My husband and I went here for a couples massage. We both enjoyed it and they served us commentary champagne and chocolate! Ask for Tori and Joe!

Lied about price and refused to rectify!!! My husband and I came in for couple massages. They were pretty good. But my reason for the 1 star is the lies about pricing. I called to make an appointment when we booked the hotel. At that time the receptionist at the spa told us the cost of the massage and told us it would be 15% cheaper because we are guests at the hotel. Once we arrived for our our appointments we filled out paper work and I checked again with the receptionist about price. She said, “with your 15% discount, the massages will be $85 per person.” Once we were done and went up to check out we were charged $200. I asked about 15% discount and she said “no there is no discount. I’ve worked here for a long time and there is no discount.” So basically I was lied to about price and forced to pay a higher one. I won’t return to salon. Do yourself a favor and go to stonedrift spa at eagle ride resort. Much better and much better customer service! They will NOT disappoint.

I'm a licensed esthetician and massage therapist and my sister treated my for my birthday during a girls weekend in Galena. I was a little reluctant since it was inside a hotel and I tend to like more therapeutic massages. This spa was wonderful! It was very inviting and relaxing from the moment you stepped in. They offer heated neck warmers and a glass of water as you arrive. Since we had multiple services (massage and facial), we were taken to the locker rooms to change into robes. The facial was relaxing and targeted my areas of concern - and my skin felt great afterwards. And the massage therapist made sure the pressure was appropriate throughout the massage and was able to provide therapeutic relief to my areas of concern. She even put hotel towels on my feet and back to remove the oil - which felt amazing! All their little touches made for a great experience. Our only feedback is - In between services, we were put in the pedicure/nail area, which was bright and cold (and a little cluttered). We would have preferred to be put in this low-lighted, relaxing room that was off to the side that we saw. We were not sure why that room wasn't used.

It had been a very long time since I'd been able to treat myself to a spa day. I experienced the triple play package. A facial, an hour massage, and pedicure. I was so relaxed after the three hours here. The ladies were very friendly and not at all pretentious. The massage was amazing. She addressed all of my problem areas, and I continued to feel better a few days after the treatment. The facial was all natural, and I didn't smell any chemical smells which I really enjoyed during this treatment. The pedicure was different than I've experienced. I would definitely recommend treating yourself here when you visit Galena!

What a great experience! 5 of us ladies were there last weekend for a girls weekend and we loved our spa services! I had an awesome facial and a wonderful massage!! The lady at the front desk was sure sweet too! We will be back next year!!

Jamie is gifted but I walked out when Jerry, a 70 year old pervert got too close to my breasts, and when I complained to Mary inmangement, said I was never to return there. Sexual harrassment, do not go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the moment you walk in. We did the couples massage very professional. This was a first time experience for us and they did a wonderful job of talking us through the adventure. The champagne and mini treats were fabulous! The front receptionist is very welcoming and helped to answer any questions we had about the area. All around great experience!

My husband treated myself and my best friend for a spa day for my birthday, mani pedi and massage. My massage therapist Amanda was amazing and really good. For the mani and pedi my husband specifically asked if they did no-chip manicures he was told yes when we arrived we were told they do not do no chip. They did not care that we received the wrong info my pedicure was great, my nails were a different story! They look as if I did them myself and the price for a regular nochip manicure was insanely priced. It was very disappointing an amazing gift was slightly ruined because of incorrect information and sub-par nail technicians.
