Really bad experience avoid this place!! I went to get an ombre and cut and all of it went WRONG!! They burned my hair and head!!!!!! And I paid way over $130.00!! I told the lady that it was getting hot and she said its normal and turn on the fan!!! Really bad experience I regret going!!!! They dont deserve not even a star!

The girls at Omni took care of all the hair for my best friends wedding, they were amazing. They accommodated our makeup artists, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond for us. As a stylist myself, I tend to notice every small detail, and I cant give these girls enough praise! Thank you!!

I called in for an appointment when they opened at 8 this morning and was able to get one for noon today. I got a special occasion style for military ball and I’m more than satisfied of how it turned out. Ashley was great and kept on asking if I was good and if any of the pins hurt so she could fix them. I haven’t been to a salon around here but I most definitely will come back to get my hair cut soon! My experience was a pleasure from all aspects after walking in the door till leaving. Would recommend!

I've been going to Omni for over 6 years and have had a great experience. I have my regular person I go to and she is always great (thanks, Jenna!). I've had hair cuts, brow waxing and coloring with great success. I've also had a pedicure and manicure which was fun! Omni Salon is friendly and professional! Their place is very neat and all are nice. I can recommend them!

I've been going to Omni for Gel manicures and pedicures for about 5 months, and I've been pleased with all of my services! Quality products and good customer service! Sara is GREAT at what she does; very knowledgeable, always takes her time, and very pleasant! The owner Krissy is awesome! She's personable and professional. I'm always greeted with a smiling receptionist and one that stands out is Ashley, who is always exceptional with her customer service. Everything about Omni is very welcoming and they all seem to really care!

Was done regular nail polish manicure with a prize of gel manicure,when I query it on the phone as it got chipped off most of my nails a day after or two, as i did manicure on Saturday,monday it was peeling off- The person answered the phone kept on saying WHATEVER under her breath when I ask what kind of nail polish they used, when I ask her she just said whatever when talking to her she said no. I thought it was my ears she repeated WHATEVER again louder and asked her the reason why she say that when I asked her a question she still tried to deny saying it louder for the second time. I realised she said that because of my accent maybe she thought I couldn't hear it on the phone even when she was louder saying WHATEVER the second time. And she had a nerve to ask me if I gave a tip which I did. They undermine people and disrespectful to certain nationalities.

Their styling prices are ridiculous. The girl who did my hair was amazing but my daughter, who’s 3, was a flower girl for a wedding and they charged me 45 DOLLARS to curl hair and put twists in it. It didn’t last and I had to end up fixing it when we got to the church. They did not tell me the pricing before, I didn’t have time to even ask them. We walked in and was showed right to the chair, I barely had time to take my coat off. The front desk lady told me I was paying for time when my daughter was in the chair for about 10 minutes. $25 fine. But $45? When mine was $50? That’s outrageous and I totally regret not asking about pricing before I got it done because I would have NEVER paid that much.

I've been going to Omni for over 8 years. My stylist is Lisa H. and she always does an awesome job! Most of the time I let her decide what gets done to my hair, because I trust her completely. She makes me feel beautiful at every visit. I always get compliments on my hair and have people stop me and ask where I got it done at. My husband and son see Jess and she always does a great job. Everyone else who works at Omni is awesome and they genuinely care about you. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I recommend Omni every chance I get.

Not a great haircut. Uneven all around, but I can work with it for about a month when I go elsewhere to get it evened out. I could go back to have it redone, but why go back to the person who messed it up in the first place? I thought I was getting an experienced stylist, however she appeared not to know what she was doing. I brought pictures and she completely ignored them. They charged me $37.00 + tip for what I could have gotten at Cost Cutters for a lot less. I will just eat the cost and chaulk it up as a learning experience. Update: a week ago I went to a stylist who works out of her own home and she showed me how uneven this haircut was. It was also very "heavy" in places, which is why it took me so long to style. She recut it and I can leave the house now with a little gel without even blowdrying if I want. It looks perfect! She charged $25.00. I should have known when it took Omni's "stylist" over 1/2 hour to style my hair and used the curling iron as well, which they usually NEVER do when you get a haircut. It makes me wonder how the Omni owner hires her staff. Never, never again. They are supposed to be a high end salon and my husband came home today looking like a chimpanzee cut his hair. He went to this particular stylist he has gone to before and liked. However, this time she missed the boat completely. No consistency in her work. I used to go to her and stopped because she was not consistent. I told him not to go back; he agreed. You can't depend on anyone these days. They take your money, do bad work and don't seem to give a care.

I was looking forward to having a nice and relaxing spa day to myself. I have 2 kids and work full time. This was going to be a nice mini get away for me! While it was nice to get a way from home for a few hours I did not have a good experience. The staff was extremely nice but that’s where it ended. If you are going to call yourself a spa, it should be a spa. The waiting area was 4 hard chairs and a broken coffee machine. Water wasn’t even offered after my massage. The massage table was so uncomfortable. My neck was tweaked the entire time. The girl who did my massage was very nice but I could barely feel the massage. She was so tiny and super pregnant. It felt like my 2 year old was rubbing my back. I could hear everything on the other side of the wall during my entire massage. Every conversation, every door opening and all the foot steps. My massage was only 50 minutes long and it was suppose to be 60. I also had a manicure and pedicure scheduled after my massage. I was told the pedicures took about 45 minutes- 1 hour. I was there to relax and have a nice time. Well it took the girl who did my nails 55 minutes to go my pedicure and manicure. I felt like everything was rushed and the lighting on the pedicure room was so bright I couldn’t even relax. I’m extremely disappointed that I picked this place to come to. I almost never get to do things like this. I’m mad that I spent the money I did on a place like this. If you really want a good experience pay the extra $30 for your massage and go to Mario traccoci. The sauna and cucumber water are worth just that! Sorry Omni, I tried to pick a local place and give back to a small community but it’s not someone where I would ever go back to.
