I ordered a digital download of my son’s pictures. When I got the proofs in, they were in blue. I went to download my pictures and they showed gray. I emailed right away to ask why and they said that’s what I picked. I called to ask to change it since I didn’t download the image and they said no I can purchase a new download. I told him I didn’t realize I marked gray and he said he didn’t want to change it. First off as a business owner I make sure my customers are satisfied! It was a simple mistake that could be easily fixed. It’s not like I ordered prints. It was a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD!!! Not to mention I also ordered last years pictures the same day in prints and also digital! Horrible customer service!!!
