Tuff spas is by far the best hot tub I have ever owned its is so simple to operate, clean, and open especially with the hard cover! I have owned several spas and I love how easy everything is and the service and delivery was the the best I simply put it on my rock and plugged it into my outlet by my pool equipment. Best spa experience ever!!!! 10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome buying experience. Awesome product. When we went to the San Diego Fair we had zero intention of purchasing a hot tub, however since we had been tossing the idea around we did stop at the Spa, Garden Outdoor tent. Jeff Steinhausen, our salesman, was no pressure and well informed on his product. He invited us to check out the other options/ companies, which we did, but found out way back to Tuff Spa. We were drawn to the easy mobility as we are in the Military. We got delivery within a week and have been soaking in our beautiful tub for the past few nights. Five-stars to Jeff and Tuff Spa.

Mixed feelings on this hot tub, I expected it to hold temperatures better than it does it is constantly running to keep hot even when its 95 degrees outside. I was told it heats when in low jet mode but it doesn't seem to if the top is open it loses temp. I bought it partially for the low dry weight so I can move it when I move but I'm kind of regretting not buying a bigger cheaper tub and just buying a new one when I move it probably would have been cheaper in the long run. Edit. Thank you for your response but the t150 constantly runs to keep heat in 95 degree weather or above even with the top closed. It doesn't matter if its 110 or 220 heat loss is heat loss although I hear the 220 heats in high jet mode also, just more power used to keep it hot. Really not what was advertised.

We went and put a deposit down on a spa at the Arizona State Fair. Tuff Spas let me make payments on the spa until Inwas ready to have them build it. They invited me to come down to get he factory in Glendale and show them where I wanted them he jets. I am also a disabled Veteran, they had me to get in and out of the display model which really helped in building mine for my specific needs. I can’t say enough good things about this company. From letting me make interest free payments to inviting me to come down and see how they are built. I’ve now had mine since May and it’s used year around here in Arizona. Thanks Tuff Spas

I bought a house in San Diego six months ago with a Spa that the previous owner hadn't used for several years (code for it doesn't work). As anticipated the spa wasn't working and as I looked up the information I found out this was a Tuff Spa and what was disappointment began to turn to excitement. I read how good these spa's are and realized I could try and fix it. Turns out I was able to order a motor off of amazon for $185 and installed it myself in about 30mins. We have been enjoying it ever since. Thank you Tuff Spa for making such a quality Spa!

Purchased Tuff Spa for my retired mother over 5 years ago and it’s been one of the best decisions. It’s so easy and sturdy and low maintenance. No problems at all. This is our 3rd spa and has been the most dependable. We shut it down for Midwest winters and works fine every Spring. The cover is the best design, and can’t understand why all manufactures don’t adopt it.

My wife and I have had 3 Tuff Spas tubs over the last 10 years. With each move to a new house, we've had different space requirements, and there's always been a model that fit perfectly. We currently have a TT-250 which fits nicely on our patio. Each tub has been easy to maintain and the perfect way to unwind every night.

We received our hot tub on Tuesday. The installers were early (how often does that happen?) and quickly had our hot tub installed. They explained the controls, how to fill the tub, and respected my time. Our tub heated quickly and we have been enjoying our tub every day since. How relaxing to melt the stresses of the day away under the stars before going to bed!

I got a great deal on my Tuff Spa at the Del Mar Fair in June 2012! I am in it almost every night year around. I got the TT200. It uses 110v. and with the sealing hard cover, only costs about ten bucks a month to run! Perfect for the two of us but big enough for four. I recently had to move it to another part of my patio. Drained it stood it on side and moved it with my small house dolly, simple! I was at the Fair again this year, yesterday. I Spoke with Jeff Steinhausen from Tuff Spas. He showed me the new models and I liked the way their cover opens into a table top but I told him mine is still almost good as new. I mentioned to Jeff a minor issue with some of the Stainless steel screws rusting. He told me not to worry that they are under warranty (still) and to give them a call and they would send out new ones. How's that for service! almost no maintenance, easy to keep clean a must buy!

I Love my new spa, we saw them last year at the state fair and when our old spa gave us trouble early this summer we couldn't wait for the fair to purchase our new spa. I new this was the spa for me when i first saw them. I like the bullet proof top and the ease to open and close. The spa actually arrived a week early from the completed date I was given and then the delivery men were early as well, when I got home they had the spa set in place for me without any complications. BEST SPA EVER! ! I started saving my overtime years ago to purchase an outdoor hot tub and after TONS of research (I am a total nerd) we settled on a Tuff spa, we never regretted that decision for a second. These spas are less expensive than the competition, DURABLE! And stand the test of time. The average spa lasts seven years and we have had ours for longer than that and can easily maintain it ourselves. The customer service at TUFF is second to none and they are attentive kind and clearly have helped us fix the few things that have come up over the years. I don't know if any spa companies that make it easy for you to maintain and repair your own spa. With their excellent customer service we will be clients for life ! Whenever I see Tuff at a home show or our local events I ALWAYS let the salesman know how much I love my spa and I will eagerly tell possible customers that they need to get a TUFF not another brand. My husband is always embarrassed when I do this, but he agrees --it is the best company !

I've waited to write my review. I purchased a TuffSpa from the Glendale Home and Garden show about six months ago. I like that it is small and very easy to maintain. The best part is the hard cover lid. That is just genius! After six months, I can safely say this was a very good purchase. I like that I am buying from a local company, and they have been friendly and responsive any time I had questions or concerns. This was definitely not the cheapest spa, but these days you do get what you pay for. Draining such a small spa takes a lot longer than I expected, but it only needs to be done two or three times a year and it, too, is very easy. It just requires a bit of patience for gravity to drain the water through a one inch garden hose. All in all, I can highly recommend Tuff Spas not only because of their build quality, but also because of their customer service and you are buying local (or at least buying American.) Maintenance is very easy and I have had zero issues.

My wife & I purchased the two person lounger (TT150) at the Prescott Valley home show. The two salesmen there where very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Your delivery team were a great couple of guys. They did an outstanding job with delivery & setup. The tub came with a few mar marks on the paint job of the faux stacked stone panels, and a rivet had popped out that was holding the info plate to the tub, but other than that the condition was good. The tub has been great and easy to take care of and the hard cover is a must have!!! If you've ever had a tub with a vinyl/foam top then you'll know how horrible they are. We just purchased our new Tuff Spa at the San Diego Fair and received it two weeks ago. Our electrician had it wired up (220v) the next day and we filled it up and hopped in that night. We've used it every other day since and are loving it! Very simple to maintain especially with the optional ozone purifier and our water remains crystal clear with minimal chemicals, just a bit of PH up or down and a tablespoon of chlorine and we're good! And the lifetime cover is awesome! My wife can easily open or close the cover. Controls are very simple and with the platinum package we've got 50 jets and 2 - 4hp pumps so we really get the full therapeutic benefits. We're very pleased after looking at lots of spa companies that we went with Tuff Spas!

We bought a spa at the Colorado State Fair September 4 2017. We were told the spa was already built and that another customer backed out of the deal. Jon Henderson would give us a discount and the spa would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. That would make delivery September 25th. it is now September 29th still no spa. When I called the company they (Christina) told me it would ship out on Monday and be here on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I get told now it will be here on Monday. I have taken 3 days off work and can not make Monday work. We feel this company (Jon) will tell you anything just to make a sale. Buyer beware. If you want to actually get the spa you purchase you may want to go to a different company. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I had seen these new spas at several home shows in Arizona and decided it was time to replace the one at my house that the previous owners had installed almost 20 years ago. I paid a deposit at the show and then they brought it out when I was ready. They removed my old spa, which wasn't that easy, and installed the new one. It sure looks better! I just love my new spa. Very easy to do the chemicals. They called me a few days later to see if I was happy with my purchase and I am. It has gone great with this company.

Bought a tuff spa while at the Colorado state fair. It was delivered about 2 months later. However the delivery/installer destroyed the cover transporting it to our house with his strap buckles. I called Ryan Heath of tuff spa and he agree it was not right. However 10 months later we still have no cover for our hot tub. Not a good company at all. The product is good. Not the company nor Ryan Heath.

I say this because I do not live right around the corner from them. I live in Pinetop, AZ and it is so hard to get other companies to support the products they sell. I had no intention on buying a spa at the car auction but the sales lady at the auction knew her product very well and the Economics of purchasing it in AZ and having it shipped to CA made good sense. We had a great experience. We purchased our Tuff Spa at the home show. We put a deposit down and then got to choose when we were ready to have our spa built. They had a unit become available earlier so we got it installed even earlier than we planned. The installers spent plenty of time reviewing how the spa works. We've only had it a couple of weeks, but love it so far.

I bought this spa about a year ago and it's been broken down almost as much as it was running. This time a metal fitting is leaking inside the unit and caused it to short out last week. The scary part is, their cord GFI didn't work when the unit shorted out, my backup GFI the other side of the house tripped. When I call their customer service, it goes to a recording and it's days before I get a call back. Last month, the salt generator broke and the apathetic female operator told me I didn't clean it on schedule "like it says in the manual." I sent her proof it does NOT say anything about a schedule, so they sent me the repair part. Also, the faux stone material on the side panels started peeling off when the unit was less than a year old but "they aren't covered under warranty." Keep in mind this unit is only a year old. Ian in service is a good guy, very pleasant to speak to, but he's gone all this week so again I wait with a broken spa.
