The employees here seem to be under the misunderstanding that they are security guards and the patrons are convicts. I read about three novels a week, I don't need a guilt trip every time I check out a book.

I took my toddlers here for Thursday morning reading time. They had a lot of fun and I appreciated the patience and coordination of the event. They have a decent kids section.

Staff are genuinely nice and helpful, computers a bit slow but other than that they have a variety of books to choose from and happen to be very clean.

People are rude and I kept getting a call about a book my son checked out that was returned. My wife never got a call back about a volunteer application and she had even called to check on it and was promised a call back. Are these people high?!?

The workers need to improve on making sure returned items are scanned. I've been falsely accused (ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS) of not returning my items; when they checked the shelves, the items were there. I suggest going to another branch for returning materials.
