My experience at Zona was amazing. Michele was quick and precise and I literally have almost no swelling. The last place I went to felt like they just wanted me in then out and wasn’t willing to fit me in for a follow up, and didn’t do as well of a job. Michelle is an angel. I was, and still am, a nervous client. She always takes her time with me and never rushes. She answers all my questions thoroughly, makes recommendations without being pushy, respects your budget, and best of all I always, ALWAYS get an amazing result with her work. I made the huge mistake of going to another aesthetician with a Groupon. That place *overdid it*, injected way too much into my face and it had to have been watered down because the results lasted half as long (the woman went in the back to fill syringes - Michelle NEVER does that) . So I got overcharged and poor results. Now, I will never go anywhere else but to Michelle. She is highly knowledgeable about her products and is always taking continuing education classes to improve herself. Quite simply, Michelle is the best - don't make the mistake I did and go anywhere else. Customer for life! Thank you MIchelle for always making me feel better about myself

The facials that I have had are the best around. I know that for I have had several facials by others and there just is no comparison.
