I love going to Dr Rameriz. She is an amazing psychiatrist. I have been going their for about 5 years now. Her main focus is her patient's and their health. She also has amazing staff and her office is always clean and organized. Just an all around amazing place to go to and get the help and support you need. You won't regret your decision at all. Thank you for being my Dr and caring for me and my health.

Ruth Ramirez is a fine psychiatrist, she always asks how your doing and is interested in her patients, I've been her patient for 2 years now, I wouldn't trade her for the world. I highly recommend psychiatric solutions to anyone seeking on going mental treatment.

The wait time is horrible. They make you come back every month to bill medicaid. Instead of giving refills . Unorganized place I hope to find another doctor very soon. They give you an appointment time but you will be waiting hours . Stay away from this place medicaid needs to be aware of this place .

What a nightmare. Ugh. Doctor is okay: however, there is an issue with front desk receptionist. Drives me nuts! I don't think HIPAA is known here! Who the hell puts patients on speaker phone to talk about their mental health and medication!?!?!?!?!?! Who argues with patients (or their guardians)!?! Really need to find a new doctors office, who specializes in autism and mood disorder, who understands HIPAA and professionalism!!!!!

This place is a joke. I went to get back on medication previously prescribed and they didn't fax the forms necessary to my previous doctor. Then after calling them again to see what happened they finally faxed them but didn't ever follow up with my doctor and never called me back. Totally unprofessional and unorganized.

Hands down the worst doctor's office I've ever dealt with and if I could give them negative stars, I would. The front desk staff was unorganized and completely disengaged. The wait time was well over an hour despite me having an appointment and once I was finally called back, the appointment only lasted 10 minutes max. Now, I've been trying to call to re-schedule an appointment for the past 3 days and keep getting a generic answering machine. At this point I've dialed the office LITERALLY 20 times today alone and left two voicemails to no avail. Unbelievable. If I wasn't suffering from anxiety before, I am now. Ugh.

always super quick and easy... They could polish their customer service skills a bit but nothing crazy... They got me in same day where every where else needed 4-6 weeks to get an appointment...

If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and just another drug pusher. The mental healthcare in Las Vegas is horrible but this office has been the worst so far. The way patients are treated by "professionals" who are supposed to help just increases anxiety, depression etc.

If I could give no stars, I would. Completely unprofessional practice. I know I may hold medical professionals to a higher standard as I am in the medical field but it seems as though there are no standards here. Receptionists are kind, but they can only do so much working for an incompetent medical professional. Every other time we have our appointments here some error is caused by the prescribing doctor and rather than fix it and provide good care, we have to jump through hoops and go without medications that are dangerous to miss doses. A few times we have had to have our primary care call in a script for us because the prescribing doctor here does not fix their error at all. There have been a few times we have showed up for appoinents only to be told she is on vacation with no back up doctor. They can never figure out billing correctly and not only do they say we owe a large sum but they actually owe us money because we have over paid on several occasions. The prescribing doctor does not listen to her patients and has prescribed us the same medication twice that we continually explain there is an anaphylactic reaction to. The only good thing I have to say about this place is thst the front office is well meaning and does the best they can.

Ridiculous. I work in medical field. No need to try and understand their office politics, clearly there are none. Having walked into office, television was already blaring and dirty people were sleeping on the couches. They never returned mine or my attorney messages. Negative stars of possible.

I received 4 different psychotropic meds for a very simple anxiety issue. My last doctor prescribed a low dose of Clonazepam. WTH?! 10 min appointment and now this quack has decided that I need bipolar, schizophrenia, severe and acute anxiety medications?! Unbelievable!!!! I can't believe this place. The waiting room was terrifying, full of addicts. How is this even possible?!

The entire staff is fantastic. Dr. Ruth and Dr. Humphrey are wonderful. I don't understand all of these negative reviews because I am so hopeful already. Dr. Ruth took the time to explain everything to me medicine wise, how I'll feel at first etc. She knows what she's doing that's for sure!!!! Dr. Humphrey is such a wonderful man, full of energy and very concerned and absolutely I already trust him. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't listen to these stupid bad reviews. Boo, shame on all of you.

The location isn't ideal, but more importantly, I'm not sure why they make appointments. They are NEVER on time for the appointments, often 30-40 min late or more. Sitting here now and they are already 26 minutes late.

I don’t have the words to adequately describe how profoundly unprofessional this place is. Let’s start with the front office staff. Since Vivianna can’t read or use Outllook, they have you sign a piece of paper and let people in based on first come first served, regardless if you have an appointment. If you get an appointment card, toss it because they will let walk ins ahead of you. Ruth, she will sit there and talk about herself through the whole appointment, and she is a nurse practitioner, not a psychologist or psychiatrist. This is a retail store, you pay a ‘copay’ and you get a prescription. This place would be a joke if it wasn’t for the fact that people are actually seeking help. I had a 2:15 appointment and got in at 3:30. They have no respect for you or your time. It took everything I had not to spit in their faces last time I was there. Go somewhere else.

I'm looking for a new doctor so I don't have to come here anymore. If someone is going to poke around in my brain, I'd like them to have an MD or PhD. Ruth Ramirez is an advanced practice registered nurse. (APRN). Degrees aside, she didn't even read my folder from when I'd been there a few months ago, so I spent an undue amount of time repeating what I've already told her and should be in my file. The medicine she prescribed me is having some scary effects. I'm now on several psychotropics, but no one has called to check on how I'm doing. No blood work was done, even though I've since read one of my meds lists that blood should be monitored if a history of diabetes. Not to mention that one of my main complaints was weight gain over the past year. So what does she do? The new meds she put me on have a very high statistic of causing MORE weight gain! The available hours are terrible for working folks. I always have to take a leave from work for an appoinment here. The location is in a sketchy part of town. The wait is always too long: I was told to come early if I could for my 5pm appointment, so showed up at 4:45. Wasn't seen until almost 6. And the blaring TV in the dingy waiting room is enough to cause anxiety if you didn't have it already.

I'm always worried about medicating and over medicating but she is a pretty good Dr. Muy husband is bipolar and she is much more informed and up to date then the last Dr my husband saw.
