Paradise Point Spa exceeded my expectations! I was a little worried to try them out, given they just opened. The minute I walked in the door on my first visit, all worries washed away. The staff was very welcoming and I felt liked I walked into a spa on a tropical island because of the decor, scent and warm atmosphere. On my first visit, I had an hour-long facial with Mary, she was beyond amazing! You can feel her passion for her work throuugout the session. She made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout and that the products she was using was just right for my skin. Her massage took all my stress away and I walked away from the session glowing! From that point on, I was addicted to the facials and could not wait to go back. The very next week I had an hour-long facial with Lindsey, omg I can’t say enought about how incredible she is! Her sweet and welcoming demeanor made me feel so comfortable! You can also tell how much she loves her profession and she also taught me so much about my skin and the differnt products she used to help combat by problem areas! Her soothing touch had me walking away feeling so relaxed and beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend Paradise Point Spa. You can tell how much thought and effort they put into the design and layout and also took the time to find top-notch professionals. I can’t wait to go back!

I was there on the opening. It is quiet peaceful place to relax. It’s a real paradise. The staff is very friendly. I had a facial, after that my skin was so nice, this affect still on my face. Esthetician Maria is a real professional. Thank you for facial and really helpful consultation!

I’ve had several services here, my favorite by far were the detoxifying spirulina wrap and the bamboo fusion massage I received from Clarice and Deepan! They are amazing!!! If you’re looking for a good Swedish massage ask for Chrissi! But the real highlight is the overall experience.From the time that you walk in and are greeted by Frankie or Nathan and often the owner herself at the front desk to the time you meet your therapist and enjoy your service you are made to feel like royalty! I can’t wait to come back!

It is my best massage experience since I moved in Chicago. I took a bath in a wood tub with roses. and then I took the Thai massage for one hour. The oil is comfortable and the massage almost put me to sleep. The masseuse is with high skills and knew my requirements. My neck wasn't painful at all when finishing. The masseuse also taught me some skills that I can do daily to relieve my neck pain. Last thing to mention. I like the interior design style and it is a good place to bring friends in.

I’ve been here several times with my husband, friends and parents. Each time I’ve had a consistent experience with my facials and massages no matter which employee performs them. The decor is clean, unique and inviting, and I absolutely love that they provide warmed sandals at check in on a cold day. I’m still amazed at how much my skin has improved with just a couple of treatments. This is definitely the best day spa in Wilmette.

I’ve come many times during their soft opening and usually have a massage and facial. I love Oksana and I see great results with her facials and the products she recommended. My friends comment on how good my skin looks all the time now! I’ve never had a not satisfied massage yet so everyone did my massages is great. ( Deepan, Judson, and Towayn). Around my birthday they gave me complimentary wine and a mini gift bag to take home. I know that they can accommodate parties so my girlfriends and I are planning a day to go in together. I really like this spa and now that they are fully open I’m excited to try some of their new things they will put on the menu. I’m so excited they will have combined Korean body scrub and European body treatments togather！

The spa is beautiful and the staff was very attentive to my personal needs. I was given a tour of the spa and each of their treatment rooms which are like finding hidden gems with every detail for a fabulous experience though out. I will definitely be back! My micro-needling treatment from Oxsana was one of the best ever. I can't wait to try something else!

I feel so lucky to have found a spa as relaxing and restorative as Paradise Point! I have been several times for multiple services including a bamboo fusion massage, Swedish massage, facial, and body scrub... and can’t wait to continue trying out different treatments! My favorite experience so far was spent soaking in the luxurious rose petal filled bath tubs before my body scrub... I came out feeling like a new woman. Paradise Point is a must for a great self care splurge and I am counting down the moments until I visit my own personal paradise again!

Yo yo/Nicole is amazing! I made an appointment here because was back was in shambles, I was able to get in with 24 hours notice, it is walking distance from my home, there was an intro price and I couldn't book an appointment with my regular massage therapist for another 2 weeks, so I thought I would give it a try, and now my heart is breaking because I am going to be breaking up with my long time massage therapist and coming to see yo yo all the time! The place is HUGE, much bigger than it seems, super clean, I mean SUPER clean, staff was wonderful! The only complaint I have and it is really my own fault/a matter of preference was that the way my head was positioned on the bed when face down was a bit uncomfortable, there is a hole in the table vs. the traditional add in head rest and it hurt my forehead a little, I am sure I could have told yo yo and she would have fixed it! Also- ADD the CBD it is totally worth it! I am a new woman and will be back!

We had such an amazing time at this spa. From the soak bath, to the CBD massage, to the couples facial - everything was amazing and so relaxing. Special shout out to Nathanial for making sure our day was amazing. We were so relaxed and felt so pampered for the rest of the weekend! Oksana and Christy were incredible. We actually had appointment set at another spa and we were happy that we decided to come to Paradise Point Spa instead. This is the best spa in North shore for sure. Our massage therapists are top at their class. we love their professionalism and personalities. Looking forward to our next visit!

The hydrotherapy pod is one of my favorite things at this place. It's basically like having a private steam room with whatever scent you want. They give you an ice cold towel to place on your face to keep you at the perfect temperature and occasionally check on you to give you some cold water and make sure you are comfortable. My massage therapist Deepan used these Bamboo rods during my massage that were heated and could fit right between my shoulder blades. It felt amazing and was the best massage I've ever had. My job has me outside most of the time which leaves my skin dry and irritated, but my facial with Oksana was surprisingly effective at addressing those issues.

Paradise Point spa is a Northshore gem. Its calm, professional and sophisticated without being stuffy. I had my first facial with Oksana which was a real treat. She gave me full analysis of my skin and some samples. Ill definitely will be back soon.

Absolutely love this place. The overall vibe is calming and relaxing. The second I walked in I was greeted and offered cold or warm tea wbile eaiting. They also offered pre-warmed slipper which is perfect for this season. The Himalayan salt rock massage I chose was alwsome, good for circulation. And the owner kindly review my questionair and based on my condition recommended ultra redlight treatment in fused with some herbal medicine for my runners knee. And it truns out superb. I would recommend similar treatment to anyone who suffers runners knee like me. Overall I would recommend this place to any girl friend who is seeking for somewhere to get pampered or ocassional treat.

Paradise Point Spa is amazing! This spa is truly one of a kind! I have been to many spas throughout the US and other countries. I am excited to say that finally Paradise Point Spa got it down to PERFECT! The atmosphere, staff and services are truly one of a kind. I can’t believe it is so close to home and I can enjoy multiple services all in one day. Everyone start their services with heated sandals, lemon water or hot tea. Then you go to a locker for your robe to change. Everything is so clean, fresh, new and natural. This week I had a deep tissue massage from a therapist named Deepan. He worked primarily on my back and shoulder blades to loosen all my tight muscles. He truly listen to my concerns and address them 100%. Not only was he excellent but the the room atmosphere, heated massage table, essential oils and lovely music made the experience wonderful! I then received a deep cleaning facial with extractions from esthetician Oskanna. She was also extremely professional and worked on all my problem areas. I love that she cleaned my face and concentrating on any breakout! I never wanted to leave the Spa. In a couple of weeks I will return with my husband and my kids make it a family getaway! So excited
