The staff here was very rude, I came in to print wedding invitations (which I called ahead about to make sure was okay) we showed up 20 minutes before they closed, and immediately started having issues figuring out how to use their printer. When we asked for help, the front desk lady handed us a piece of paper with instructions that were equally confusing, and we were left trying to figure it out. Around 5:56 (they closed at 6) they came up to us and told us we needed to “finish up” because they were closing and we needed to leave, we again asked for help as these invitations were really important and they told us to come back tomorrow. We told them to check their email because we tried it that way and they hesitated and it was there, they demanded we head out... story isn’t over yet. Oops silly me, they rushed us out so quickly I forgot my phone! I rush back to the library right as they are walking out, I say through the window “ I forgot my phone” and the lady hesistatdd to let me back in to look for it, she said “ do you know Exactly where it is?” When they finally let me in, I was standing in the door way trying to ping in from my watch while they stand behind me yelling “ GO GO , GO FIND IT” over and over again, it was honestly humiliating. I finally found it and left as they made rude looks and snarls at me walking out. I am VERY disappointed in the staff at this library. They are rude, and disrespectful and have no customer service at all. I will not be bringing my child back here.
