This wasn’t our first time visiting and to be fair, in the past we really liked this place. Unfortunately, things have changed over the years. I can deal with receiving 81 minutes on a 90-minute massage but the way they handle the tipping, was completely inappropriate. They literally use a form of intimidation by asking, in front of everyone, including therapists, “how much tip would you like to add?” To make matters worse, they hand you a tip suggestion guide that starts at around 40% for a 90-minute massage, and explain, again, openly that you should base it upon how much you enjoyed the services. What sort of professional asks for a 40% plus tip? I would highly suggest avoiding this place, even if it costs a bit more as most of the area’s therapist work for multiple spas.

My husband and I had a couple’s massage with Mark and Amy while we were in Sedona on our honeymoon. My husband never had a massage and we never had a massage together. I called to make an appointment and was scheduled that same afternoon. All the staff is warm and welcoming in a clean, calming and comfortable building. We had a 90 minute massage and it was so relaxing. We both left feeling so at ease and would come again. Mark and Amy were especially welcoming, personable and professional. Look no further and book here if looking for a relaxing massage!

We were on our way back from our 10-day vacation and just wanted to end it with a relaxing massage. Called and they had an available simultaneous couples massage appointment within 45mins of us calling them, which we were very grateful for since we had already called at least five other places. Once there, the place was clean, well-organized and felt peaceful. Rebecca did a fantastic job during my 1-hr massage. She first asked me if there was an area that I’d like her to focus on, and she focused on my feet, neck/shoulder just like I had told her. She also used a little of essential oil when I told her I loved essential oils. I came out feeling relaxed and like the massage was longer than the actual hour I paid for.

Loved it. As Sedona is known for spas, I really wanted to try . Booked in namti. They are so friendly and took my last minute booking. I called them many times for the change of time and services. They were courteous. The spa is beautiful with many rooms and mild lights - soulful music. They also have spa deals to pick. I had booked for royal combo for 3 hours. Their Ayurveda massage is exceptional and Tina checked about my body and concentrated on the areas more where I used to have pains. I had facial with Cathy and she was explaining me as what was going on with my skin whenever she applied mask/scrub on my face. I had reiki too with one of the experienced therapist who has been doing this for last 25 years.

We opted for hot stoned and that was amazing, definitely recommend you choose that option. Zack did my massage and explained what he was going to do and worked out all my tension. Absolutely wonderful and relaxing experience, from check-in to check-out. I had the "Body and Sole" (30 min foot massage and 90 minute massage) with Jacob. Every minute was pure bliss - truly one of the best massages I've ever had (on par with Ten Thousand Waves spa in Santa Fe). And to top it off, everyone we met at the spa was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I went with three other girlfriends (who got facials and a body massage), and they all loved their treatments too (with Lynn and Lisa). Small tip: there isn't a shower at the facility.

Rob was fantastic! Spent extra time on my shoulder which has been sore for weeks. After this one massage I'm almost back to normal. Place is cute. Staff was nice but the massage was just a basic relaxing massage. We got a 90 minute massage starting at 11:15. We arrived around 11 but didn't get on the table until 11:25. They still ended the massage at 12:45 which means I got cut short 10 minutes. I even asked the girl at the desk "is an hour massage actually an hour or is it 50 minutes?" She said it was an hour. It's not the first time I've been cut short on time. Pet peeve of mine

Just had a 90 minute (wish I’d booked 2 hrs) massage with Lisa. She was great! She knew her stuff and worked the areas I needed it most, getting knots out and lots of stretching. I feel so much better and will book with her next time. I also liked that she didn’t talk unless I asked questions. The place was comfortable and relaxing and the staff were pleasant and nice. Highly recommend and I’ll be back. Oh, and the prices and reviews were the best I saw while researching the Sedona area.

Great spa! My husband I booked a couples massage and we both were shocked at how much we enjoyed it! Jeffrey and Mark worked on us for 90 minutes and it was amazing! They knew exactly what we needed and I felt as if we had customized massages for our particular needs. The spa itself is pretty amazing! It looks and smells great and all of the staff is very friendly. We will be going back to Sedona JUST to go back to Namti!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I decided to do a couples massage after a long week of hiking. They were really booked out and only had a male and female, which we both felt a little uncomfortable with. The receptionist took a few hours to try and work around their schedules to find something that accommodated our timeframe and preferences. They were able to book us with two females at a time just an hour before our original booking and gave us both perfect massages. The right amount of questions, guidance, focus areas, pressure, and timing on each section. The service was easy, supportive, understanding and accommodating and the massages were everything we were looking for. Highly recommend!

I should have known when it took multiple days and contacts to schedule my appointments that I would have issues - I came from out of state for my baby moon and planned to have a whole spa day and chose Namti since it had positive google reviews and accepted Spa Finder gift cards. Despite confirming my appointments 2 weeks in advance, I showed up the day of to find out half my treatments were cancelled because the nail tech wasn't in that day. I received no calls, voicemails or emails notifying me of this cancellation in advance. And when I went in for my massage, apparently there was a change in masseuse as well, because I had requested a female but was apparently booked with a male. He was professional and the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 - just not at all the idea of a relaxing spa day I was looking forward to. Very disappointing experience all around.

What a great experience! Trixie gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage, talked to me to tailor my massage to be exactly what I needed, and I honestly feel like I made a new friend while I was there. Everyone working there was so sweet from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. There is such a cheerful and relaxed feel there. I was just visiting in Sedona, and was able to get an appointment the same day, with lots of options for time slots. Definitely go to this spa, and definitely book Trixie if you can!

This last session I had Brandon I think it was the best massage I've had in a long time or ever! This is a five-star review specifically for Cyrus, who did my massage when I visited back in June - so this is a bit overdue, but I have not forgotten the excellent experience I received. Cyrus is a great massage therapist because he is extremely knowledgeable about the relationships between muscle groups and how certain "tight spots" affect other areas of the body. I quickly recognized his knowledge and skill level because he worked on each side of my body in different ways according to various tensions he found in my muscles. He did not follow a perfectly symmetrical order; instead, he paid close attention to what was going on with my muscles and adjusted his approach accordingly. This is how Cyrus provided the most personalized massage experience I have ever had. I think I will always compare any future massages to his, which will be tough because he set the bar very high!

Came here for a couple massage and was not disappointed!! I set up an appointment when they first opened for later in the day and when we got there we did not have to wait long at all. The only thing I wish is that because this was our first massage we didn't know what we wanted and felt that the therapists could have directed us a little more to figure what we were looking for. It far exceeded my expectations. The massage was a bit gentle for my liking, but that was prob due to me not speaking up telling them they could have been a bit tougher on me.
