This spa would be better if it was a contiguous unit. It was annoying that there were no signs for the spa (had to ask front desk where it was); Had to check in at the gift shop where we got access cards & locker key for fitness room down the hall (limited equipment, damaged yoga mats, No Showers! Awful, loud native chanting - why not soothing flute spa music?), had to ask for robe (wasn't offered, no slippers); separate area for massage (this was great! Ashly was skilled & I felt relaxed when done); then outside for pool and hot tub (which wasn't hot! and pole to turn on the jets was far from the hot tub, why?); food ordered was delicious but swarmed by bees when trying to eat by pool (we retreated to bar area to enjoy food). Unfortunately was just not a first class experience.

Came here for a massage. Bought a Groupon for my parents and my self. You do need to pay gratitude, it’s about $16 a person. Definitely different then other hotels I went too. They don’t have a locker room or robe or slippers. So bring your one shoes for the pool. You carry your stuff to the pool & in the room where you get your massage. You change in the massage room. We were late but glad they fit us in their schedule cause we tried calling in before but no one answered. My massage was great. Definitely hit the points that needed it. My parents wanted harder pressure but didn’t receive it. I thought mine was hard pressure or maybe I’m just fragile. We got to go to the pool. The big pool with water running was so cold. There’s a smaller one that isn’t that cold. There’s 2 jacuzzis. There’s a bar outside. They gave us drink tickets and $5 off food or beverage from the bar.

My wife and I enjoyed the couples massage we received. Our therapists were attentive and worked on areas we needed. We definitely will pass the word on for this hidden gem. Also we will be back
