Staff is nice, but not very attentive when you walk in. They don't ask who is next...2 people that were after us were waited on before us, and in the tiny waiting area the chairs are very, very uncomfortable especially when you are waiting for several hours for your loved one in surgery. No plugs for your devices either.

Went to this disaster, so called "Skin Spa" for a rebalance, and the female who put the solution on my face was so rough with the removal, she took skin off of my face. She baited me into a conversation, then when she didn't like my reply to her questions, she took it out on my skin. I told her that my skin was very delicate before she began the procedure, but that didn't stop her from causing trauma to my face skin. The females at the front didn't even care about the fresh abrasion I had on my face after the procedure, instead they tried to get me rescheduled for a glycolic peel. They do not know what they are doing at this facility, and your skin will show it if you go here for any treatment. Now I have to deal with the pitting from this scar this unqualified personnel caused.

I liked doctor, but a little rushed. Wish I could have a little more time just to answer more questions. Felt like maybe I shouldn't ask to many questions because he looked super busy. But nice guy and not rude at all. So that is good. Doctor Ha. He is Asian so that why his name funny.

I put one star because there is nothing less than a star today there was an accident oh the high way when I was driving to my appointment and I called to tell them I would be a little late my appointment yet wouldn’t let me in because they had a nother patent but no one had showed up and on top of that they started lying about how they had so many other parents when I was the only one there, now if it wernt because i had to take time out of my job and pick my son up early from school i woudnt be complaining but i had to, on top of all of this there work isnt done right and its not good exept for one guy that was there but he left.

Staff was overwhelmed preoccupied and rude. The amount of pre-appointment paperwork and disclaimers and initial and signature that you will pay for any services that your insurance won't pay for disclaimers was five or six pages I think maybe seven or eight including the back?! "Dr" was un informative, young and inexperienced, and I guess you could call it bad bedside manners when the only thing you can get out of them--" is well it might be cancer" and then they send you on your way after taking a piece off your face... The doctor did not listen to me and chose his own conclusion without even addressing my thoughts or concerns... I went straight to an Urgent Care had a physician assistant who calmly listened and took a couple notes ask me some questions gave me a prescription for some ointment and told me to follow up with the lab results because that can only say what is or is not cancer she thought very unlikely... I will call for my lab results... I will never go back

I've been seeing the nurse practitioner Ramona Kioni for a couple years. She is always so pleasant and professional! She is very thorough and patient with me and takes the time to answer or explain any questions I may have regarding my treatments.

Don't go here. They tell you it will take a certain number of treatments to remove a tattoo and on your "last" treatment they tell you it is going to take x number more treatments. Why tell someone one number if you cannot deliver. Don't make promises you can't keep. Will not recommend to anyone. Ever.

What a disappointment in experience from the derm side of the business to the spa side of the business. Staff seemed disorganized, parents dragging a half dozen kids into the waiting area with them while they ate pizza, entry door scrapes the door frame when opened so It's loud. I've been going to Phoenix Skin as a derm for years. The so called spa side causes me pause.
