I have been coming to your Center for laser hair removal, three times total with more visits to come.
Let's get to the heart of the matter,
I arrived for my second appointment and I was informed that the laser machine to treat higher Fitzpatrick skin was broken. Why wasn't I informed this prior to me going there. It was a waste of my time. Then, they told me they were going to call when the machine was fixed. I never received that phone call. I called them two weeks later and asked what was the result. I was informed the machine had been fixed a while ago.
Then today, February 9th, I go there and check-in for my appointment. They asked me to sign in and seat myself. Then they tell me 15 minutes later that a technician is working on the machine. Again, Why couldn't they have called me to tell me that prior to me going there and giving me the option as to whether I wanted to wait. Additionally, why couldn't they have told me that when I initially checked in so I could anticipate what I needed to do. I asked them to call me when the machine is fixed, again, I wonder if they will.
The technicians do a wonderful job but customer service is really lacking and it appears to be a pattern. I like going there because it is close to my job, but I do have a job and if I can't be afforded the courtesy of a phone call when the machines are broken then let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere.
*UPDATE 6/27/18* Customer Service has improved since my last review.
