Absolutely fantastic. My wife and I came into the city for a quick overnight. We each booked a massage at Renee's, and we could not have been more impressed. The massage was the best that I have had anywhere. We will definitely be back.

Wow! This spa is fabulous! I can't wait until my next visit. Everyone was so nice, the spa is very cozy and, most importantly, the services were top notch. I had a pedicure and Swedish massage. I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time.

The spa accommodated a last minute request for two 90 minute massages. (Girls weekend in Chicago). My masseuse was very good: quiet and professional with hands like a Russian wrestler! I walked out feeling thoroughly relaxed and ready for a night out with the girls! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing with some neutral, mellow music. I highly recommend this spa if you're in the area.

I had a great experience at Rene's Day Spa. The stuff is very friendly and i get a great deep tissue massage and an european facial, a deep cleanse that was hard for me to find in other paces. My faces is very smooth and fresh even few days later. I highly recommend it!

I just came into town for a trade show, and realized that I brought open toed shoes. I looked down at my feet, and knew that these things couldn't go out in public. I looked online for something close to my hotel and I found Renee Day spa. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The staff was lovely. They took their time (but it didn't take long!)a really did an amazing job. I wish Renee Day spa was closer to my house in Virginia. It's the best pedicure I've had in years, if not ever. I also got reflexology since I knew I would be on my feet all weekend. Total relaxation. Thinking I'll probably book a massage while I'm in town. And as I was leaving I saw a notice about ear candling. Might have to add that on too. Whenever I'm I'm Chicago, I know another place to add to my to do list.

I can't say enough great things about this spa! These ladies are all so amazing. I started with a facial with Anna and she was so sweet and made the experience very comfortable, and used excellent products-she was fantastic! Then I got a hot rock massage from Irene and this was by far the best massage i've ever received-she's a genius! Lastly-I got a manicure from Janie and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend Renee's day spa and will definitely be going back!

We had an appointment for 2 massages, facial and pedicure at 10am and when we got there only 1 therapist was there. As a result we couldn't get our massages. On top of that, we has to wait an hour for someone to get there so we could do the remaining items that we had booked. While they did a good job on the facial and pedicure, it was terrible customer service to not have employees there when they need to be, cancel the massages, and then make us wait 1 additional hour to get our remaining services. The one massage therapist that was present was apologetic about the entire ordeal, and said that the owner, Renee, would call me to apologize and give us a discounted massage in the future. However, it has been over a week and I still have not heard from her. I'd recommend going to another Spa and avoid this one.

As we were just visiting Chicago and had limited availability to fit in a spa, we called Renne and she fit us in right away for 90 minute deep tissue massages. It is a very clean and nice location with friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Renne Day Spa to anyone looking for a massage in Chicago

I absolutely loved it! I've been working in the same building as Renee Day Spa for two years and it was a really spur of the moment decision to visit. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful if you want a nice quiet place to relax. Renata is very kind and friendly and genuinely cares about giving you a pleasant experience. It’s hard to find a place in Chicago that doesn’t treat you like another number. Renee Day Spa is truly a hidden gem among all of the hustle and bustle that the Mag Mile has to offer.

Renee Day Spa was fabulous and completely accommodating. I flew in for two days for R & R and booked a last minute massage. Then upon arrival changed it again on them. Then the day of I requested additional services which they were only too happy to accommodate. Renata herself gave me one of the BEST pedicures I have ever received. Seriously I have never been happier. Then the massage therapist gave me a to die for 90 min massage that amazing. I knocked out for the majority of it. I was the best way to start my day and completely affordable and worth every penny. I plan to visit my next trip back to the Windy City!

I bought my girlfriend for Christmas a coupon to Renee Day Spa. The coupon was good for a facial treatment and a nice relaxing massage. She loved every minute of it and said the service is very good and the workers are always friendly. Even the owner is a very nice lady.

Me and my Fiancee had a couple swedish massage here during restaurant week. Neither of us have ever had one, but we'll be back for sure. They play very soothing music and are very accommodating. They make sure throughout the whole experience that you're comfortable. The only thing is that they're a bit hard to find, we had to find it specifically by the address as we couldn't find any sign outside saying it was the correct building.

I had the most amazing pedicure and reflexology treatment at Renee Day Spa. It was so great that I asked if they could fit me in for a manicure and they were more than happy to comply. The owner is so lovely that I just had to hug her at the end of my treatments. Her attention to detail is amazing and everything is very clean. I will definitely be a repeat customer. My therapist was amazing, one of the best massages I have ever had. In between the massage I hung out in the lounge area, sauna, steam room, hot tub (they also have a cold mist area in the hot tub area). There is a social tub and a quiet tub. There is also an area for men and women to hang out on the porch. The relaxation room is very nice as well.

My daughter wanted a massage on her birthday while we were visiting for the weekend. I found Renee’s and we were so impressed with the whole experience! Her massage was “amazing” and I was able to enjoy a manicure and wonderful conversation with Renee. Okay, so I tried to go on here to post again in a new review... but the only option was to edit my first review. I am going back to Renee this Saturday... and I can NOT wait. Since meeting Renee in July I have seen her 3 times. This is so much better than any type of shopping a girl could do. Now the problem is... a massage or facial? It is all so wonderful. THIS is the most wonderful day spa in Chicago... trust me. Post from 6/15/16 I do not even know where to begin. Renee is first of all the sweetest woman in the business. Does she care about her new and existing customers? Yes! Does she put pride, care, and joy into her practice? Yes! Does she have reasonable prices? Yes! Renee is exactly what I have been looking for and I will absolutely be going back again. Truly, do not go anywhere else.. This spa is filled with people who care about their customers overall well-being. What more could you ask for?

They are both extremely knowledgeable, patient and sensitive to my needs, skin condition and my requests. I felt comfortable and secure; with Anna and Renee I was in good hands. Anna is kind and sweet! She’s dedicated, timely and professional. The results are impressive. My skin and nails have finally recovered from abuse they received at other spas. This little space is personal and comfortable. Clean an d calm environment in the studio. I felt safe. I felt special! The price is great; this investment is the best you’ll ever make. The spa is located in a business office building right in the center of town--- it operates at the highest level of quality of the several other salons I’ve visited in Chicago—many of them look pretty on the outside, but the service can’t meet the appearance.
