Very nice spa with great services but amenities should be much cleaner for the price. There were lots of used towels in locker room by jacuzzi and in steam room. Also the outdoor pool area can get very busy in prime season and is limited in size.

Simply ah-mazing. My husband got a custom men's facial and has never been so hydrated. I got a green tea ginger experience thing and ... holy moly. I feel amazing. This was my 2nd visit here. His 1st. Our day: 8:30: arrive, 9am Joya Yoga Flow with the chill Danielle, 10am: ran into trainer Jen in the gym, did the Hamam rounds in the spa (steam, cold deluge, whirlpool, sauna, deluge), 11am: 80 min treatments, 12:45pm: Lunch & cocktails poolside. 2pm: sad departure.

If I could give a no star review I would. I am a local who frequents spas in the area and this is one that I will not be returning to...My husband and I did a staycation last weekend and ended it with a trip to the spa. Sounded like a perfect end to a getaway. We were both escorted with a smile and then everything changed once I entered the women's locker room. I was told to stand in this dark waiting area for an attendant...I waited close to 5 mins before anyone came by and I had to ask what to do. The woman pointed to a locker had me sign my name, handed me a robe and spa shoes and walked away. What to do then I did not know. Where do I go for my treatment...What is in the locker room...Where are the bathrooms...Where are the showers. All questions being a first time visitor that I did not have the answer to. So I got into my robe and waited around again to see if she would come back by. Keep in mind my husband and I arrived early to enjoy some of the facilities that the spa offered. I then ventured off to find someone (the same lady) who stood in one spot and pointed to where everything was. At this point I gave up on the assistance and went on my own. My message room was bright and the massage was less than desired. The locker room and room where the steam room are were a mess...towels were low and they were out of cold clothes and it was the middle of the day. The greeter told us that it was not a busy day compared to Fri and Sat. So why was it such a mess and why was the service so lacking. All in all I will not be back there. To top it off we went out to the outside pool where I once again waited around to get a glass of water and a menus. There I was again flagging someone down where I was completely ignored. Finally after walking directly up to someone did I get service. I will say the food was satisfying and they accommodated my food allergies...Which I appreciated. There are several other hotel spas in the area that every time far surpass my expectations. This one I was looking forward to and was more than disappointed. I will be calling the manager!

I'm obsessed with this Spa. From the amenities provided to the services rendered, this is a 5 star spa! My therapist Christina, was beyond amazing and extremely knowledgeable. My gf also REALLY enjoyed her massage. Can't wait to come back, I'll for sure be requesting Christina for my next massage.

Great spa. Wished they had some complementary snacks though. They have an elevator to get up and downstairs. They also have couples massage rooms as well. The women’s area has a sauna which looks new. Also there’s a steam room and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is not really deep. Outside it’s a coed swimming pool with a view of camelback mountain. There is a waiter that comes and checks on you and you can order drinks and etc. thru them. The massage was nice. I love the table because it bends. It hurts for my leg to stay straight and she raised my legs up and my head up when I was on my back so she can massage my arms and legs as well. Glad the spa included the valet parking as well.

This is normally my favorite spa but this visit they felt understaffed with many people having issues with the lockers and my robe looked like it had better worn a few too many times. My service was good but it took forever to check out. I was there in the middle of the week. There were many people complaining in line before me and they were having system issues. The front staff was moderately friendly but not what you want on a relaxing spa afternoon and certainly not the customer service I would expect for an Omni resort. The valet was amazing however. I'll go back but hope for better or will be looking for a new spa.

Kind of basic massage considering the steep price you pay. I guess you pay for the experience of being in the spa atmosphere. But if you have to work earlier in the day, then you rush to your appointment, you don't have time to enjoy it.

They certainly let too many people into the spa because it was so crowded! Nowhere to sit, talking so loud everywhere, I could even hear it in my massage. The spa is gorgeous but they ran out of towels and women were waiting in line to use the showers.

I received a birthday gift card for a massage with Tracy Wright at the Joya Spa, part of the Montelucia Spa & Resort. What a fantastic treat!! The spa is absolutely gorgeous! A tranquil setting with soft lighting, perfect temperatures and a delightful scent throughout (sounds a little weird, I know, but it smelled so nice). I arrived early enough to take advantage of the nap room before my massage, which was a nice quiet place to "let go" of the outside world and just relax. I meandered to the waiting area (another beautiful room) where Tracy found me. My massage was absolutely wonderful - so relaxing and therapeutic. Really, Tracy Wright is the best massage therapist I have ever had! I did not want the hour to be over - I highly recommend her. After my massage I relaxed by the rooftop pool that is strictly for spa guests. The views are breathtaking and the pool was a comfortable 84 degrees. When I'd had enough snoozing outside I ventured back into the spa to enjoy the steam room, the jacuzzi and the sauna. All were great! What a fabulous afternoon - a happy birthday, indeed!

Today must not have been a good day. My daughter and friends had a spa day. Reported no towels, dirty, no brushes or combs and other issues. Non attentive staff. They enjoyed their service but otherwise..disappointing

Extremely accommodating resort and spa. Well maintained facilities include dry and steam saunas, hot tub, cold deluge, showers, personal lockers, locker room attendant, and all expected a la carte spa services (massage, facial, etc.) Also includes access to their pool area with gorgeous views of paradise valley mountain and amazing fresh food menu. Hint: get the Groupon to save big.

Your spa is beautiful and relaxing, for that reason I frequently visit. Today I had a prenatal massage, my therapist was Melanie. I must say this therapist was amazing. The massage was great but aside from that Melanie was professional, courteous, and kind. She made me feel welcome and extremely comfortable. Thank you Melanie for such an awesome experience.

Surprised my wife with a couples massage here, to say she loved it is an understatement. I was a little skeptical about it before hand since it was my first massage, however after I couldn't wait to return for my second. The staff was amazing and the backdrop of Camel Back Mountain by the private pool is breathtaking. This place is Heaven on Earth! 5 Stars

Living in the valley, I try to take advantage of all the summer pricing at the upscale resorts that are at my disposal. So far, this is my favorite spa, I loved the staff, the incredibly large size of the entire spa, but most of all I really enjoyed the views at the adult only spa pool. Even the food was gorgeous. Pamper yourself and stay for several hours to enjoy all the amenities the spa has to offer.
