices were high for men's haircuts. I had one stylist who cut my hair so oddly, it was misshaped in parts of my hair. I mean, if I'm paying $24.00 plus tip for a haircut, its needs to be a pretty good haircut. It's not a bad place, but its not worth my money or to have my hair cut in such a matter, it makes me look unprofessional. I can not say anything about the services for ladies, but for mens, I would avoid this place. Try the "Striped Pole" in Rolling Meadows, I have been getting the best haircuts of my life here.

I went there today for the first time to receive a manicure and pedicure. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. Georgia and Madison did exactly what I asked them for my nails. The prices are absolutely affordable and the space for nails was so clean and cute. I can’t wait to go back!

Idk how they work for hair/ make up. But it is pretty sure it is the Worst nail salon.the technitian was not professional. She was not comfortable with puting nail polish. It means she needs more pracitce to put nail polish. I had to remove polish that she put and i had to put it agian by myself. I’ve regretted to choose this place for my nail before trip. it was totally waste of money. I would not go back this shop NEVER!

I wanted a nice, easy place where I could get a haircut and a possible color. The first time I went I had Laurie and she was pretty good and did a nice ombre and cut. The second time around I had another lady who trimmed my hair, but was very pushy for me to get layers and made me uncomfortable in the situation about it. I kept going because I had no other place in mind. I went there again to get a trim and I had a very spacey woman who who talk to me in the mirror as she was cuting my hair- I ended up having uneven sides. Georgia fixed it and gave me a 50% off card signed by her. For homecoming I wanted to get a nice, old hollywood hairstyle to the side and I got defined, crunchy curls to the side- not old hollywood at all. It was nice, but it wasn't what I wanted. She also made me feel bad because she had a customer right after me and tried rushing me out of there. I went again for another trim and the lady barely cut anything off and a couple weeks later my hair still needed a trim. I got my prom up-do done and I had a really difficult time with the same woman because she couldn't do the soft look I showed her which was simple and she gave me an over hair-sprayed up-do again. She made me uncomfortable by telling me to do it myself and place it the way I wanted, even though she's the hairdresser. She also rushed me out of there again because she had to cut a man's hair after me. Again, the hairstyle wasn't exactly what I wanted for paying over $60 for. I go back one last time to use my 50% off given to me a year ago. I get there on time, but I was told to wait 20 minutes later I asked the spacey lady at the front where my hairdresser was. I showed her the 50% off card and it was signed by Georgia. She tells me that it may not apply to my haircut since it was a different hairdresser and yada yada yada. She gave me a hard time about it telling me that if it was her she would have used it right away even after I told her that I kept forgetting it every time I was there. She wasn't understanding and yet kept telling me that they could give me a haircut, but it would be regular price. I told her that there was no expiration date on it and was not told by Georgia that it could expire. I told her that I waited 30 minutes already for this haircut and I was pretty mad at this point. I was going to stay and get my haircut since my hair was already wet, but I decided not to give them any more of my business. I'm honestly always a nice customer and I never try to bash places, but I've had such horrible customer service that this was the last straw for me. I really don't suggest going here. Haircuts are overpriced and inconsistent and the women there are annoying to deal with. It's not worth it at all do me. Hope this helps someone who is thinking about going to Salon Elite.

Salon Elite and Spa is very professional. I felt the need to leave a review after I bought a spa day for my wife and daughter. They said the services were amazing from their hair services to their facial, massage ,manicure and pedicure. They said the management was attentive to make sure their day was special. I truly appreciate what they did. I will definitely be buying another spa day in the future. They exceeded my expectations.

Today I used a Groupon for a no chip manicure and pedicure. It was the WORST I had every received. The technician seems very inexperienced. My nails seriously look like a 5 year old painted them. On top of that the calluses were never never removed from my feet, she filed my nails crooked, overall just a terrible terrible experience. To make matters worse the owner Georgia came over and said my nails looked good-really?! Do not buy the Groupon for nail services at this salon!

I'm very fond of nail art and am always looking for something creative and unique. I was referred to Salon Elite by a woman I saw in a store with some fantastic nail designs. I stopped in to check the place out and couldn't have been in there more than 3 minutes before walking out the door thinking, "yeah, I don't think so." First of all, there's only one person there who does nails, so if you're used to the 'Walk-ins Welcomed' type of place, this is definitely not up your alley. I asked the receptionist how far in advance is typically needed for a nail appointment and she responded that at least 4 days is average. She then told me, that currently the one and only nail tech was on a 2 week vacation and began flipping thru pages in her book to find the next available appointment. I told her thank you, she didn't need to look it up now, and I'd call when I had my schedule in front of me. I was about to step over and look at a small display of jewelry when the receptionist actually began making(fairly rude)comments about mine and the friend who came with me, hair cuts and color. I was so shocked that I just starred at the woman for a moment before just laughing and walked out the door. Here's a tip for any business trying to recruit new customers, insulting them is not the way to do it.

First of all, calling to schedule an appointment was a hassle. Georgia, the woman who answered the phone had the biggest attitude and honestly, the tone of her voice and way she was speaking to me made me think she would rather be doing anything or be anywhere else besides there.(come to find out to my surprise, Georgia is the owner).This place is incredibly dirty. There is dust everywhere and when I say everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE. The shampoo area is disgusting with bottles dripping and leaking and the actual shampoo bowls are covered in color and hair. The mirrors are disgustingly dirty and the display shelves look like they haven't been cleaned in years. There was one employee who was particularly rude and obnoxious, a shampoo girl who had foul language and was talking inappropriately with a client. When I went to find a supervisor to complain about her, I was told that she was the assistant manager and to bring up any questions/concerns with her....no thanks. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The wife gets her hair done here every so often. They do a great job as she always come out hotter than I dropped her off. Not that my wife is not a stunning woman, she is. But when I second guess if I am picking up the right woman, they do good work!

I only trust this salon. The stylist Sondra makes me feel great by the time I'm done. I met the owner who was a breath of fresh air. She really seems to care about the customers and her staff. They are always doing a contest and make sure everyone's happy.

My daughter Recently used a Groupon she had purchased for me and her to have a nice relaxed mani pedi day. We both agreed this was the worst we have ever had. The technician was obviously very inexperienced and the final result looked like a 5 yr old did our nails! We will not go back by any means to make it right.....The only positive outcome would be a refund for my daughters embarrassment !

I have been going to Salon Elite for several years now. I go in to get my wax on. If you need any waxing or any facial treatments, Laura M is ur girl. She is very good at what she does. Also rest of staff at salon are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff. You make my visit worth it.
