Worst atmophere ever! Surely deserves 0 stars. I feel so gross after going here. This is the kind of place that will make you feel like you need a shower after you leave. I am disgusted that I paid almost 100 dollars for the worst pedicure ever. I didn't even stay for the other services in my package because I was so uncomfortable. The man who worked on me was very unproffesional and unsanitary. Please ladies save your money. Please health department make a visit!

Horrible experience. I waited 20 mins in the back with my feet in coldwater. My girlfriend got in right away and felt violated. The massager unhooked her bra and massaged her butt he didnt want this and the guy was tickling her feet and being very creepy. It was her first massage and she said she told him stop and he didnt know english well or was acting like he didnt. I wish i wasnt waiting in the back to stop it. She had a very bad first experience and the guy should be ashamed.

They have good prices and offer a lot of choices. The man who helped me at the front desk was very friendly. I decided tot get the acupressure reflexology for an hour. I am a little uncomfortable having men massage me, but the man who did my massage did a good job and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He didn't speak a lot of English but often asked if I was OK with the amount of pressure so that was nice. I will definitely go back to try their other packages like the facials, manicures, and pedicures.

My body has been aching for the longest time! Decided to go in here to get a body massage. Really like this place. Atmosphere was really relaxing and you'll get comfortable really quick! The lady massaging me was just amazing! Within a couple minutes she put me to sleep. It was just amazing! When the time was up, she gentle woke me up and I honestly felt better! My body was more loose and I felt more lighter! By far the best services!

I took my Mom here to have a girls day, I booked the 3 hour package which was $99 per person if you paid cash. I decided to go here based off two things, location and the excellent on line reviews. Based off the pictures on line and what the place actually looks like only one of the pictures was of this actual location and the picture is edited or something because this place was dirty. They had us pay before the services which I found very very odd. We were asked to take off our clothes behind this little room divider like thing, we were given a sheet like thing to put around ourselves. The "rooms" are not private, it's just one big room divided with white curtains from floor to ceiling, the only light came from black lights. The massage was very awkward, I felt violated and really uncomfortable. My Mom was fortunate and had a lady therapist so her massage was better in that respect. When it came time for our pedicures the nail room was dirty and unorganized, I wish we would have just left at that point. When I got home I felt itchy and I still do, this place should be shut down. I looked over all the online reviews again when I got home and it appears all but two must be fake profiles. Do not go here! Worst experience ever:(

I didn't even end up making an appointment. We just moved to the area and I have been looking for a good foot reflexology place. I happened to notice this office right around the corner from our house. I have multiple sclerosis, so I have a lot of pain in my feet. Reflexology and acupuncture are things my neurologist have suggested. I have done reflexology numerous times and it always helps. I called to make the appointment and first of all the gentleman that answered the phone just said "hello" and then sat there. I finally said hello back and rudely he said "hold on a minute". I hung up the phone! He called me right back so I thought I would give him another chance. I was trying to explain to him that I wanted to get some foot reflexology services due to my multiple sclerosis and the pain in my feet. He told me I should go see a doctor not come see them! I started to explain to him this is something I have had for 10 years and I do have a doctor, the same one I have had, that she suggested I continue to do the services. He just kept telling me I needed to go see a doctor and not come see them to fix my problem or see if there was something that the dr. could do for me. I finally just hung up on him. I was extremely embarrassed and didn't feel the need to discuss my entire medical history with him. The only reason why it came up is he asked me if I had been having problems with my feet. I then went and read the other online reviews and I would not recommend anyone go here... I didn't even get past making an appointment.

The staff here was very professional asking if I was okay and they know how to work their hands. Put muscle in to their massage LOVING IT! The interior is quite nice as well. The light of the LED makes it easy on the eyes. And everything is private here. I felt very good and worth it!

Worst experience I have EVER had with pedicure, nails painted and massage! My finger nails and toe nails are a MESS! My massage was SO painful, he couldn't hear what I was saying, I finally get him to go back to my feet because that was the least painful. Left feeling irritated, my back and neck ached more than they usually do, and wanted to go somewhere else to get my nails re-painted. VERY disappointed as I am a teacher and wanted my last summer weekend to be relaxing with my mom but could cry at how huge the let down was. Tomorrow morning I will be getting my nails re-done before meet the teacher night.

Amazimg experiance except that they keep curtains open and custumers walk in and out all the time. Even though you are coverd at all time. It makes the massage a little uncomfortable. Other than that the prices for the 90 minutes deep tissue massage is great. They could use better oils that dont dry up quick. Overall great place recommended to everybody

Clearly I was confused as I entered, because it doesn't look like the pictures. I then asked the man, that came out to greet me, if they do pedicures here. He didn't understand me and I couldn't understand him. He thought I asked for barbeque? I then knew it was time to leave. I came because of the ratings. I made sure I was at the right place several times as I left. The outside picture is correct, the rest are not. This was on Monday, April the 23rd.

Did the all-over body reflexology for $40 and added the sugar back scrub for $10. They use hot stones and you also get to pick your oil and lotion. My body and muscles feel so much better after an hour here :)

Worst experience ever! Definitely a happy ending kind of massage place. I never write reviews but I am writing this in hopes of saving someone money and the feeling of being violated. I bought two foot massages off groupon and will not be back for the second one! I have bought many massages off groupon with good experiences but this was not one of them. The guy kept telling me I know how to make you feel good and all sorts of other weird things..asked me if I was a dancer??? If my fiance was Chinese??( I am not Chinese so there is no reason to assume that) all in all it deserves a 0 and not to mention the atmosphere .. black lights and weird feeling.. and to top it off.. when I left they handed me a brochure that reads "after hour massages must pay in advance" !!!!???? Seriously!!! Go anywhere else please!!!!!!

I usually go to Lo Anne's nails so my husband bought the groupon for two pedicures. The fine print is you have to go to the day spa owned by Lo Anne's. I figured we would give it a try. The reflexology was amazing but what we really came for was the pedicure. Compared to Lo Anne's the pedicure was a 2 out of 10. My friends nails never dried. Its been 6 hours and they are still wet and gross. Not sure what went wrong there. My nails are painted poorly. The entire pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes. If you are looking for good reflexology this is your place. If you want a fantastic pedicure go a mile south to Lo Anne's.

This was a waste of my good, hard earned money! First of all you pay in advance. (Something wrong there?) Then the man who did my pedicure had hands that were extremely shaky, he could barely file my toenails and there was more polish on my skin then there was on my toenails. The lady who did my daughter's pedicure had to finish my toes and clean up the mess the man made. He left then returned minutes later reeking of cigarette smoke. Then lucky me, I got the same shaky, cigarette smelling man to do my foot and shoulder relexology. I really believe he had no idea what he was doing or any training at all. He kept looking at the other reflexologist in the next booth to see what to do. Basically, he put lotion my feet and legs with no reflexology all! Rubbing my shoulders was an absolute joke. His hands were so shaky he could not put any pressure into the massage. Now after all that said, my daughter's pedicure was just ok, the girl cut one of her toenails too short and hurt her, the polish was lumpy. Her reflexology was in her words "really good! " So, I left this place very disappointed and with smudged toenails.
