Nurse Michelle Giddings is the real deal! You feel like you are seeing a doctor! She is competent,smart and down to earth! She listens! You are not treated like a number! She has helped my kids and I through so many life changes! She is incredible!

I have been a patient of Michelle Giddings for many years, I love the new office and the staff is great! I recently needed really important paper work to get done and with the help of the office manager I had nothing to worry about! I love Peaceful Mind and the people in it. I finally feel like after years of struggling I've reached stability in my mental condition!

My daughter and I first and last visit. The one star is for the young lady Brionna who helped us. The visit was going well until we stepped foot in her office. This woman looks like us ( black ) so just knew this was going to be a great relationship. She spoke to my child and asked me who I was I said, “ I’m her mother”. She responds with well I didn’t know who you were mom, sister, man. (My mistake was keeping my cool for my child mental health and not addressing her butt then). My hair is cut very short (by choice). While trying to hold my composure as she asked questions I couldn’t anymore. We got up I said goodbye. With this haircut I know people are going to say things I’m okay with that. My daughter said I heard what she said about you mom. Why was she so rude and disrespectful to you and why didn’t you check her? I had to explain to my child that just because she hold that degree doesn’t mean she is a good person and I didn’t have to address her infront of you. I’ll get her where it hurts. Make the public aware of her actions and take our business elsewhere, I could say things about how she look but.... when they go low, I go high I’ve Addressed It

Moved here from another state, looking for a doctor for my daughter. Was happy to have an appointment but waited over a month for our appointment. The morning of our scheduled appointment we get a text that they canceled because we needed to contact our Insurance to authorize service in order to be seen.I cannot believe that they waited for the morning of service and to then just cancel on us. VERY unprofessional. My husband is in the insurance business and he said this is very lazy and sloppy work. The staff should have gone to insurance company the very first day I made the appointment NOT the morning of and then to just text and cancel. Even sorry I had to give one star.

Doesn't listen to patient's complaints about unbearable side effects. After requiring a 200.00 fee to fill out paperwork for my wife's employer, the paperwork was not filled out properly nor was it sent in. My wife's condition seems to have worsened with the increase of stress as a result from the lack of attentiveness of Michelle Giddings.

Really liked the Dr. So much so that I regarded her as a friend. Followed her to her new practice. I had trouble with my change of insurance. They were supposed to help me and follow up with the details. They got frustrated with the process and dropped me like a hot rock! I was pretty upset and tried to follow up a few times. The support staff she has is not very professional at all. The lead girl is not mature enough to be in that position and is very uncaring for a lead person in a mental health practice. New digs and new coat of paint but now just like every other mental health practice mill. Get them in, make them wait, process them quick and see you in 3 months. No more caring or personal touch. I went there for help and pretty much got ignored. VERY disappointed in you Dr.!! Your response was less than helpful. I understand that my coverage had changed. Your office was supposed to be working on that with me. Your so called office manager was supposed to help me and follow up with me. I went personally to your office like 3 times to follow up and a couple of phone calls. I was told that you were expecting my insurance to be accepted by your office in the near future. Again as I said no one ever got back to me. Don't try and spin this on just a lack of coverage thing or lay it off on me. I came to you in need and for help. It is poor customer service and I am VERY distressed that you are to busy to care. Been in this Mental Health care merry go round for many years. Thought you were different. Keep sending out those Peaceful Mind positive vibes,,,,,, Good Health and Peace to you,,,,

Great place to take ur kids they are very understanding and they listen. They care about ur kids and not prescribe high doses. They even have a play room for them.
