I would not recommend this place to anyone, for services or a job. I worked there for 4 whole months and was harassed from the start, along with about 75% of the employees at this location. I heard coworkers talking badly about customers all the time and when I went to the boss/owners with issues, they said that I was a s*** stirrer and that all I do is b****. I have already called to report them for harassment. I’m sure Massage Envy itself is not a terrible company, but this location and owners are a joke. Clients came in claiming they were friends with the owner and the owners response was “yeah, they think we ‘re friends” with a smirk. Absolutely terrible place to work.

I would give 0 starts if I could! I cancelled my membership with this location last month, and I am still getting charged! I've made multiple attempts to get this resolved and the owner stated there was a 'glitch in the system' and that is why my card was charged. I was told the money would be refunded within 2-3 business days and I called 4 times, and now she needs more time to investigate? I spoke to my Bank and they also confirmed that it should not take more than 2 Business days for the refund to reflect on the account.

Can I leave zero stars? That's what they deserve. I gave gift cards out for Christmas to my friends to get massages, not only did they switch the cards around so they had the wrong balances written on them, they overcharged my friend, the therapist was late and didn't listen to him at all, then they demanded a tip at the end. I called the manager and she was not at all helpful and instead offered to sell him another massage! I'll be sticking to Corepoint and Merle Norman from now on.

I have had back pain for years from driving semi trucks and accident . I was taking pain meds and more . And ever since I have been doing the 90 min massage it has been wonderful . I have used 3 different therapist and there all great . Hannah I highly recommend she works on weekends and I think Amanda the front desk girls are the best in the world they keep me on top of every. I love my terre haute in massage envy . just done one 90 min and you will never leave .thanks massage envy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean. This place has a great atmosphere. The staff is really friendly. I signed up for the membership, and I plan on goimg regularly. I got the Rapid tension relief and it was amazing. My massage was done by John , and he was the best. He really focused on the areas I needed done.

update! I usually have good experiences when I go to this location up until today! I scheduled an online appointment last night around 11pm and called first thing in the morning, after my babysitter told me she couldn’t come, to cancel my 12:30pm appointment and the girl who answered was trying to negotiate how much she will charge me for canceling in less than 10 hours from booking!!! Seriously!

Never again. I bought the gift cerficate for my wife for Christmas and she has yet been able to use it. When she calls for an appointment , they have no openings or they want a credit card to hold the reservation where they promptly charge the massage to then refund the amount weeks later. What a scam.. Buyers beware.....

Are there more than 5 stars? I'd give this place a thousand! I've had multiple services at this location, and every time I go I feel valued. I've had massages with Sharee and facials with Kelly, but from what I hear ALL service providers go above and beyond to give outstanding service. I can't wait to go back and try everyone! I really recommend everyone coming in and trying out this place. Not to mention, this Massage Envy location was named Franchise of the Year at their national conference! Way to go!

Best massage I have ever had! Got me in right on time with my appointment time. They have you fill out a questionnaire to see what you feel needs worked on. What your comfortable with. They have add ons (I chose a hydrating one). It was so worth it! I signed up for monthly massages! I definitely recommend them!

My husband and I booked our first massage for yesterday morning. It was so easy to book and as soon As we walked in we were greeted with the warmest welcome from the lady that gets you all signed in (I’m slipping on her name). Anyways, Bonnie and Crystal were warm and welcoming and truly took care of our needs. We both purchased a six month memberships so we are excited to see how that goes!

My son bought me a gift card for Christmas. I tried booking online but no place for gift card. So I called. Booked appointment easily. Bonnie was my massage therapist. She suggested I come back in two weeks. I booked the appointment. On Saturday, two weeks later before my Monday appointment ( closed for Easter) they called and canceled because someone else wanted my appointment. They said it’s policy as I didn’t have card on file. I find this poor customer service not only to me but to my son that purchased the gift card. Stress is what brought me in the first time and I needed the follow up appointment. But lucky for me there is another massage place in town and they treat all their customers well not just the ones that schedule last minute appointments.

One of the best massages I have ever had! Got in for an appointment the same day I called. Received an hour massage and sugar foot scrub. Beds were heated and massage therapist was excellent! Will definitely return.
