Not the greatest place to go at all!!! High price for a crappy massage and the owner has an attitude like she’s doing you a favor! The massage chairs smell and the constant opening and closing of doors whilst getting a massage causes a privacy issue! Like keep all you need in the massage room! Duh! Don’t appreciate the techniques used at all and will NEVER go back! It’s my second time here in an attempt to be fair in my criticism.... same result! Train your staff to do a better job! Also, tips are not ENTITLED to people who do a BAD job!!!

I was visiting Chinatown for the first time. I had been walking so much the last few days exploring Chicago and my feet, legs and ankles were killing me. I came across Oriental Spa toward the end of my day in Chinatown. I was happy to see they had availability to take me as a walk-in for a foot massage. The chair I sat in was comfortable, it was quiet and the lights were low, which was perfect for me. The massage therapist was very nice and really helped my legs, feet and ankles feel better after being on my feet so much. I loved my time in Chinatown, and next time I visit I will definitely be coming back here.

Decent massage, but $130 for a couples massage and then demanding a $10 for each masseuse after was a bit rude. Gave $10, $5 for each and owner said $10 was customary. What the hell was the $130 for then?! They did all the work, AND frequently whispered and giggled to one another which wasn't very professional considering your clients are naked and don't understand what's so damn funny. Oh well. The hot stones were pleasant and it relieved a lot of tension in my shoulders.

Miserable. Set up on the front lobby for a chair massage. Incredibly NOT relaxing and crummy. Miserable!!!!!!!!!
