I thought this was a nicely kept small zoo. The animals appeared to have stimulating enrichment toys, the enclosures were clean and appeared appropriately large enough. We arrived too late for the petting zoo and the birds were mostly indoors, but for a small zoo they had a nice variety of animals. Spend a couple of dollars for the duck food...they are quite the little beggars

I went with my little 8 month-old, and I really enjoyed it. The cages seem clean and large enough for their occupants. Three park features many birds as well as cayotes, foxes and even a lynx! I have been to the park previously, but it has been nicely expanded since then.

It was very interactive with the ducks, as they sell a bag of duck food at the gate for a dollar, and the ducks clearly expect it and will come running. We went for the Boo at the Zoo which is well worth it. It was fun and a great experience. Some might complain about the bathrooms but they will be constructing new ones in 2019 I believe.

For a small town zoo, this place is fantastic! Mostly volunteer based, the staff is very helpful and friendly. You can tell the love of the animals and educating people is what drives them. The various programs they offer are educational and fun for kids. I love that they rescue animals and try to rehabilitate them until they can either release them, or provide refuge if their injuries are too severe. Our favorites are the albino porcupine, foxes and the lynx.

Considering this is a VERY small neighborhood zoo, I was very impressed with the amount of animals. Nothing too crazy such as lions and tigers, but things I'd never seen at a larger zoo such as porcupine. They also had monkeys and different forest animals. The cost to get in wasn't too high and the size was great for an afternoon at the zoo. Plan extra costs for duck food or the elk feeding. Our 3 year old enjoyed feeding the ducks so much that the rest of the animals weren't even as cool. Ducks are everywhere and are not shy though so watch little hands because they will get nibbled.

This place is great for a cheap play date, the ducks like to be fed ($1 per bag of duck food), and the petting zoo inside ($0.25 for food there) give you plenty of fun for kids.

Extremely fun for kids! Buy some duck food with your tickets at the entrance and your kids will be entertained for hours. It's a small zoo and really doesn't take a lot of time to see everything but it's a very relaxing environment where the kids can have fun, run in the sun, and you can chill in the shade.

This is a fantastic small zoo! Well worth $4 per person. There is a fun variety of animals you don't usually see in the zoo, more than I'd expected, and you get to see them up closer. I was impressed with how active the animals were. The reindeer, parrot that says "hi" and "hello," and monkeys are a must-see. For $1 you can feed any birds that roan free, including peacocks! And for 25 cents, you can feed sheep and goats at the petting zoo. There were large sheep, young sheep, and even a baby goat there! This was a nice outing for 1-2 hours for people of any age.

This is a place that you need to go with the correct expectations. If you have little kids and want to help them learn about animals, this is the place! They have lots of fun animals for the kids to see and interact with. This place is almost never crowded making for a fun family trip! Tips: Call ahead to find out the feeding so you can come at a good time. Purchase the $1 duck food as your kids will have a blast feeding ducks the whole way through. Talk with the workers. They are knowledgeable and love the animals.

I've been going to this zoo ever since I was little and every time I go I have a magical experience. It's no San Diego zoo or anything like that; it's very small and quaint. However, it's incredibly cheap and has an awesome variety of animals that are obviously very well cared for. It's a great place for kids as well as adults. I hope one day to bring my own kids here so they can experience the magic as well.

Zootah is super cute for what it is, a tiny community zoo with a decent variety of animals and a lovely spirit. For a dollar you can buy a bag of food for the ducks, and while we were there they had an outreach program where zoo workers brought animals around for people to interact with. There were activities for kids and informational posters. It was an absolutely wonderful time and I'm glad that we were able to go.

We have loved going to see all the new changes they are working on at the zoo! It's great to see the growth and changes they keep making to bring the zoo to where it needs to be! There are fun things scheduled during the year. We have a had a couple of tours for our nephews that they absolutely loved seeing all the animals in a more close up setting! Highly recommend checking out all they have to offer! Definitely a site that has bee overlooked by most.

It's so awesome there! They have different species of birds, there's are different animals there-raccoons,elk,porcupines, sheep, goats,a reindeer, a red fox,two capuchin monkeys! They let you feed the ducks and geese-you can buy a bag of bird feed for a dollar at the entrance when you pay to get in! The entrance fee is responsible! This place is pretty fun. We go often. I think it is around 5$ to get in for adults. The animals are up pretty close, but there are not too many of them. This year, we went to Zoo-lights. The kids had fun. There were a lot of lights, very few people (which was so refreshing), a petting zoo, Santa, and the gift shop.

Small zoo, bathrooms are dirty and broken. The rest of the zoo was very good. Mostly local birds, but they do have some species from around the world. On this occasion, a staff member was letting people feed a reindeer.

Mostly a lot of birds. There is a small deer from China, monkeys, and small carnivores. It only costs $4 a person. You can pay an additional dollar for duck feed. There are ducks here everywhere. They give you a good amount of duck feed.

The zoo used to be Willow Park Zoo and was a donation - based entry. Now that they charge (new ownership, I'm guessing), it seems like the exhibits are getting the upgrades they desperately need. It's a small zoo, but still nice for a local get-out-of-the-house family activity. The petting zoo is really fun. I just wish it were easier to see the elk and other animals in that specific area. It's disappointing that their habitats are so far away. My 4 yr old really wants to see them a little more closely.

Zootah is a hidden gem of fun for families with kids. There are of course cute little animals like swans and turtles. They also seem to be taking care of Dexter from Night in the Museum. My oldest daughter and I were treated to a hilarious show until I pulled out my phone to video his antics, once I did that Dexter left in disgust. Oh, stars these days; so camera shy.

It had been a while since I was here last. At least 5 years or so. We decided to try it out again. This place is awesome! They had a petting zoo which they never had before. My kids loved it!! We have never experienced anything like that before. We also loved being able to feed the ducks. There was so much to see! It was pretty inexpensive and we got to spend as long as we wanted to. We took a quick stroll through the zoo. It was charming and interesting. My kids loved it, from noticing the big hooves on the reindeer to watching the sleepy great horned owl. A zoo worker brought out the iguana so my daughters could see it. This was great!

This is such a fun place for little kids. My girls (3 and 5) really enjoy feeding the ducks, which they sell feed for at the front entrance. It only takes about thirty minutes to walk the whole zoo. Outside of the zoo is a fun playground with huge trees and lots of grass, perfect place to have a picnic.

They have been making some really nice improvements (with more to come I understand). We love the petting zoo (only available at certain times so check ahead if that's what you want to do). Last time we were there my daughter got to toss fish to the pelican. She still can't stop talking about it! We spent a good hour and a half here and played on the playgrounds. Fun way to spend an afternoon!

Visiting from another state. Was a little confused when went to the website to find out address and when it was open it showed they were only open on Friday and Saturdays, but when went back it showed open every day but Sunday it was open. And it tells on the website to call if the weather looked threatening to make sure they were open but when you call just get a recording telling the hours. Went on a Friday when it was chilly and rainy. Was still enjoyable. Definitely a small location but had quite a few exhibits. My only complaint really is some of the fences are high so hard to get good pictures and couple were quite dse away from the walkway 0

Since the animals are small the cages are closer together, so kids can quickly go from one animal to the next due to their short attention span. This is a nice, small zoo. The workers are kind and helpful. The petting zoo is fun with goats, sheep, and rabbits. The mammals are mainly local. Some of the birds are exotic. The turtles are the reptiles on display. The prices are low - $4 /adult and $3 /child. The gift shop had pretty neat items in it as well.

It's just a little zoo, so don't go expecting anything different. It was inexpensive and my girls loved feeding the ducks. We probably spent an hour there. The bathrooms were super yucky but it sounds like they are getting them remodeled soon.

You can tell most of the animals here are rescue animals. That's part of the reason I love this zoo so much. Other people might be bothered that the yak is blind or that the pelican has a messed up wing. It's a fairly small zoo and only takes about an hour to see everything (with kids). It's rarely crowded and they even have a nice petting zoo with goats and sheep and small reindeer. They've done extensive landscaping recently and the whole place is very well kept. Highly recommend!

For locals, this is the Willow Park zoo. It has a small entrance fee $4 adults, $3 kids. It's $1 a bag for bird food, but do it! Fun for kids and adults. Has a couple benches to sit in the shade. Park is kind of all over the place, so make sure you see it all. Monkeys by the bathrooms (which definitley need some updating- broken sink & water that won't shut off in the mens room, but I'm sure will be coming soon). Great stuff along the river, peacocks wandering free, deer, turtles, racoons, a yak, and an incredible amount of birds. Plan on at least 1.5 hours for the zoo & time for the park next to it that has TONS of shade!

This is a fun little zoo in the heart of Logan. I'm quite impressed with the animals they have.

Most of the animals are birds. You can picnic there, feed the birds and goats. You can also pet the goats. My 2 year old son had a blast!

Always a fun little place to visit. Priced at $5 a person on 6/8/19. Great for an hour or less to explore with the family. They've got what might be the record setting oldest screech owl at 20 years old.

Great place to take the kids and price seems a little high but understandable because the animals need to eat as well :). I enjoyed the area where you can pet the animals, something new, which I am a fan of new. The only think was that the machines that had food for the ducks weren't there no more and we had to buy the food where we paid. Which isn't a huge thing honestly but I use to like putting quarters on the machines when I was a kid.

No way they need to take better care of the animals there someone should do something the elk was in a yard you don't even notice unless you wall down there its kept in a yard that's dead and ni shade

Cute little zoo. I liked the layout of seeing all the animals. Feeding the birds was a hit for the kids. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a playground right outside the zoo if people wanted to have something to do afterwards.
