I wouldn't say I had the best experience. I got the spray tan which was a freaking nightmare, I came out blotchy all over and it was horrifying. I quickly tried to wipe it all off but had to scrub with lemon juice and baking soda once I got home. They offered a complimentary redo but no freaking way would I ever do that again, I'd much rather a refund considering something was obviously wrong with the color or machine. I also got my eyelashes done, the girl was super nice but by the time I got home, half of the lashes fell off. I had to scramble and pay someone else alot of money to have them redone so that was upsetting. I had my nails done and the girl was very nice but it's only been 4 days and the polish is already coming off. The best experience I had was with Jessica who did a wash and style on my hair. She did a fantastic job. Update: 6/2/16 I must say even though I had some bad experiences with the company I am super impressed with the management and the team. I recieved several calls and they really wanted to know exactly what happened and what they could do to improve it. Every single person in the salon was super nice and I explained it may have just been the product and as far as the tanning the lack of knowledge which was supposed to be better explained. There are a few things they will implement to hopefully keep this from happening again. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done and my hair with Jessica. I'm giving them 5 stars from my original 3 due to the promptness and unexpected concern from management. It's clear they really care and means alot considering what I had spent.

I've been coming to Luxe for well over a year now (every 6-8 weeks) and it has always been a fantastic experience. Salon is clean, everyone is friendly, easy to get appointments(even for after work), and I've never had an issue changing one if I needed. My stylist (Joanna) is always amazing. I am not bothered at all by the fact that someone else washes my hair, or that she might do a quick cut for someone else while my color is setting. It's totally reasonable for a salon to have hair-washers, and when I'm there for 2 hours I certainly don't expect her to sit there and stare at me the entire time. I really couldn't be happier there.

Showed up 7 minutes late. 5:15 appointment- arrived at 5:22- was turned away. This is a hair salon, you work on making customers happy. They also accept walk-ins, but couldn't fit me in. Will never return.

Terrible experience. First time visiting the salon and will not be back. Please save yourself and go any where else but here. Brought a picture in of the style I was looking for, 3 hours later my hair looks exactly the same but with butchered bangs and uneven layers. I was then charged a fortune for services not received and the manager refused to remove the extra charges from the bill and said the police would be called if I did not pay for the charges that I supposedly owed. Do yourself a favor and take a weedwacker to your hair in the dark and flush your money down the toilet, it will be less of a hassle.

I just love Brooklyn! Been going to her for about 4 years. My hair was not in a good way and then I found her. ♥️ Update: my daughter-in-law saw Brooklyn yesterday and loved her haircut, she is pretty picky and feel in love with her hair and today she brought her mom to get a haircut and she's loves hers too. Her mom said she has never come away from a Salon feeling so good about her hair. Go Brooklyn!!!

Wow, what a terrible experience! I called 2 hours before my spot to see if I could push my appt back 30 minutes and was told no. So I got there on time only to have to wait 20 minutes for my stylist to start late. I was very specific about the color I wanted, even telling the stylist to be careful not to use any "orangey" tone! Color was applied and I was seated in processing area and was told I needed to process for 25 minutes. After sitting there for 50 minutes with no one checking on me, I had to flag down an employee to let her know my scalp was on fire and I had been there twice as long as I should have been. My stylist was now cutting someone elses hair so another girl had to come and wash the color out. She assured me the color would still be fine, and I had to tell her I was more concerned about the condition of my burning itching scalp! Eventually my stylist came and got me, with no apology or mention of my discomfort at this time. She pulled the towel off and started combing my hair...and my mouth dropped open...even soaking wet, my roots were glowing ORANGE! I said, ummm, my hair is orange! She seemed surprised and agreed with me, stating she was also surprised?!? She assured me it would be fine and we just needed to tone it. So more color was applied and she again assured me it would be fine and the toner would only need 5-7 minutes to process. She kept checking it, but it was so bright orange it took 20 minutes to tone down. I ended up with medium reddish brown hair and a very irritated scalp. I had asked for a DARK burgundy/mahogany brown...not at all what I got. I let my stylist and the girl at checkout know was unhappy with the treatment I received and the final color. I was told I could come back the following day to have color corrected with another stylist. I was unable to keep that appointment because my scalp was too irritated to put more chemicals on it the next day. I was charged about $100 for cut and color with no credit for the botched service I received. The front desk girl explained there was no one on site with the authority to make amends. But she assured me she would write up a customer complaint form and have someone contact me to make things right. It's been 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. My hair has now washed out to an ugly orangey-brown shade in just three weeks, so i am going to have to get it colored again this week or go another couple weeks with ugly hair :-(. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this crappy salon. They do shoddy work, have zero customer service and don't stand by their work! What a disappointing experience!

Luke is an amazing stylist. He made me feel comfortable and did offer a smoothing service called Keratin Complex and it made my hair less frizzy and so soft. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great stylist and the salon is beautiful

Miranda Burwell is my stylist and she is amazing! She really listens to what I tell her about how I like my hair and how I style and cuts appropriately for my lifestyle. She did high/lowlights for me a few months ago and I just love them! Paula and Cynthia have also cut my hair when Miranda is unavailable and they were fabulous as well. Luxe is a very professionally run spa with great stylists and decor. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Paula fixed a very choppy cut from a stylists at a different salon. She has been doing my hair for years. She is amazing, she gets busy so book early, I will not be impatient again. I learned my lesson and I will wait for her. She also did my Brazilian Blowout, what a difference.

I absolutely love Luxe Salon & Spa!!! The only service I've used is with Jamie, one of their nail technicians, who is the best!!! Also, the checkin and checkout process is very easy and smooth and the gals at the front desk are super nice! They also have treats and beverages for you while you wait! I would definitely try another service there! Highly recommend Luxe Salon & Spa!!!

I had the worst experience with getting my makeup done from there. It was for my birthday too! I told the lady I didn't like my makeup dark especially on my eyeshadow. When I looked in the mirror my makeup was caked on, it was horrible. My eyeshadow was super dark and black, it looked like it was her first time putting it on someone. Thats not even the worst part my eyebrows and lips were so heavy and dark as well! I can't believe I paid $50 for this. I will never go back again. When she told me what did I think I was like the eyeshadow is so dark can u lighten it, so she tried and it was just as bad!

Was going to book for Saturday before Mother's Day for my wife but this response is laughably unprofessional. Congrats on going above and beyond by "letting them know" and "allowing them to reschedule". You made a mistake and your response is the bare minimum with pithy passive language putting it back on the customer. That's garbage management. Good luck out there.

Ever get a haircut from a complete stranger and leave totally satisfied? ...go to Jenna. I asked for a bob with bangs, which might be the most boring haircut in history, and I knew it..but it had to be done. Dead ends, greys gone wirey...it needed help. She helped. I gave feedback and she responded. I learned why my hair does that flippy thing I hate, and now I don't hate it. I was given options, even mid-cut. I changed something at the end. I didn't like a minor detail, and she told me why it needed to stay put, and how long it would be like that. She was no pressure. I left with bangs...I haven't had bangs since I was 12. I look GOOD. We chopped what needed to be chopped and no more. That woman is excellent. Those other reviews?...they're right. Go to luxe. Money very well spent.

I wanted to write an updated review from a previous one star experience. Recently i gave a negative review abut this salon from a bad experience i had with a hair artist they later fired because of poor performance. I was contacted by Luxe and offered an additional refund after receiving a partial refund months ago after the initial service. I also happily scheduled a second cut with Danielle who fixed my hair the first time after it was ruined by an artist named Kristin (again who no longer works at this establishment!) I was extremely happy with my cut from Danielle she was sympathetic and I regret not noting how wonderful my cut was in my initial review. After how much they have done to make things right with me after a TERRIBLE first impression i can honestly say I am a customer for life. Danielle is the only one i trust to do anything to my hair from now on because I am still a little traumatized but I know I am in good hands with her and her families salon! I will recommend Danielle to my friends in the future. Thanks Luxe for making this right!!

I visited Luxe Salon & Spa this past week and had a wonderful experience! I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and explained it to Jenna. Thankfully, she totally understood what I was going for (a trend color that fit with my busy mom lifestyle). She explained the process, helped me pick out a color and made sure I was comfy (with both the hair and in general; offering drinks and such). I did a little cut along with the color and she listened; keeping my length but getting rid of split ends and helping my hair feel healthy and not so heavy (I have a lot of thick hair). She styled it in beautiful curls and I mentioned never being able to make it look as good. She gave me tips on easy ways to style my new do and when I tried them a couple days later I was really happy with the result. I will most definitely be returning to Luxe Salon and Spa and Jenna!

I've been going to Luxe since they first opened 6 years ago, and continue to go back because of their great customer service and excellent work. I've had color services, various styles of haircuts, formal hairstyles, brow waxing, and nail services over the years, and have been pleased with their work every time. Their stylists are experts at taking even the vaguest descriptions and giving you exactly the style you are looking for. They can also prescribe the best professional products to help you manage your hair at home. Love this salon!

I am writing this review because I feel that I was treated unfairly here. I made an appointment to get a color and cut and ended up not being able to make it to my appointment the day I scheduled for. I called back a day later and asked the girl on the phone if I could come in that day for a cut and a color (or something to fix my color) She proceeded to ask me "what I wanted" I told her I wasent sure what my hair needed and she continued to harass me to the point I just said let me reschedule. I resechulded and when I went in to the salon I said hi I'm here for my cut and as I was walking away the girl at the desk said under her voice "that's the girl that dident show up" I went back with the stylist and she ended up just doing a minimal cut that I payed $53 and when at the bowl was pulling on my hair really hard. she said she dident have time for a color when I told the girl at the desk that I wanted a color when I scheduled the appointment. The stylist proceeded to say that a toner or color would only darken my hair? All in all was not a good experience.

My experience with Luxe was fantastic!! To start, it's so clean & the receptionist was incredibly nice & accommodating!! I see "Cynthia" & she is fantastic!!! I had almost shoulder length hair & walked out with a "pixie-cut"!!! I requested it & I adore my new look!! I've received several compliments on my hair!!! Don't try any other salon/spa!! I highly recommend "Cynthia"!!! They are located inside "SanTan Mall"; however they're close to the parking lot!! Excellent access. You can't go wrong!!

I'm vacationing from North Dakota and decided to do a walk in appointment for a facial yesterday. From reception through leaving after having dermaplaning done my experience was wonderful. I'm terrible with names but the esthetician who did my dermaplaning was knowledgeable and friendly. If I lived here I most certainly would be a regular client. Their customer service is excellent from the minute you walk in the door and throughout the entire service provided. I had my hair highlighted and cut a few days ago. The person who colored my hair was great. The person who cut my hair did a horrible job. I have choppy horrible layers. I hate my hair :( really disappointed.

I have been going to Danielle Jones at Luxe Salon for almost 2 years now. She is a genius and I will never trust anyone else with my hair. At my first appointment I brought pictures of the red coloring that I thought I wanted. She sat and talked with me about the look was hoping for then showed me samples of what the different colors would look like on my hair. In the end, we settled on what turned out to be the perfect red as well as the perfect cut. I get at least 1 complement on my hair every single day and it is all because of Danielle. I also take my 4 year old daughter to Luxe. They do a great job with her as well.

Overpriced, they nickle-and-dime customers for too much. And if a gel nail falls off & needs to be replaced, be prepared to pay for it. Even within a two-week refills period. Which I am religious about. Never going back.

Went in to get a mani and pedi and since I had not been to this place yet...I didn't know who to ask for. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted with a pleasant smile and I told them I was there for my appt. The nail technician I had was absolutely amazing! Cambria took the time to make sure my nails and toes looked perfect. She gives an amazing massage when you get a pedicure too. She is kind, patient, smart and has an amazing gift of nail art. She makes your nails look as though they belong in a nail magazine she's so good. If you like your nails to be perfect and maybe want to add a little art to them for fun, Cambria is your girl! Have fun! :-)

This was my first experience at Luxe Salon and wasn’t impressed to say the least. For a $53 dollar “Spa pedicure “ which is supposed to be a longer foot massage cause I asked what the difference was between the two. I noticed my heels still had cracked callus on them when i got home. I convinced myself that for $53 dollars when I usually pay $35 for a much longer massage and leave with no callus on my heels was a better deal. You get what you pay for right?! Boy was I wrong! The weeks almost over and my heels look half way better than they did before I had them done. Very disappointed and will not go back. You won’t find my name in your system cause only idiots use their real names on here. Update: After emailing and submitting a receipt to prove I was a paying customer the manager was able to find me in her system and give me a call. After we talked she called me back and told me the owners said I could come in for a complimentary spa pedicure. I went in today and left satisfied

Extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago and was informed less than 2 hours prior to the appointment that my appointment was double booked (and just noticed now?) and the stylist Danielle could no longer see me unless I was able to come in a full hour earlier. I let them know that would be fine and I would leave work early to accommodate their scheduling mishap. No problem. I arrived 14 minutes past the newly scheduled appointment time due to traffic and was turned away because their policy is that I must be there within 15 minutes of appointment time. Pointed out I was technically still within the 15 minute time frame and still declined my appointment. Very disappointed in the customer service or lack there of :( will not be returning to Luxe because of poor scheduling and customer service.

The staff, especially Danielle likes to not only talk trash about the other staff working there, she’s also talks trash about the clients. She is an embarrassment to the cosmetology profession. She is loud and rude. Luke is also rude to clients and acts as if everyone that sits in his chair is beneath him. So if you want to be talked about after you leave, this is the place for you. If you want professionalism go somewhere else.
