I had the worst customer service experience of my life here. The front desk employee was nice but management is horrible. I was going to come here for a couple's massage and float but the place double booked me! Before they informed me of the double booking they made me redeem the Groupon. As a result, I was unable to get a refund on Groupon's website. This place did not care and they refused to give me a refund in person! They even tried offering me a $400 gift card as pity even though they knew I lived in Calfornia. I will never go here and I highly recommend that nobody else does. I've heard a float tank is a magical experience and if you want to experience it that way, go somewhere you can trust. Edit: After posting this review, the owner called me the following day and notified me that I would receive my refund. He made right what should have been precedent in the first place. Review updated from 1 to 2 stars.

Found them on Groupon and they continue to honor my Groupon price. Overall a great experience and have not had a bad experience yet. Book early though - if you don't have flexible dates/times, they are often full.

This place is a SCAM!!! Do NOT waste your money here. My boyfriend booked us a Groupon couples massage for a nice weekend getaway to Phoenix 2 weeks in advance. He was assured over the phone that we were on the schedule and everything was ready to go. When we arrived for our massages, the receptionist could find no record of our appointment, even though we were in the system as clients. He said the company OUTSOURCES their call center and the people fielding calls have no relation to the actual business itself. This is HORRIBLE business practice. He then said we would have to reschedule, but our vacation plans were already booked for the rest of the weekend. We requested a refund, and he told us to redeem the Groupon and then he could scan it and give us a refund. That didn't work, so he tried to hand us cash ($50 short of the amount we paid). We refused because he was short-changing us, so he called his manager who insisted that no refunds were allowed at all. This business is FRADULENT and we are reporting them to our credit card company. Go somewhere else!

We drove 4 hours to get here and we will DEFINITELY be back!!! I took my husband for a couples massage for his birthday and it was the best massage we've ever experienced. The entire place is GORGEOUS and SO relaxing!! Morgan did my husband's and he loved it! Ireny did mine and OMG she's so amazing and they're both SO sweet!

Ireny is very knowledgeable and she helped me with my rotator cuff pain. I had a limited degree of rotation but after 2 sessions i can swing my arm a little more than before. Massage is not just an art its a science and Ireny is really good at that. If u need relaxation or to alleviate your pain try this place.

I love this place! I tried my first ever Zen float today. It was absolutely amazing. First off the staff is very welcoming and informative. I was a little nervous, but I was put at ease. The room where the float tank is located is private and very clean. They provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earplugs, Q-tips, and Vaseline for little cuts. I wasn't sure what I would need, so I had packed some if the items provided, but only used my lotion and hairbrush. I will definitely be back, what a nice relaxing hour. Next time I'm going to try the massage and float.

Had a 60 minute massage with Irene and she was amazing. Best deep tissue massage I've ever had. She was very knowledgeable and talked briefly about the benefits of the techniques she used which I really enjoyed.10/10 recommend!

My wife and I visited here for the Float Therapy and she ended up getting a massage as well. The staff was more than accommodating and the facility was very clean. It was my first time floating and they were very thorough when explaining everything which made the experience very enjoyable. I'm planning on going back in a few weeks to do the float therapy again. My wife said the massage was the best she has ever had and can't wait to go back.

Paid $150 (not inc. tip) for a 60min massage. Told the MT where I needed the most attention; my lower back. Before I knew it, she only spent her time on my neck/shoulders. Never touched my lower back or legs. The sheets smelled dirty, the white robe they have you change in had a moldly smell. How this place has almost 5 stars is beyond me. Worst massage and facility I've ever experienced.

Quiet and peaceful. Rooms for massage and floats. Shower in the float room was very pretty and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Just make sure to bring any product with you that you may want to put in your hair after your shower post-float.

First time to this place, purchased it off of Groupon and it was an awesome experience. They were very professional, welcoming, and informative. The masseuse we had was Bryon and Patricia, super awesome professional people and made us very comfortable! We made a second appointment, hopefully we get the same best experience. Unfortunately, we were unable to book for the same people, but I hope we get the same experience as the last.

I absolutely LOVED this experience. I did the salt water floatation therapy followed by a one hour massage. I think that has been the best massage I have ever had! The whole experience was very very relaxing. I will be going again when I return in the fall. Excited to return!

Had a great experience there tonight. Was pretty nervous about my first float and being with my thoughts for an hour. The man who showed me how to use the tank was so helpful and kind. Told me of his own personal experiences and made my worries dissipate. I walked out of there so happy I could cry. I was calm. I am never ever calm. Please, do yourself a favor and go lower your cortisol here. Your body and mind will thank you.

This place is a lovely small family owned business. The massage & float tank was temporarily mind quitting relaxing moment to yourself, which was exactly what my husband and I experienced! To improve on the float tank experience, may I suggest a little "Lavender scented epson salt"?!?

Just let me say I hate sitting in a tub. So I was worried I wouldn't be able to do 1 hour. I think I fell asleep and when I woke up thought it had only been maybe 1/2 hour, it was the full hour. Floating is amazing, the sensation of support but its water is really wonderful. Then my massage by Cassie put me over the edge of relaxation. When I got home my husband could see on my face how relaxed I was. I did buy thru Groupon with no issues and have booked my husband for the same experience. Telling all my family and friends.

Oh my... This was the best relaxing spa day I've ever had. The staff were so nice and put my nerves at ease. I was nervous about the flotation pod but he explained everything I needed to know(when it would stop, the lights, eg) and I loved being in there. It feels roomy. And then to get an AMAZING massage on top of that by Ireny... Let's just say I had to take a glorious nap when I got home. From the life stress I felt when I walked in the door until walking out was a 180 degree difference. I booked my second appointment already and I know will be booking a third!! Thank you, thank you for a wonderful experience.

I was one of Ireney(eye re knee) first customers and man was I blown away!!! I had gotten a few massages before and was not impressed, however Ireney is something out of this world! I dropped my $110/month crossfit membership so I could get a massage every month. Her massages are worth double if not triple her charging rate.

I have never been here but I am already highly disappointed in this company and the way they do business! I had a couples massage scheduled for 4/20/2019 for my 1 year anniversary with my wife, I received a call from someone stating that I had to reschedule my appointment that was open on the website for my anniversary! So I had no choice but to reschedule it for today 4/13/2019 I was told that I would be receiving some emails one of which was going to be my new confirmation number this was yesterday morning and I still haven’t received nothing from this company!! As a company there should have been more that this company could and should have done to make sure that your customer was happy with the change this company had to make because of a reason on this company’s part! On top of that this company is the hardest to get a hold of! Ever time I call there is no answer and I mean every time I called!!! I’m highly disappointed in the way you guys do business please if someone reads this from the company I would like my money back so I can take my business elsewhere!!!

Had a bad experience here. My husband got a Groupon for my birthday for $110. It was a float therapy and a 90 minute massage. The water of the float pod was a nasty red brown because the lady before me had recently dyed her hair! They told me that the color was normal and it was clean. I have now been to different float therapy places and I know now that the water is not supposed to look like that. The massage was the redeeming part about this place.

I don't typically write reviews (even if I've had a great experience) but my experiences at The Healing Path Day Spa have been better than any other massage experiences I've had in my life (specifically, Ireny's massages). Ireny's massages are truly amazing. I'll come in with so much pain and leave feeling relaxed in every bone/muscle in my body. Ireny has a sixth sense and always knows exactly how to treat your body on any given day. She is incredibly gifted and her massages are life changing!
