Horrible customer service. Ordered pictures over a month ago have called several times no one calls back after they say they will, can’t ever find my order they just keep lying that the pictures are on the way once I finally call again and tell them I will never use them again they just hang up on me like I’m the one who can’t give them answers on an order. I am the customer romaguera. Rude people!

WORST customer service, WORST website. The owner is a teacher at my son’s school, so they use this poor excusive of a business. The people working there aren’t knowledgeable, and aren’t organized. 2/19/2019. If you’re forced to use them for a yearbook or sports photo, take a xanax before proceeding. If you don’t have to, please use anyone but this business.

Romaguera did my senior pictures and we loved all of them! I also dance at a local studio where they take pictures there as well. I’ve seen this business from when I was two years old until now when I’m twenty-one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pictures!

If I had an option to choose ZERO stars I would ! HORRIBLE SERVICE! They were hired to take Senior Pictures for Dutchtown High School and LOST my sons SENIOR Picture and WOULD NOT come back to take his picture instead INSISTED that I drive over 1 1/2 hours away to come and let him take his picture AGAIN that they lost. HORRIBLE Especially when you have waited 13 years for something like this for them to do that.! I would not recommend them at all

Being in the media I am highly conscious of online reputation management and how crucial it is to a company since these ratings NEVER go away. With that being said I'm still compelled to post this review of my recent experience with this company. If you are looking for a photographer stay away from Romaguera Photography. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company recently. I purchased a Groupon deal with them and when we went in to redeem it the expereince was horrible. Being respectful of their time we arrived early only to have to wait 25 minutes. I didn't mind so much the wait because things do happen but what bothered me was that NO one thought enough to tell us they were running behind. Then we had an appointment set to view our proofs only to receive a phone call from them saying their power was out and they would have to reschedule. Again...things happen but I waited a week NO one called back . I finally called back on the 8th day as I got tired of waiting to hear from them. Sure...I may have come in on a Groupon offer and I'm sure they had no idea what they were getting into when they signed up but they should have sucked it up and treated the customers who came in on this offer more professionally because you know what...I was probably that 1 in 100 customer who came in on this offer who was also looking to hire a photographer for my upcoming wedding. We were using this opportunity to review them for the job...based on our experience there's no way in hell that we'll give them our business. If I could rate this company less than one star I would.

When company was based in LaPlace it was was customer focused. Over the years with company having built sweetheart deals with the Archdioceses is now all about the money. Poor followup on customer service unless you can meet at their convenience.
