I have been a client of Renu Day Spa for over a decade, and absolutely love the staff and services. Walking in to Renu, one can always expect to feel like family, regardless if it is your 1st time ever, or 100th time. The receptionists are so polite and helpful, and have great knowledge of the all the different services at Renu. Usually, I just get my manicure and pedicures on a regular basis, along with a massage from time to time, but when I started complaining about my skin, a receptionist informed me that there are specific services that can help. So I booked an Oxygen Facial for my acne problems (I am ok saying this, because many adults still battle acne!), and what a difference it has made! It was a 5-step treatment: medicated salicylic cleanser, enzyme exfoliating gel, calming serum, nutrient hydrator, and advanced UV protector with SPF 20. My skin felt so clean and fresh, and this is made a world of difference. What I especially appreciated was the level of product knowledge that the aesthetician shared with me, along with advice on how to prevent future breakouts. I have added the Oxygen Facial to my spa routine, and have noticed tremendous results. Now my skin is looking as beautiful as my nails do after a mani & pedi! I highly recommend Renu for anyone who is looking for a great spa experience. Whether it's a "me day" or "girls night at the spa", they can accommodate you with high quality services and a comfortable environment. I got a facial at this spa and it was an ok experience. I had told her that I had blackheads on my nose before the facial, However, when I got home I realized Sylvia did not remove all of the black heads. I called and asked why and she said that removing them would be too traumatic? There’s two reasons why I don’t believe that excuse. 1. I have pretty good skin. So I don’t understand why her completely removing the blackheads on my nose would cause trauma. 2. She revealed she didn’t even know who I was later on in the convo. So she was just giving me a scripted excuse instead of addressing the problem. I paid $130 for a facial that included extractions and I did not get what I paid for. She said to return for another $100 facial in 4 weeks. Money hungry much?

ANA Pamula ? is the name of the owner. Im sorry but I have to say this. I've never seen someone treating employees so rude and like she did while I was getting my nails done. My nail tech ended up crying in front of me due to her boss attitude. I was almost going stand up and leave the place.
