First off this review should not even have the privilege of getting one star! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a library! The people here are absolutely awful and rude. To have a better understanding of what happened I am not from Oregon, I’m just visiting. I called to see if I could access the computers without a library card, and their responds was yes that I could. All I needed to do is come down and get on the computer. I showed up and I needed to get on my laptop to email myself the papers I needed to print at this library. I went to the front desk and asked what their WiFi is. And this awful lady at the desk looked at me, not giving me the time of day and said, “the password is right there on the sign like it always is”. I then asked if I could have a pen or pencil to write it down and she didn’t say anything and smacked down a sticky note. After I found a pen wrote it down, and then proceed to what I needed to do. Then I got up to find a computer. I noticed that there was only one computer open and I sat down. Used their login to get in, then this man starts yelling saying, “you just let that lady take my computer, that’s my computer! Screaming in the libaray. Then the lady yells “Ma’am you can’t just use the computers you have to sign in, you need to get off the computer. I said ok, sorry I didn’t know. And got up then no one else assisted me. Reminding you I’ve never been here! So then I proceed to leave. I would suggest to never go to this library, the people are rude as all hell and very disrespectful. I will never be returning to this library.

I've been here several time snacks due librarians are always helpful and there is a very nice selection of items you can check out. Comfy couches to sit in as you enjoy a good book.
