Found out about Ethereal through my coworker and I'm so glad that I did. Elizabeth, Maria and Kia are truly the best. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in door and received the best manicure and pedicure I've had since being in Arizona. They took there time, explained what they were doing and why and taught me how to ensure my manicure lasted between visits. They are truly talented and you won't be disappointed!

If you like going to places where the employees talk to each other in another language, look at you, then laugh or perhaps where you can't tell if the equipment they are using is sterile? Then this place is not for you. Ethereal is a gem of a find for me and, because I'm only visiting, I am reluctant to leave because it is unlike any place that is near my home town. The ladies that work there are sisters, but also seem like best friends. They do not hesitate to make you feel welcome and a part of their family. I look for a relaxing environment and Ethereal nails is perfect. With their medical backgrounds they cover hygienic practices that you wouldn't normally think of, making the experience even more relaxing. I had their Ethereal mani/pedi and it was truly glorious. I left looking a thousand times better than when I entered and felt like I made new, fun friends. Go, go quickly and pamper yourself at this business.

This was my first visit to Ethereal Nails for a Dead Sea mani-pedi. Even before I arrived I was impressed by how easy it was to schedule an appt online and also how prompt and accommodating they were when I needed to reschedule. This intimate boutique spa has a great atmosphere, warm friendly greeting, lively colorful art on the walls. Maria greeted me with a smile and took her time with my mani pedi... Nothing rushed about app'ts here! She took detailed care that my nails were clean and pretty and the massage she gives on yur hands and feet is fantastic! Great strong hands. This is a sister co-owned salon and both women are personable, upbeat, honest and fun! They have a passion for taking care of people. I def recommend Ethereal Bails for any nail service!!

Genuinely amazing experience all around! I got an express facial and a pedicure with Elizabeth and was so impressed by how knowledgeable and professional she was all the while being genuinely friendly and showing care and concern about my well-being. She provided feedback on my skin and offered suggestions but didn't push product (although I would definitely consider the product she recommended). And, being an introvert, I appreciated her willingness to let me sit quietly but also engaging in conversation during my pedicure. Everyone at the salon was so friendly, the salon was modern looking and clean, and I loved how they use essential oils in their services. I would definitely drive 30 minutes to come here again!

This was my first time here and the customer service was great, but unfortunately the artist didn't schedule enough time for her to complete my nails the way that I asked, so I had to leave with unfinished nails. The job is ok, a little rushed but none of what I asked for nor wanted. And I was still charged full price. My experience would have been better if my nails were fully completed.

I have been a customer for a long time and fell in Love the minute I met Maria and Liz. However, I am writing a review tonight because they never seize to amaze me. I was looking down at my nails and how amazing they looked and then thought about when I had them done and realized it had been over two weeks. I don’t have one chip and no signs that they will chip anytime soon. They still look shiny and bright and better yet - they are growing which means they are healthy. This is so because they use high quality products and treat your nails like a stylist treats your hair and an esthetician treats your skin. There is a reason most women get here nails done every two weeks and it’s because they usually HAVE to. That is not the case here. All I got was a regular gel manicure and I am a busy women who has an 8 month old and plays sand volleyball so I am constantly washing my hands and I’m rough on my nails. I can’t speak highly enough about these ladies. The fact that looking at my nails prompted me to write an impromptu review at 10:45 pm on a Saturday should tell you all you need to know! (Besides that I am incredibly lame...)

Ethereal nails is a salon that I genuinely enjoy going to. I went there to get my nails done for a wedding and I have not stopped going since. Maria and Liz not only do an amazing job on my nails, but are also a fun time to be around. I go once every two weeks and I honestly look forward to it. They are perfectionists in the best way, and I’m confident in knowing my nails will turn out just the way I want them to. I’m also very indecisive and as long as I give them a general idea of what I want, they pick out the color within seconds, and I’ve always been beyond satisfied. Everything about the experience is positive when it comes to Maria and Liz due to their expertise and charisma. I highly recommend this place and am so happy that I found them!

As I entered this quaint beautifully kept salon, a sign over the door "Enter as a Stranger, Leave as Friend" welcomed me and that is exactly how I left feeling! A lovely woman greeted me and gave me many options for my nails, which I might add needed much help! I was escorted to a sink and given a clean washcloth and nailbrush and told to scrub up...which I loved and which EVERY nail should do!!! I have been doing the SNS dip for over 2 years and I am now a convert to Hard Gel Overlays due to the weakness of my nails underneath! Elizabeth handed me a PLETHORA of color choices...yep-they even do Chrome! And boy did she do the most AMAZING job ever! She was so methodical and meticulous and even built up 2 of my nails that had been torn by the sns nail dip from a previous salon. She also introduced me to everyone in the salon as we all laughed and chatted away to one another. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! I love it so much that I'll be flying in just for the day to get my nails done...and I'm from San Francisco! Salons everyone should be taking a cue from Ethereal!!! Nicely done Ladies

I made an appointment about two weeks ago for a little pre-vacation pampering and wasn't sure what to expect. What I found was a hidden gem in Scottsdale where the service was great and the sisters who own the salon are friendly, welcoming, and talented at their craft. It was like walking into the home of a close friend, albeit one who does a killer facial and mani/pedi. You're guaranteed to laugh and feel welcome. Also, the prices are definitely competitive and reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I hadn't tried out any nail places over in this area, so I researched the top rated ones on Yelp and Ethereal came up. Five star reviews on Yelp so I definitely wanted to check it out. I made an appointment for a Dazzle Dry Manicure because I've had the normal gel before and it damaged my nails. The Dazzle Dry is a vegan polish treatment that is supposed to last longer than normal polish but strengthens your nails. Anyway, I went and got there early and they got me seated right away. Danielle was my nail technician and she was SO nice. The place is adorable, cute, and clean - it feels like you're at a friends house but very calming and relaxing. There's a no-phone policy so you get a chance to get to know who is doing your nails, which I found refreshing. Danielle explained the Dazzle Dry polish and everything she did as we went along. Chatting was fun and the other ladies at the place were super nice as well. When I was leaving she told me about their stamp card system and helped me set it up on my phone. Really awesome experience, will definitely be calling this my new nail place from now on!!

I called to make an appointment, we agreed on 3pm but on the phone they tried to take my card information which I didn’t give, I thought it was weird, so they said I could go online and put my information there which I didn’t do either. So they called me a few minutes after and said it was fine I could still go over at 3pm. I got there at 3 and they asked me to wait a little.. I don’t know why they were not busy, it’s a very small place after 20 minutes they hand me some form to fill out, I never filled out a form to get a simple pedicure, when I’m done, I asked how much is for the pedicure and she says 40 dollars. I was like what? I asked, for a regular pedicure? And she said, yes. I should’ve started by asking that since the phone call, but oh well I guess that was my fault. I’m sorry I know we are in old town Scottsdale and I usually pay even more than that for my nails, but not for my toes. Too overpriced and they don’t take in consideration appointments. Needless to say I got up and left. PS: I saw the toes of a lady that just had a pedicure, that’s what really made me run! I won’t pay 40 dollars for that! So disappointed.

I was waiting a while to post this review to see how my nails held up, and after 2 weeks I can honestly say this is the best manicure I've ever gotten. The dazzle dry mani is perfection. 5 minutes after the top coat was applied my nail polish was already dry! Usually my nail polish is chipped and cracked after a week but not with this manicure! My hands are constantly in and out of construction gloves and after a week of work and a week of vacation there's still not a single chip or crack! The ladies who run this place are so incredibly amazing and nice. They worked with me on a particularly challenging design and everything was perfection. Definitely choose this place for the healthiest, longest lasting, nail treatment you'l ever get. Thank you guys again! I'm booking my next appointment soon :)

I had a Groupon for Etherel Nails. I had a gel manicure and Dead Sea mud pedicure. The salon is a small shop in a conveniently located beauty mall. The salon is impeccably decorated and has a warm and inviting energy. It is run by two sisters who are some of the kindest people I have met in a long time. My manicure and pedicure were perfect. I have found my new nail salon!

Ok, so please excuse my ratchet nails, (I've been so busy I haven't had time to go in and get the gel taken off!) but I've never had a gel mani last so long or so nicely EVER. 27 days and no lifting or chipping, I'M SO IMPRESSED. I also was on a time crunch when I made my last minute appointment and they did my mani/pedi at the same time. LOVE this place and will be back soon.

Fantastic ! She was enjoyable to talk to and made my experience relaxing . The products used we're amazing . Highly recommend the dead sea scrub to anyone looking for real results . The work done on my nails was very impressive . She took her time and perfected each one . It's a smaller owned business that deserves credit . My new go-to in Scottsdale !

This salon is very hygienic with excellent customer service. I was a walk-in client and was able to been seen right away. While their pricing is slightly higher than other salons I was more than happy to pay for it simply because I could feel how the employees were actually happy to be there. That's not the case with many other nail salons... even when you tip well.

I called for a last minute pedi, and Elizabeth and Maria told me to come in and wait and see: they let me know that they were totally booked up. I waited in the lobby until they could see me ---- but it was so worth the wait. So professional, so personable and such an amazing experience - I now have beautiful nails for my event tomorrow!
