The service you get when go into the library is great. If you call to ask any information, just yes or no question, the front desk doesn't know the answer .This has happened more than once .The information desk doesn't answer the phone, only taking messages. This happened repeatedly one day. The next day was the same story.

Great library that is quite large for the population of the town. Great selection of books on CD, and helpful librarians who made it a cinch to get a library card.

We've loved in a lot of different states and I have to say that this library is our favorite. They have great activities for all ages, a nice selection of media, and plenty of computers. We love the kits and bags they have filled with books, special activities like felting, scrapbooking, rain bows, electricity etc. We are regulars at the library.

We use the library constantly. We really appreciate the ability to order online and pickup in Merrill. We spend time in some other larger cities and use the libraries in those places and They aren't as good as the Klamath County library.

I have lived in many different states, cities and towns. The KFALLS main library branch is one of the most utilized and most active in their community that I have seen. They offer extensive libraries in every media source, activities for all age groups and the most kind and helpful staff that I have experienced and observed! The library and staff are great partners to local non- profits and also to various community clubs & orgaizations. KUDOS to Klamath Falls downtown branch library!!! You make our community better!
