I had a massage today Shayla. I wasn’t ready sure what to expect. She was great and is definitely a gifted therapist. She really worked on my as I was all knotted up in my shoulder and back area. Afterwards loved the gem infused water. I spent some toke outside reading a book, enjoying mimosas and some lite bites. I booked a different type of massage for the next day. The areas were clean and the changing area was well stocked. You could hear voices outside of the treatment room at times which was a bit of a distraction but manageable. The main plus for me was being able to book online at my convenience. So glad I found this gem online.

I scheduled the spa sampler package last minute after a few days hiking in Sedona. It was very convenient to do so online. The website listed descriptions of all services and it was very simple to make a reservation. On arrival to the spa I was greeted warmly and given a quick tour of the facility. They offer complimentary water, tea and snacks. My massage therapist was Jaime, she treated me to a massage and reflexology session. It was the best body work I've received in years. I then was treated to a facial by Lauren, she was very attentive to my skin needs and informative about the different treatments she used. After I was done with with my session I enjoyed a complimentary cheese plate and continued my relaxation out on the beautiful patio. On check out Lauren left some skincare products that she recommended for me which was very thoughtful. The receptionist added a few free samples and some candy as well! I did spend a good amount of money on the package as well as the additional products but it was well worth every penny & I felt it was a great value. My body has never felt so happy and well attended to! I will be back the next time I'm in town!

I love this place and have literally thought about once a day since I've gone. My wife and I had gone to Sedona after we got married as a pre-honeymoon kind of deal and were planning on going to another spa. I called this one by mistake and spoke to the most pleasant people. I set up an appointment for the next day, they walked me through their packages and helped me pick a couple's package that was right for us. It was the best mistake I'd ever made. My wife agreed to try it out since I had already put the card on file and set everything up. We went and were met with the best customer service experience that no one could see coming. Genuine smiling faces. Updates on wait time. The massage and scrubs were remarkable. And afterwards, they suprised us with a treat tray and mimosas to celebrate our new marriage. I had vaguely mentioned it once to a young lady over the phone the day before and didn't even expect them to remember. But they did. If you go to Sedona, this is the spa that you want to go to. I'll never go to another one, they earned a customer for life.

Very nice day spa. Small lobby/sitting area is cozy and accommodating; fresh filtered water, varied reading materials and healthy snacks, tea, mimosas. Spa staff is professional and kind. Facials are in a relaxed atmosphere using good products. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Great attention to detail. Offered something to munch on, or drink often!! Beautiful patio with lots of atmosphere. Got a pedicure which was very relaxing and the wonderful lady, Jessica, who did it was extremely friendly and paid a lot of attention to detail with my feet! Second, I got the Sweat Lodge treatment. it was very relaxing and the therapist, Jamie, was very kind, and did a great job. Over all, I'd say the atmosphere and the staff were the highlight of the facility. They do rely heavily on gratuity for payment of services. It's stated that 18% to 20% gratuity is expected.

My husband and I did a couples deep tissue massage and moisturizing wrap. Both services were excellent, and we were totally in a blissful state at the end. Elisa and Lily did a really nice job. The service at the front desk was also great. My only reason for the 4 stars is the locker room space and outdoor seating area is somewhat limited compared to other spas. If someone else is in the locker room, you have to wait, so it’s not as conducive for getting showered and cleaned up after your service. Same with the outdoor space - if other groups are there, you might be sitting in the direct sun, or separate from your partner/group - not as encouraging to take your time and relax.

I visited with a friend on 8/12/18, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. We both got neck and shoulders massage, and my therapist was Patty. She was incredible! My neck felt like steel cables when we arrived and she totally relieved that tension. She even gave me tips to relax my shoulders and neck better between treatments. I do not often get massages, but I will book again with Patty the next time I am in Sedona. Besides the excellent massage, they had tons of refreshments, a lovely shaded patio where we enjoyed our included mimosas and snacks, plenty of toiletries and a full shower for before and after the massage, and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. We will be back!

This is just an amazing place. They make everything spectacular, down to the most minute detail. The staff is very warm and welcoming. It is clear that the customers experience is their priority. The facility is beautiful. Its like a tiny oasis where you lose all your problems for a time. I would highly recommend anyone interested in an unparalleled spa experience to come here!

It was my first time getting any kind of massage and I was a little hesitant. They made me feel very comfortable and made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Liv, she was very nice and relaxing. Even the waiting area was therapeutic, there were some snacks and water. Don't bother looking up reviews for the other spas in town, this is your place.

My boyfriend and I were originally going to do a spa day at our hotel, however they were all booked up - so we booked 2 facials and a couples massage at New Day Spa - and we're SO happy we did! The facials and massages were wonderful - probably the best massage I've ever gotten. We had about a 2 hour gap in between our services, where we hung out on the patio and in the hot tub (and also enjoyed a cheese plate and mimosa's!) As some of the other reviews mention, this place isn't your typical super fancy spa - but it's extremely pretty and relaxing, and everyone was so friendly and kind to us. I would 100% come back here!

New Day Spa was a charming and unique spa experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had one of the specialty massages "Myofascial Release". My therapist, Rosemary, was outstanding. She has mastery of this technique. It was a pleasurable and relaxing session, unlike any I have had before. My body felt like I was 10 again the next day. I felt very loose and flexible, with no aches! I am a massage therapist from Texas, and I can truly say this treatment is great and New Day Spa is one of my favorite places to unwind and relax.

We had a wonderful experience. I went with my mother and brother to the spa. The facials and massages were wonderful. My mother had a pedicure as well and she really enjoyed it. We had a Very relaxing and peaceful time, during our sessions and out on the patio. The staff was excellent, attentive and very thorough. This is a very classy spa! It has a beautiful patio and a waiting room with free tea and snacks (fruit and nuts.) I was there with my two sisters and the gorgeous owner served us cheese, crackers and cake while we waited. She was very sweet and all the staff were so nice. You will love getting pampered there!

Wow! This was a perfect way to wrap up a 2 week roadtrip we have been on! This place is a gem! My wife and I dropped in while stopping in Sedona for a couples massage. We also had our dog with us so we left him at a super cute place called, Life Is Suite Pet Resort just down the road from the spa so it was perfect! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the facility is wonderful, there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy some light snacks that they offer (cheese plates, nuts, fresh fruit, or a slice of Whole Foods cake!). We also got the chance to meet the owner and she was super sweet! My massage therapist, Liv, gave me the best deep tissue massage I have EVER had! She made me feel super comfortable, noted my coconut allergy and was very in tune with exactly what my body needed! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to relax and ground yourself while you're visiting Sedona!

Awesome spa for total relaxation. Came here for a couple's massage on our honeymoon; we were treated so nicely and they had everything you may need. The massage was amazing and much needed after our morning hike. After our massages, we hung out in the beautiful courtyard and were treated to mimosas and a cheese platter which was super thoughtful. I would definitely come back here the next time I'm in Sedona! The service is on point!

Oh my god, what a find. This is the best spa in Sedona. I go to Sedona every year and this is my far the best salon in Sedona. It is beautifully decorated, so welcoming, with cucumber water and healthy snacks, a gorgeous waiting room and a staff that matches you with the correct treatment and staff member. Matt is by far the best person for hot stones and deep tissue. I was in awe of how I felt. The facial was also by far the best, it included a neck and arm massage, wow again. Tina was amazing, my skin is still radiant and it has been two weeks. She waxed my brows which are perfect, and gave me several free samples of products. This salon goes over and above the norm. I am hooked give it a try, you will be too. I will go no where else in Sedona! Thanks New Day Spa!

The boutique experience starts from checkin, where the front team is beyond helpful, and extends to signature amenities such as cheese plates and infused waters. Treatments are plentiful and the outdoor relaxation area has wonderfully appropriate decor.

This place was great! My wife and I went here to get some massages to celebrate our anniversary. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The owner Pete happened to be there and he was a very Pleasent Person to talk to and he was also very accommodating. The facility is very clean and well kept and the resting/relax area has greatly paired snacks and a hot tub for your enjoyment. We had great massages and we will definitely be back:)

I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the FABULOUS nail products Destiny used for my manicure. If you find value in the "crystal worship", "psychic readings", "animal spirit guide" stuff Sedona offers every tourist who comes through here, then you'll like this place, they offer that. If you're a Christian or other religion and do NOT appreciate that sort of thing being pushed on you everywhere you go in Sedona, you will also like it here because they don't shove it on you. I overheard a man learning about his "animal spirit guide" and thought, oh geez, here we go with this nonsense, but, they must have read me for the Bible believer I am because nobody mentioned anything to me about spirit guides or crystals or any thing else of that nature. I just received a lovely manicure in a beautiful setting with really great products. Oh, right, forgot to mention that you wouldn't know you were in Sedona by the low price. I definitely recommend to tourists and locals alike.

My daughter and I both had the Cedarwood Citrus Wild Chaparral treatment, and it was fantastic! The staff is so welcoming and gracious, and they have a lovely seating area both inside and outside where you can relax before and after. They do the special little extras, like have delicious snacks and treats and provided free product samples. I only wish we lived closer so we could come back again and try other services. My wife and I spent an afternoon here. We had the turquoise sage arnica and the cedarwood citrus wild chapparral body treatments. They added a lot of unique details clearly setting Sedona apart from the rest of the country in spa care. Everything from the reception area to the waiting room to the dressing room was relaxing and added to the experience. They also had a lovely patio area (with a hot tub!). Staff excellent and very friendly. Great vibe. Wow.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Went in for a couples massage and it's very peaceful and clean. After we changed into our robes, they had drinks and snacks to start with, available at no charge, which was nice. The environment was relaxing and welcoming. While waiting for our massage we enjoyed our experience and sipped on water. We were then introduced to our massage therapist whom were both nice and professional. Upon completion of our massages, we were taken to the back lounge/patio area and offered mimosas and cake to relax with and enjoy ourselves in the peaceful atmosphere. In the entirety, we never felt rushed and the staff was fully accommodating. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the pesky bugs outside while trying to relax and when we came in for our appointment time, that I had booked a week in advance, I was informed that somehow I was double booked due to outdated software and had to adjust my appt time for 3 hours later. I was given 10% off which was nice and I appreciated. All in all, I would go back even with the minor setbacks. I recommend stopping by.

When we moved to Sedona, I went on a search for the best massage. Granted, I only went to two other places before finding the New Day Spa. But I feel I struck gold. The ambiance is great, the massage is among the best I've ever had. There is a jaccuzi in a private patio and lounge chairs. Treats are in the waiting area and the "locker room" has amenities.

The front desk staff are super welcoming and friendly. The facilities have a more local feel (not super upscale or fancy) but the locker rooms and back patio are clean and comfortable and have a really calm vibe. My boyfriend got a massage and said he enjoyed it. I had "the ultimate" and unfortunately felt a bit underwhelmed. My service felt half-hearted, starting out as a "dry exfoliation" done with a glove, followed by lotion that was quickly applied rather than rubbed/massaged in. For the facial portion, no questions were asked about my skin and overall it felt like there was a lot of time spent waiting for several different masks to dry while I just laid there. No extractions done either. I booked a 90 min service that I came early for, but found myself done and standing back in the waiting area 5 minutes before my service was to end. It's possible my expectations were off and maybe I picked the wrong treatment for what I was looking for, but for this price I've definitely experienced better.

This place makes you feel like you someone's personal guest rather than a client at a spa. It is an intimate and inviting space, you can interact with other guests or get your own quiet time in the lovely garden, and the hosts are warm and devoted to making your time there relaxing. I loved talking to Jill; she is a true hostess, and all her employees are lovely.
