I used to jump around from stylist to stylist. Christine cut my hair a few years back and did the best job ever. I couldn't find another stylist that could compare. Im glad to make Lotus my permanent hair stylist. Best experience ever. I didn't know a hair cut can leave feeling good. Christine does a excellent job and the aquatic look inside leaves you feeling refreshed.

The thing about Christine is that she gets to know her clients. When I come for an appointment without any ideas of what I want done, she knows my comfort level and makes my hair look beautiful. It is the healthiest it has ever been! The most recent highlights are incredibly natural looking and cut is right on point. What I respect about her the most is that she is honest when I *don’t* need extra color when others would just to charge more. Consider me a client for as long as she will have me.

I got a Groupon for highlights and a trim with Christine. I decided to give her a try since she states she's a master stylist. She didn't give me the color of highlights I asked for. She said she was going to charge me 100.00 for her mistake. I told her my mistake was wasting money on the Groupon I purchased. She cut more length from my hair then I asked her to and she tried to get me out the door without showing me what she did to my hair in a mirror. Christine will be hearing from my lawyer very soon.

I just saw my sisters hair in person, and it's way worse than the pictures can even show! Her hair had grown out down to her lower back and it was time for a haircut. She was excited and told me about her Groupon offer and recommended I get one too, until she actually went to the salon. This lady seriously botched my sister's hair. I've never seen such an uneven haircut! I think my 2 year old godson could have done better. And then to see the owner reply where she takes zero ownership for all of her shortcomings, it's horrendous. I'm all for women run businesses and supporting them, but this is not one of those businesses. This is a bee-line of 5 star reviews written by her friends as a means of covering up poor customer service skills. There is an absence of skill and ownership at this salon. Don't support local thieves like them. I'd go far as recommending Great Clips or Hair Cuttery.
