I have been coming to your Center for laser hair removal, three times total with more visits to come. Let's get to the heart of the matter, I arrived for my second appointment and I was informed that the laser machine to treat higher Fitzpatrick skin was broken. Why wasn't I informed this prior to me going there. It was a waste of my time. Then, they told me they were going to call when the machine was fixed. I never received that phone call. I called them two weeks later and asked what was the result. I was informed the machine had been fixed a while ago. Then today, February 9th, I go there and check-in for my appointment. They asked me to sign in and seat myself. Then they tell me 15 minutes later that a technician is working on the machine. Again, Why couldn't they have called me to tell me that prior to me going there and giving me the option as to whether I wanted to wait. Additionally, why couldn't they have told me that when I initially checked in so I could anticipate what I needed to do. I asked them to call me when the machine is fixed, again, I wonder if they will. The technicians do a wonderful job but customer service is really lacking and it appears to be a pattern. I like going there because it is close to my job, but I do have a job and if I can't be afforded the courtesy of a phone call when the machines are broken then let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere. *UPDATE 6/27/18* Customer Service has improved since my last review.

I can say that when I started I didn’t really believe that my hair growth was gonna be stopped by a simple laser , but 8 months later I do believe so, my skin feels so soft and I don’t grow those annoying ingrown hairs on my face anymore & I don’t have to shave as much!!!! These people have the best customer service & they have also treated my mom & I really well & make us feel like we’re at our own house! Thank you ! :) We’re both happy with results & service!

I really enjoy, and look forward to my visits here. They always take really good care of their customers. I always get a text message reminder about my appointment. With a busy lifestyle, I really appreciate the reminder.

Having had laser before at another place, VERY disappointed. Think they have a just short of a racket going. Had touch up on lower legs, totally ineffective & waste if $. Had lip area done for first time. Again, 8 treatments & then they said I would need more. And I am not that hairy!! Bad experience & waste of both time & money & no results.

Awesome service... 2nd laser hair removal visit and I'm very impressed with the results from the initial treatment! Facial hair growth was reduced by about 50% from first visit and what did grow back was thinner!
