I went to Planet Beach before the new owners took over April of 2012. What a difference. The Spa Consultants, The Equipment, and the atmosphere. It is a completely a different experiance. I recommend EVERYONE go and check out the BEST KEPT SECRET IN ANTHEM!!!!

I have been a member of planet Beach in Anthem for about almost a year now and I love it there. All the Staff are so friendly, I Love the owners of planet Beach, they are always there to see how things are. The girls that work there are very knowledgeable about all there specials, I could go on forever! I just know Planet Beach in Anthem is a great place to Tan and all there Spas facilitys are great to use. You just need to come here and try them out, they are always having specials and they are very reasonable.

Such a fun and classy environment to get a great tan or spa day. I got a free airbrush tan done and Jessica was amazing. When you get anything "free" done you don't expect exceptional service as well but that is exactly what I got from Planet Beach in Anthem. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and my tan is gorgeous. It looks like I spent the entire summer on the beach and it is perfect for my 'back to school look'. I will definitely be back for granduation pictures and prom. Thanks again ladies!

I have tried many different tanning places and I really love this place. They offer different types of UV beds plus spray tan booth. Plus they have lots of other spa type things to choose also. I love the hydro massage. It helped when I had a pulled muscle in my back. Prices are reasonable and there is never a wait. Love this place!!

I am shocked that the contract states that while the contract has to be cancelled in writing, that a person has to physically travel to the location to submit that cancellation. My mother who is 84 years old was charged an extra month when she called to cancel and did not understand that that would not be taken care of. When she discovered she was charged another month, she asked me to transport her to the facility so that she could cancel. I have been working 60-80 hours a week, much of the time out of town, and I attempted to cancel. I was told it had to be on their "form". When I inquired as to whether the form could be emailed or faxed to me, I was told ":No, I had to come in to the facility." In this day and age, this is beyond ludicrous. These are tactics used to continue to charge people for services they no longer want to use. I will be submitting this information to the Arizona Attorney General's Office for investigation of fraud.

Joined Planet Beach in January, love every minute! I had a serious injury to my neck & back as a youth and I'm in pain most of the time.The Sari Gym along with the facial spa chair do wonders for my back as well as allowing me to move my neck which is amazing. So much better and more enjoyable than the Chiropractor! The facility is wonderful, the staff very professional and delightful. All over a fabulous experience.

Very friendly staff and they don't push sales they push health concerns and look at your individual needs as a guest. They have a ton of options when it comes to a buget. Many beds from tanning to hydrating to skin therapy ect.This location has a return customer. Thanks guys! You are appreciated for all that you do.

A gem of a place in Anthem. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have tons of treatments offered depending on your skin and body needs. The products they carry are of high quality, with no pressure tactics to buy. I've been a member for 3 years, my skin has never been better, and overall, highly recommend them to someone who wants to improve their overall quality of life.

Lotiins and sprays are EXTREMELY overpriced. I was sold sample packets for $7.50, when 8.5 oz bottles sell online for $8.95.
