I normally would've recommended this place for a good massage, I've gone a few times before, but this last time, today, I had the worst experience at Sofia's tlc reflexology. After a long day of work, I was looking forward to getting a massage. First red light was when they told us to pay up front rather than after the services. Then, when I wrote the tip out, the receptionist freaked out and demanded I pay more, she said she had never done a massage for so little. I said I didn't know what the service would be like so I wasn't going to pay a big tip right away. I added more cash to the tip and she freaked out again and demanded I bump the tip up more, and the other employee had to stop her. I wanted to leave, but they had already swiped our card, we just stayed. Throughout the massage, that rude receptionist was the one assigned to do my massage, I kept hearing her throw the towels and stuff around whenever she moved around, she left the room entirely for close to 15 minutes and didn't make up for any of that time in the 90 minutes I paid for. Both employees also didn't do a good job of keeping our chest area covered during the massage, both my friend and I had to pull the sheet up put of their hands during the massage to keep ourselves properly covered. There is so much more I could say to describe our horrible experience, but this is a long enough review as it is. Very disappointed.

Great massage. Clean and friendly service. Will surely go back. Returned to the Spa - another great session. Treated my muscle and knee pain with topical cream and heat. Felt much better.

overall weird experience. My body feels no better than before. The masseuse demanded I tip more at the end. Wouldn’t recommend.

A few fake reviews for this and other place that must be from the same owner. Pay upfront is kind of strange but if that's how you want to run your business that's fine. Often on the phone and not the most professional.

i Love coming here, all the Masseurs are very nice and appropriate... they did a very good job every time i come here. i am not sure where the hates came from. must be the staffs from other massage stores making up stories

for the price and the cleanliness it cannot be beat. i like my massages strong and these 95lb ladies somehow really dig in. i also appreciate the fact that unlike chain massage places i dont have to listwn to them sell me a membership. 2 hour combo massage $75, cards and cash accepted. i normally tip 10 to 15 depending on how it goes.
