Great place to grab a bite to eat!

Junction Plaza is the heart of the North Carolina Zoo. This Junction Plaza is what separates the North American section from the African section of the zoo. It is home to an excellent restaurant - The Junction Springs Cafe. As well as two snack bars Continental Crossings Pizza and Continental Cool Treats. There is also a gift shop, a 4D movie theater, and a carousel available here.

This is a nice indoor place to eat and sit for a bit. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant was very busy.

The boo at the zoo was not as spectacular as i imagined it. There is a few games here and there. The only special characters there were Ana and Elza, nothing for boys.
