So I’m in this area quite often and wanted to make this place my new go-to spot for my tanning. I saw on their website that they offered a FREE tanning session! (See picture) So I got the voucher and wanted to use it. The guy that works there didn’t even give me a second to show him the offer that’s on their website and immediately told me “we don’t even give free tans”, with an attitude. I tried to explain that it was on the website but he wouldn’t let me finish my sentence! And kept saying there is no free tanning on the website! LOL! Absolutely rude and horrible customer service.
