I ALWAYS come here to get my nails done as well as my eyebrows!! They are all amazing!! When I'm at the salon I always feel like I'm at my home away from home :) The white guy is super dope!! He is extremely helpful and bounces ideas back and forth with you to give you ideas to keep your nails on point. Jade is awesome. period. lol

This is by far the worst salon I’ve been to. Not only was the customer service horrible, they were disrespectful and careless. In addition I had asked Hannah for an “eyebrow clean up” and she decided that meant to take half my eyebrow off. So unless you want to walk out there pissed off, with half an eyebrow I highly suggest not going here.

I'm changing my 3 star to a 5 star review. They have a great level of customer service and this location is one of the cleanest place I've visited. On my second visit the nail techs explained why they painted my nails a certain way. I told them my reasons for not liking it and they listened to my concerns. The nail tech spent a bit more time working on my pedi that made a world of difference!

They do good work and prices good but it is very annoying how I try to talk and all they do is talk to each other in another language. Very very rude when they keep talking al round you but never in English. Definitely takes the relaxation out of the pedicure. So for a quick in and out good place to go. But to feel like they appreciate you or your business not so much. I would have gotten the expensive pedicure but the nonstop foreign language never even trying to include me in any thing made me want to leave quickly. At least my toes look good.

Absolutely love getting my nails done here. I always try to get Andy when I go but the rest of the team is just as equally competent and patient. They definitely take their time to make sure your manicure is perfect and make sure you are happy with their handiwork before you leave. Sometimes there is a wait because they stay busy but its definitely worth it and their prices are really reasonable.

Got my eye lashes done today when I left they looked good but after an hour the glue is so thick and dark that's all I can see and the pulling on my natural eyelashes is fairly unbearable they look ok but i would never do it again not worth the money I paid I'm pretty disappointed if I hadn't spent the money on them I would take them off ASAP but I feel bad for wastin money. That all being said the lady that did them was sweet and patient I think in all honesty it may be a fluke or possibly the heat causing the glue to look so thick. I'm not used to lashes so I don't know.

Pedicure and a eyebrow wax there was a guy who done all of my services and it was the most horrible experience I've ever had the Polish came off 15 min latter and my nail popped off the very next day I wouldn't recommend them for anything there a bad salon they gives other salons bad names so if I was you I wouldn't waste my time or money on them cause they suck

Got my fill in here, was back in twice in less than two weeks for two different nails that broke off, and I wasn't doing anything extravagant, one broke just washing my hair and another broke pulling out a credit card. I would not recommend this place and I won't be going back.

If I could give this place a 0 starts I would! My nails are bumpy and sharp. The paint is messy and the acrylic is uneven. It chipped the first day within a hour I left. I will never go back to this place, 3 different people did my nails and they made me pay before they painted my nails. Do not go here!

I went there a in May 2014 to get acrylic set for my prom and the lady did a fantastic job and the polish never chipped and held up until I went back 3 weeks later to get a fill for my graduation. I went back in December of 2015 just before Christmas and the man who did my nails did a horrible job. Some of the nails were different lengths and it was very noticeable, the acrylic was uneven and bumpy, and when he glued them on he put way too much glue on. When he painted them he missed spots. Since he put so much glue it was impossible to take them off after almost 2 months of them being on. I soaked my nails in nail polish remover and still no luck. I had to cut my acrylics off and peel them off and took 4 of my real nails with it. I will never go back to Lili nails.

Bad experience here, got a gel manicure and the lady who seems to run the place did my nails. Everything was done in a hurry and made my gel too thick. Very pushy, when confronted her about it she was quick to try to blame me. Very uncomfortable and too pricey for a quick job. For sure will not be coming here. Didn't even finish my manicure because other customers were waiting.

Poor customer service!! Had been going to this salon for over four years referred friends and family!! Julie was my nail tech!! And was normally wonderful.. But the last time I went in and got my nails done she was unbelievably rude!! I brushed it under the rug!! We all have bad days!! Then I call in to schedule with her as normal!! She said can someone else do your nails I’m busy all day... this never happens I have been a loyal customer for years! So I have heard nothing bout wonderful things about Helen another tech in the salon!! So I gave her a shot!! I’m beyond happy and Helen is now my new nail tech!! Needless to say the whole time I was in the nail salon Julie was far from busy... folding laundry in the back!! After finishing up with the one client she was working on before I showed up!! I’m still in shock that she treated me the way she did!! I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a wonderful nail lady!! I will also be letting my friends and family that I have referred to Juile to change to Helen after what juile pulled!!

The first few times I went here I really liked it. It was quiet and relaxing. The last time I went was horrible! As soon as I walked in the door I was handed a coupon to have fake eyelashes done. The woman proceeded to continue pushing me getting lashes the entire time I was there. I asked for gel nails and received acrylic which I didn't realize as I was so distracted by the woman pushing her fake lashes on me. It was not a good experience and I couldn't relax during my pedi. Unless they've changed the practice of not providing the service their customers ask for I would not recommend going here.

From out of town. I got an Mani/Pedi done. Everything was great! The lady who did my nails did an awesome job. I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do. Powder dip nails peeled off within the first few days. I took my receipt back and was told it was likely my fault as I must push my nails too hard. I'm not sure what that even means. They would not refund my money and I did not want to have them redo my nails. I will go back to the salon I've been going to for awhile with no problem. I only tried this one because it was so close to my home.
