Was a first time customer on Friday, and went off of recommendations from here and Facebook! I got a full acrylic set and a basic pedicure. Cost me $70 with tip included. Full set was by Michelle and the pedicure was by owners daughter. They were very friendly, and nice. However the recommendations I got for my nails were for Michelle, which I thought I would be wowed, and I was not at all. My nails are not even and are really flat and wide, And my cuticles were not pushed back so my nails are not even. Today is day four and it looks like I’ve had them on for two weeks. Same thing with the pedicure I am not impressed at all, I was looking forward to a nice scrub and massage, but did not get that! Their selection of polish colors were not impressive and the bottles were old and dirty. Again nice people, just mediocre service! I expected more due to the recommendations I got! I don’t recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.

Very bad service, it took them (2 technicians)40 minutes to remove no chip nail polish. And they still left a lot of nail polish on my nails. My nails were buffed so hard that the top layers all came off. They didn’t even cut all my cuticles correctly. I am very disappointed wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

An amazing nail salon to go too. All the staff are very friendly and invested in making sure you are satisfied from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The salon is kept clean all the time. I've been going there since November 2015 and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon earlier today for a re-do manicure (See original story below.) She promptly got me started (I made an appt for 11:30am) and had a lot of attention to details. My cuticles were nicely cleaned and pushed back, she asked how I wanted the nails shaped, the polish looks wonderful. Last week I went and had a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Once getting home I was looking at my no chip closer and the polish was very sloppy and some of my cuticles were hardly cleaned/pushed back. I don't mind paying for a good service but I felt it was less then average and upset I paid for such service. I wrote a review on Yelp only giving this business 3stars. The next day the owner/manger Colleen called and apologized. She explained my technician was newer and was going to provide additional training to this individual. Business can make a mistake, it's how it's handled that's big for me. I was blown away that 1) I even received the call 2) she was very persistent in having me return for a re-do of my nails 3) very apologetic So, I went today and had a great experience. This really is a great salon, so clean and nicely decorated. Personally I had a feeling the technician may have been new.... you don't have such a high rating with sub-par technicians. The customer service is really unbelievable and my nails today look fabulous and I will be back!

I got a no chip manicure on friday. Im no stranger to no chip manicures so i have a pretty good idea how long they should last. Its only sunday today and not one, but TWO of my nails have already chipped AND broken. My natural nails are long and weree in great shape but now im going to have to cut them short and that makes me very upset. In the many occasions where ive gotten no chip, they have never chipped within ONE day. Nor has more than one nail broken in such a short amount of time. To say im disappointed is an understatement. The only reason im giving it two stars is because the girl that did my nails was friendly and she deserves acknowledgement for that.

I got a no chip, french manicure from Michelle, and one week later it still looks brand new! No chips, no scuffs, no fading on the ends. I am very happy and will definitely be back. I'm telling all my friends!

I used to love this place. Had recent poor experiences. The last time I spent $100 on the dip nails (between tip and actual cost) that lasted less than a week even though they were “fixed” two days after I had them done. I was told they would follow up to make sure my nails lasted and I never received that follow up. I just went in for an express pedicure performed by a poor girl that told me she usually does hair. It was apparent that she had no idea what she was doing. I’m not sure what I just paid for. She didn’t even bother filing my nails down even though that’s the whole reason I needed a pedicure. I think I’ll be finding a new salon.

I loved this salon it is far from home but it’s close to my school where I teach. Unfortunately they change nail technicians often and some can be very rude. Unfortunately I was treated unfairly twice so I won’t be coming back.

Thick wide no chip gel nails put on me before my wedding. I look ridiculous. I have long pretty nails and she thicked it on as if I was going to battle. Apparently people don't cut cuticles anymore. I go to a place that offers complimentary champagne back at home. Here, they keep offering you wine but never told us it was 4 dollars a mini glass. Lmao. I expect to not be told about wine prices at a fine dining restaurant. We would still get the wine but you should tell us. Got my nails done Thursday. It's Monday and already chipping. My fiance had a dry mani/Pedi and they gave him a horrible ingrown nail on his toe. Girls were sweet but ”sweet” doesn't make my nails look better. rip off.

Apparently walk-ins are not welcome...walked in and stood at the front for about 5 mins with out a greeting... I even made eye contact with 2 of the employees 4 times! Finally one of them walked over as if I’d bothered her and said the next appointment was not for another 4 hrs! Could be a nice place, but first impression are huge for me. I will give them the fact hat I was a walk-in...but acknowledgement always goes a long way!

I absolutely love this salon !!! It is so beautiful and clean, great pricing, the girls are amazing nail techs that do some incredible nail art. And the spa pedicure treatment everyone needs to try, so relaxing. I also get my hair done there highlights, color and cut and love it every time. If your looking for an affordable salon that is simply gorgeous with the best staff- look no further. Awesome job Evan Michael's forever a customer.

Great pedicure for a reasonable price. They use all sterile equipment and the ladies are very nice. You can bring your own polish or pick from a big wall of polishes. They usually have appointments last minute!
