Great children's section and lots of fun activities are scheduled throughout the year. The children's librarians are friendly and knowledgeable.

The entire basement is the children's section. Lots of great books and toys for children. Story time was fun for kids followed by a craft. This library is in a beautiful location- next to a park with lots of water fowl.

Cute little library with a good selection. Great little parks and ponds around for some quiet pondering. Also, the LINNC library system (Clackamas county) tends to have all the books that Multnomah Libraries don’t. Also has little to no wait time on a new book, compared to Multnomah libraries which sometimes takes month to be available.

I really like that the library is open on Sunday and reasonable hours the rest of the week. I do wish the building had more natural light and clearly it wasn't built for modern technology needs. But, great books, access to the Clackamas County shared borrowing agreement and close to Portland are all plusses.

I have been going here for 'going on 3 years' and the staff is always friendly, it is a kid/parent friendly environment. I mostly go to study in my little corner, but when I catch a moment to look up it is refreshing to see all the smiling faces.

I agree with all the wonderful comments in the other reviews. My one wish is that the hold section was available for us to go and grab our books on our own. It's always a bit awkward to have to go up to the desk and have them pull your holds for you.

Great movie selection. Super comfortable chairs. Beautiful views. Love to bring my kiddo to reading events. Quiet and awesome. One of my favorite places in Milwaukie.

I know its not the newest and most hip place but it a great resource for books and the internet. All though the google docs program doesn't work on their computers last time I checked. Overall my experience and time was well spent.

The library staff are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They handle all kinds of situations with grace and kindness. The programs for children and the music programs are engaging. This library feels like a "community".

Best selection of donated materials for sale, just past the checkout counter on the left there's a bookcase with old magazines, books and a great assortment of Dark Horse Comics! Helpful librarians.
