I love this spa! I went to the Chandler location in the summer and became a member shortly after. It is one of a kind. As soon as you walk in, you hear soothing Hawaiian music. Their waiting area overlooks a lake, which is very relaxing. I have tried several types of massages, all great - love the Lomi Lomi! I really like the individual saunas; you can play the radio and choose light settings and colors for a personal experience. The two showers are AMAZING! Both have several types of shower heads that you can use together or alone, and they provide you with wonderful scented products to use. The membership prices are reasonable, and they have several sales throughout the year for extra savings. I highly recommend this spa for a relaxing and fun experience.

I really enjoyed my massage from Nathan. I'm unfortunately a difficult person to massage because of my overly stressed and tense muscles on my back and neck that's work related, but he was able to use different techniques that actually worked! What I also enjoyed by him was that he didn't leaving me feeling drenched in oil like I have felt from other therapists in other massage businesses. For the facility, I would just recommend to have the option to play traditional spa music in the massage rooms since that atmosphere in those rooms is suppose to be relaxing and for clients like myself, we have to do deep breathing for the pressure on tense muscles. The building theme is Hawaiian and I feel the music is great for the shower/steam rooms, waiting area, treatment area, etc but it would just be nice if they have more of the relaxing music available for the massage rooms. Lastly, I had several certificates unused and I thought by bringing a few friends to use them on to show them the place would have been ideal and great for the business. They and myself thought the unused certificates would have covered the service and they would only be responsible for the gratuity. But they applied a fee on top of the certificate so technically even though I paid my monthly dues for them, and the Additional fee they had to pay on it, just didn't sit well with us. Usually a larger selling point is to have certificates cover the services since they're already paid for. Anyways, if you have tension headaches or feel the need for a deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Nathan.

I am a bit particular about spas and massages, and I am willing to pay for good service. This location was clean, the front staff was professional and friendly. I had a groupon deal for the lomi lomi massage, so the price was reasonable, and the massage was fantastic! I got a massage from Zachary, whom I highly recommend! I had never had a male massager before, and was a bit apprehensive, but he was very professional, knowledgable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire massage. I would definitely go back to him and I recommend Zachary! Hope you enjoy the Hawaiian experience as much as I did!

We were SO excited to go get a couples massage here for our anniversary. We get one weekend a year when the kids are with grandparents and we get to celebrate. We got a call 40 min before our appt saying that one of the therapists had an emergency and they had to cancel our appts. I understand that things happen, but if you are canceling a couples massage on a wedding anniversary, while the clients are on their way to your establishment- at least offer them some kind of courtesy to reschedule for another time. Poor way to do business. Bummed out!

I was in the area for a convention I attend annually. I had flown in from New York via Atlanta and had more flights still in front of me. My back was in knots and my neck hurt to move. I searched out the best therapeutic (lots of pressure) massage in the area, and found Hawaiian Experience. I got an appointment the same day. The location in clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and offers great spa amenities. My therapist was Erin, and she was strong, attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive to my requests. She put everything she had into a really tough massage. By the end she had worked out all my knots and kinks. My transcontinental flight was painless thanks to her. I think I will make this visit an annual tradition.

I have been a member of this spa for over a couple years now and plan to continue my membership (you really do save $). The spa is always clean, the staff are very professional and friendly and I also enjoy the products (specifically the Eminence skin care line). This is my aloha away from Hawaii. Zachary is a great therapist and took the time to read up on my medical condition. With the feedback I get from Zachary and a chiropractor I am able to not only manage pain, but also improve my core strength, balance and flexibility. I feel this spa has pretty high standards for service. The relaxation and bliss along with the improved quality of life, it's worth every penny.

I'm a fan! Inside an unassuming corner mall in Chandler is a South Seas paradise of peace and tranquility. I went for the far infrared sauna and can't wait to go back for the traditional lomi lomi massage. There's even a view of the water from the lounge. I think this as close as you can get to Hawaii in Arizona!

One of the best massage I've ever gotten! I came here with my boyfriend to celebrate our birthday weekend and left like a brand new person! My masseuse, Nicole, did a phenomenal job and the girl my boyfriend got was just as amazing (forgot her name, sorry!) Nathan is the most amazing therapist. He takes time to understand my pain points and customizes the massage to ensure I find relief. He is so kind and you can tell he loves what he does. Now let's talk about the facials. Talk about pampering. These ladies know your face. They don't do a cookie cutter facial. They listen to your concerns and talk to you about what needs to be done so your red carpet ready. (I rather have celebrity money but beggars can't be choosers) you get the experience and for however long your session is just lay down and relax. Finally the most important thing Is everyone you encounter outside of your therapist is kind and accommodating. I like encountering who love what they do with a smile. Mahalo for all you do and I'm glad in was introduced to this place thru Groupon.

Beautiful facility with nice waiting room and locker room/changing room's! Very professional and polite staff. My massage was superb and they have an amazing shower room for after the massage. My wife is pregnant and got a prenatal massage. She wished they had the special table so she could have layed on her stomach, but otherwise it was a good massage. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to others!

I've been to the Chandler spa twice now, once with my boyfriend for a couples Lomi Lomi, which was so fantastic I was moved to become a member. It's completely worth the price!! I've been back to see Heather again for another Lomi Lomi and I cannot speak highly enough about her skills as a therapist. I spend all day in front of a computer and my neck and shoulders suffer for it. Just a couple of treatments so far with a bit of regularity has made a little bit of difference. Hopefully I can continue to schedule time with her!! Great place to pamper yourself, I highly recommend it!!

I had gone to this spa for over 8 years. I used to love it and always recommended it to people, let people know about their promos and specials, and purchased gift certificates for my family & friend's for special occasions. Sadly, I will no longer do that. My last massage was the worst I've ever had anywhere! The therapist sweated on me, my skin was chafed after, and I was practically beat up. But it was the lack of customer service thereafter that will make me never go to Hawaiian again.

Wow! This place is incredible! My husband and I wanted a couples massage for our anniversary. This spa exceeded our expectations in every way! The atmosphere is soothing and relaxing! The front desk staff are friendly and super helpful! They make you feel welcome from the moment you step inside. They immediately get you into comfy robes and slippers. The relaxation lounge overlooks a beautiful lake and there is a tiki bar with yummy snacks and fruit. We received the Hawaiian Experience Royal couples massage! And let me tell you, it was fantastic! Started with a delightful sugar scrub, then we showered in there fancy shower room. After that we received a hot stone massage that flowed smoothly into Lomi Lomi. It was heavenly! I had never had Lomi Lomi before. Now I am hooked! It is so relaxing and my muscles felt like butter by the end! Our therapist were simply superb! We had Jordan and Cynthia! Both were professional and extremely skilled! We finished our treatments off with 20 minutes in the steam room with aromatherapy and another fancy shower. When we went back into the lounge to relax, there was delicious sorbet served in a pineapple and an orange! It was so yummy and was the perfect way to end our services! Visit this spa! You will not be disappointed!

I love this place. Excellent customer service: kindness, compassion, and helpfulness. They only use Clearlight saunas (the top brand of sauna anyone can get). Their waterfall shower is immaculate with FREE shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. ALL MADE FROM ORGANIC INGREDIENTS. They give you a piece of dark chocolate in your locker! Have I mentioned you feel pampered here? It was so great I ended up buying my own sauna to enjoy the benefits from home. If you are wondering what the "experience" is like, please go see for yourself. They're WONDERFUL.

I was lucky to use my Day at the Spa package recently. It was an amazing day. Lomi Lomi Massage = head to toe happiness, all in one never-ending motion! The facial was a relaxing and educational treat, provided by the lovely lady, Angel. My massage and body therapist, Kaitlyn, did an outstanding job with all of my treatments. The staff was friendly and thoughtful and well trained. The spa itself is clean, well decorated, and comfortable. A lovely view of the small lake from the lounge is a nice touch, too. A little bit of Hawaiian heaven, right here in the Valley.

A great mix of upscale Spa without being over priced. The facilities are clean and inviting, and they have a relaxing sitting room for you to wait before or between treatments. I highly recommend a face to face or a call for your first appointment, as they have a lot of options to chose from, and their friendly staff can help you setup just the right treatments for your particular needs. Try their steam shower or Sauna for a small fee with any service, it's worth it!

I've been going to this spa for years for therapeutic massages and don't think I can recommend it enough. Everyone is friendly and really makes you feel at home. There's relaxing Hawaiian music to go with their theme, places to relax before and after your treatment, and showers fit for royalty. Every massage therapist I've had is very knowledgeable about their craft and very willing to help. Nathan, who I had this last time, did am amazing job at making me feel relaxed, at ease, and able to move again! 5 stars!!

Had been there twice before. First time was not great as the person giving the massage got sick and couldn't finish. Next time was great. Husband and I went in yesterday and made appointments for my birthday. We were not told a deposit would be necessary. Got a call today stating that they needed a deposit. No problem, not happy, but I get it. Come to find out, they already charged my card......illegal. Called back to cancel. I better see my refund just as quick as they charged the card.

I've been coming to Hawaiian Experience for a few years now, and every time is always incredible. Generally I'll go with the signature massage, the Lomi Lomi - the first time I tried this, it was something completely different from anything I'd ever experienced. It's the most relaxing massage I've ever had - I was a Massage Envy customer prior, and it's like two different worlds. The spa is very nice - clean and relaxing atmosphere, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. It's a family-owned business, and it really shows - you get a real personal experience. Every therapist I've seen there has been great. The first therapist I saw was Nikki, and I've seen her many times since. I've experienced a double lomi-lomi several times over the years - most recently with Nikki and Samantha - and they did an absolutely amazing job. Generally, I'll go with a pure relaxation massage, and it makes all the stress in the world go away. But sometimes, when I've got sore muscles, a deeper massage works wonders, and Nikki and Sam took great care of me this past visit. I highly recommend this place - whether you're looking for stress relief, therapeutic treatments, or just plain relaxation, you'll love it.

I had a great massage therapist & aesthetician. However-The locker situation was awkward, a man got stuck in the locker room i was assigned to. So I just changed in the bathroom. I also felt a bit uncomfortable in the waiting area because there was a couple in there that maybe expected it to be a private waiting room? I wanted to enjoy it because Of the Beautiful water view. Brooke was nice at the desk up front- but the other women seemed not very happy unfortunately. & It made the whole vibe of the spa weird. I want to try this place again only because the massage and facial were great. I hope they get the locker room doors fixed.

My boyfriend purchased the "Welcome Package" for me for Christmas, and it was one of the best gifts ever. After my first visit, I was completely hooked and signed up immediately for the membership package. The spa is beautiful and clean, everyone that works there is so friendly and attentive, and the massages are top notch! After a 20 minute infrared sauna session and a therapeutic massage, I feel like a new person. Plus, they carry Eminence Organics skin and body care products which are my favorite, and they are not that easy to find! I encourage anyone and everyone to check out Hawaiian Experience Spa...you will be so happy you did!

True Myth

I was so, so disappointed in my last visit. I had been two times previously, by myself, had the Lomi Lomi massage, and it was just great. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for this last time. I brought my husband, we got a couple's package, and they forgot to do a variety of the stuff listed in the package. And then when I addressed the issues at the front desk they verified that it was their mistake, but then blamed it on the massage therapists, and supposedly "couldn't find the discounted holiday pricing" that I had originally booked. How do you not know what your own pricing was for a special you ran less than a month ago??? Fortunately I contacted my bank and they worked everything out. But sadly, given the response of the front desk people after all this happened and their complete unwillingness to figure everything out, neither myself or my husband will be returning.
