Good service...very knowledgable

Very disappointed in service. Seen items wanted to get my nieces and nephews. Sent email, communicated with owner about items and informed me of the time and would get a mock up for approval for one of nieces. That was 17 Apr and here I sit after no replies on attempts to contact. Thank you for messing up a gift I promised a child.
