So far I've experienced a ionic foot bath, ear candling, and a Swedish massage and loved all of them! The atmosphere is serene and calming. I've been experiencing terrible headaches and after my visits, I'm relaxed and able to sleep the entire night! I'm anxious to try the rest of the services offered

This place has impeccable customer service. I’ve been here twice for waxing services and Kristin was amazing both times. She was professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional, it took me 2 weeks of waiting for the owner to finally respond to making an appointment for a colonic. The receptionist told me that the owner would call us to explain everything in detail since we were first time customers, but she never did.. after finally getting the appointment... I called twice to let the staff know that I was gonna be a few minutes late.... no one answered! Of course, I figured that no one was there... seeing as though the website clearly states that they don’t open until 9:30am... we arrive and the owner charged me for the clay mixture.. and stated that she was no longer able to complete the body wrap.. THE WEBSITE does not state that there is a charge for them to decide that they can’t do the service!! The emails that was sent says nothing about a charge.. there is no late policy, cancellation policy or a policy that would recommend a charge if they decided NOT to answer the phone due to them being short staff!! I’m not sure why this place has so many great reviews, but then again... I just remembered that it’s slim picking in Springfield...not many places do a colonic so they get away with the crappy service

My best friend had very negative experience w owner. I will not be going there nor will any of our friends. They only want nonstop praise, don’t ask any questions they can’t answer. Also be prepared for a last minute cancellation on their part. They have huge turnover all the time.

Finally ... the universe listened!!! Besides all of the amazing facials with natural ingredients I have had here by the brilliant Kristen, she has designed a cellulite treatment that blew my mind. I compare it to taking your car to a body shop to get worked on and coming out shiny and brand new. Be prepared to get body buffed after electronic suction with toning solution and body wrap to set in in nice and deep. If you want to spend your money on the cellulite battle, this is where it ends. You walk away feeling completely victorious. Great job guys on always delivering!

The staff at Inner Health Spa are both friendly and knowledgeable. They believe in homeopathic cures and are interested in working with you, but are not pushy. I have done the ion foot bath, which was worth the price just for the luxurious massage chairs, and an ear candling. The staff was ready for me upon arrival for both services and they were constantly attentive. The building is a converted house which creates cozy, clean spaces. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a way to supplement "modern" medicine for a healthier you.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. We were able to have the infrared sauna, a massage, foot soak, and our favorite was our 90 minute facial with Kristin Devocelle

It’s hard to find a spa that delivers in all aspects: customer service, knowledgeable staff, quality experiences, pleasurable environment/atmosphere, and price ranges that validate their services. The talented staff go out of their way to make sure clients feel welcome and are comfortable during all procedures. My favorites? Facials and ion foot baths. They also work around your schedule which I find especially helpful.

My sister and I loved this place. Everybody was so friendly, and it has such a relaxing atmosphere. They have heated beds for you to lay on, everything is very clean, and we received amazing service. To be honest, we have never had a poor or even an average experience here. As I was sitting and waiting for my sister, I even heard couples finished with their massages talking about how great they were, one man saying he loved how they massaged his neck.

By far my favorite spa I have ever went to.. Any service I have ever gotten from here has been amazing. I am a facial snob, I used to drive 3 hours once a month to visit a lady for a facial because nobody close to here was as good.. but Kristin is on another level of amazing!! I can’t express how awesome her facials are, I just always tell people to try for themselves... every service I have had is great and I have never left disappointed. They have so many things that other spas don’t have so I just love the place.. I would recommend them to anyone.

Drove 90 miles to this spa just to leave 5 minutes later & drive back home another 90 miles. Nobody had the courtesy to let me know beforehand that in addition to the paperwork that I had previously printed, completed, signed, scanned, and e-mailed back to the spa that there would be MORE paperwork to be completed. When I asked why the paperwork couldn't have been sent to me sooner to have gotten it all out the way, I got a response but not a reason. If the forms couldn't have been sent to me, the spa could have AT LEAST communicated with me about there being more forms to complete at the time of my visit, rather than walking in and getting handed a clipboard with additional paperwork. Then I got asked by the massage therapist what I do for a living. Many people find their jobs stressful or have a sore spot when speaking in terms of employment. I don't feel a spa- a place where people come to take care of their health and wellness- is an appropriate place to be asking about work/employment. I was informed that the question is to know which areas to focus on. It's not "what" you ask but "how" you ask the question. Rather than asking me what I do for a living, I'm not certain why the question was not rephrased, such as, "What areas do you want to focus on?" or "Any specific muscle group you want to target this morning?" See how you can get the answer without having to bring up work?
